We had a wonderful vacation here! We have a large family consisting of 10 adults and 10 kids. The Paradise team was incredibly responsive with various items during our stay. They were prompt and jumped at opportunities to keep us taken care of. Their team and their excellence makes all the difference in your vacation experience. I'm very thankful that I booked with them and we're interested in booking with them again!Great rates, great value. The home was extremely clean, had tons of amenities, and we greatly enjoyed the space. Can't beat being right on the beach!

House layout worked well for us. Not very clean found trash and hair lots of places. Tv down stairs stuck on demo mode. Beach access was great. Having key entry was a hassle, a digital check in code would be nice. Instructions for all the amenities would be nice as there were a ton of switches we did not know what they went to. Overall worked for what we needed but needs some TLC.

The main living area TV never worked so we couldn't watch shows at night as a family. The walk to the beach was hard without a catwalk. The area under the decks had a hard pebble finish and was very hard to walk on without shoes after we rinsed off.

This otherwise great trip was unfortunately tarnished by our experience with this property. As we got into the house, we slowly realized that we would have to provide nearly EVERYTHING ourselves. At this point I’m surprised they even provided plates. There were no beach towels to use (or even rent). Minimal bath towels. Only 2 rolls of one-ply toilet paper per bathroom. Completely empty propane tank so the grill was unusable. There were stains on two of the comforters. Not to mention, the main support post for the deck is almost completely rotted through and can’t possibly be safe. There were multiple nails popping out of the deck and I would definitely be concerned if I had come here with children. Part of the appeal of a house rental is so that you feel already “at home” while you’re there. The fact that you basically have to stock the house with dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, go buy your own beach towels— you name it— was disappointing to say the least. We definitely will not be using this company in the future.

We come to Pensacola every summer for a week, and typically have about 12 of us stay together. This house was a great choice for us! The teenagers loved that it was close to the action of the main beach to ride bikes over there. And it was wonderful being right on the water! We spent a lot of time on the back decks!

Everything was great from location to the house itself. We did have a few hiccups with appliances. Management was quick to respond to address and try to fix. One issue made the stay rather frustrating being a ongoing problem. I only hope that the next vacationers are as forgiving and understanding as my wife was with this issue. Overall we would love to stay here again!!! Great Place.

This beachfront home was lovely for my family staying on Pensacola Beach for a family wedding. The beds were comfortable and it is tastefully decorated. The ocean view is outstanding.

The location is wonderful, the house has plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and stretch out together. The kitchen is well appointed with a great ocean view. We've never seen sunsets like the ones we experienced here and were completely in love with the shells we found on the beach just outside the house too.
Now for the logistics: some of the the pans in the kitchen are old and you'll need either oil or butter to try to get things to stop from sticking. We needed to purchase additional toilet paper, dishwasher soap, hand soap, tissues and paper towels, spices of any kind. It's better to pick these things up on the way to the house before you cross the bridge. The floors get really sandy (because you're walking through insanely soft white sands), so be prepared to wipe your feet and keep the broom handy.
We had a few beds that had sand in them when we first got in and the management company quickly sent over new sheets. Quick communication and kindness from the management company helped us settle in quickly.
All in all, one of the best houses for a family vacation we've ever experienced!

Some of my family came down to spend Christmas with me. It was perfect! Chilly the first few days but we bundled up and spent time on the beach. Then it warmed up in the 60s! The children were thrilled that Santa found them and loved the spiral staircase. Accommodations were great. Comfy beds and plenty of towels.

We had a great time at the venue. The house was big enough for everyone. Very clean and put together. Easy access to the beach for a spot to relax. Plenty of space downstairs to hold a small event. Overall was a great stay. The staff at Paradise beach homes make it a very streamlined process and are very welcoming. The only bad thing I could say would be that the back deck had some loose boards. We went ahead and put a few screws in to secure them, no big deal.

Ariola 116 was the perfect spot for our vacation. We were traveling with our 6 adult children and the home was plenty big. The location was ideal, our beach spot was quiet and just steps from the back porch. We rented bike from the Fun Store for the week and we were able to take a short bike ride to restaurants,bars and shops. We arranged an airport ride from United Airport Shuttle and taxi and they picked us up and dropped us off ( even the 6am flight ) The house had comfortable beds and the kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed. There is even a second fridge in the basement for extra storage. We used insta cart to get groceries from Publix to make things easier. There is a large table to make game playing easy and furniture out on the deck to enjoy dinner outside. The management company is so easy to work with. We found the propane tank to be empty the first night and they sent someone over with a full tank for us. The only cons of this house would be there are no full length mirrors anywhere in the house. Also the master bathroom is painfully small with a tiny shower and a pedestal sink. I wish they would take the giant tub out and make a more functional bathroom. The other suggestion would be to maybe have some plastic cups available to take down to the beach. These are tiny problems, overall the home was amazing and we are looking forward to another stay at this home

The stairs to the upstairs were hard to navigate for some as well as some of the bunk beds upstairs. The stairs to the upstairs rooms are a spiral staircase The top bunk beds are too close to the ceiling so we weren’t able to use them. The downstairs suite doesn’t have a bathroom so the guests had to share with the Master suite upstairs. So just something you would want to consider when renting this property. Shortly after arriving the neighbor took are decorative lighting that we had placed on the patio and put them on his patio next door. CLEANLINESS was another big issue the first day, after we had been there a few hours we noticed our feet 👣 were black and the babies hands, feet and legs were black. The FLOORS were extremely dirty, so my guest went to town and bought floor cleaner, a mop and a broom and cleaned to floors through out the whole house. The properties location and that we were so busy made up for the drawbacks, we just overlooked it at the time and keep going, there was nothing we could do. I wish I could add pictures to this review and I’d show you how black the Mop water was and all the stuff my guests swept 🧹 off the floor

The beach was beautiful. The house was not as expected. A bit run down, old tattered bedding, paint peeling from the walls, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, lack of towels - 4 wash cloths and 3 hand towels for 3 bathrooms. But most disturbing were the roaches in the kitchen... The description indicated fully stocked kitchen. Not so. We have rented houses before in other destinations. We'll be asking a LOT more questions before we rent through the same company in Florida.

Lots of good sleeping areas, wonderfully equipped kitchen, great open floor plan, awesome deck with large table. The beach, of course, is just wonderful. I didn't like the square dining room table, there could have been a tad more space in the DR/LR area, but mostly I hate the late check in early check out. Allowing 7 hours for clean up seems excessive, and it deprives the renter of nearly a whole day that is paid for.

This house was wonderful! Right on the beach so the view was nothing short of amazing. There is plenty of room inside so our group of 15 (12 adults and 3 children) never felt crowded. We enjoyed every day of our stay and hated to leave. The only thing missing in this house is a bathroom on the lowest level. Not a big deal but would have made it more convenient. A big plus for some of the young adults in our group was it is close enough to walk to a variety of activities and restaurants. Our stay was perfect and this house will be our first choice if we have a large group on our next visit!

The home was great and clean. The view was fantastic. Julie at Paradise Homes was very helpful! The only thing this home lacks is a bathroom on the bottom floor. Three bedroom had to share one bath which was a little tough at times.

This was a great family vacation. The property accommodated my family perfectly. The deck was large allowing us all to gather each evening for sunsets and music. The bedrooms allowed everyone privacy while the main room gave us a chance to all be together since the kitchen, living and dining rooms all merge as one. The two car garage gave us security to lock up our bikes, kayaks and paddle boards each day which really was a bonus.
