The reviews of this property were not what we found at check in. When we arrived the smell of mold hit me right away, I thought maybe the house had just been closed up for a period of time. We continued to bring our belongings into the house, but the smell didn't dissipate. Further inspection indicated that the living room furniture was in serious need of cleaning. I contacted the host to advise that my asthma would not allow me to stay here and was told they did not have a mold problem, the house was old and smelled accordingly. Since my breathing was affected we locked up and found other accomodations. None of the reviews addressed this issue and since there is no refund 48 hours before the reservation, I wanted to give other customers my experience

The location was great for us. The property manager got back to us on question immediately. It was quite at night. The fenced in yard was very helpful for our small dog.

We were here for a soccer tournament. The house was centrally located to everything, clean, and just what we needed.

This home brought back memories of old farm homes from our younger days with the wood floors and trim. Also offered some modern features with the remodeled bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and the walks to the parks as well as on the Rose Trail. Close to Tangler Outlet Mall, OWA and short distance to Orange Beach.

We stayed here with our adult daughter for her graduation weekend at Columbia Southern. The location was great. We were walking distance to some great restaurants and a nice downtown park area. We were less than 10 minutes to the OWA area where the graduation was held and 20 to 30 minutes (depending on traffic) to the beach. The house was comfortable and the fenced in yard was appreciated by our pup. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was convenient to local coffee shops, restaurants, and not far from the beach. We had friends staying on the beach that we met up with daily. It was easy to meet them, but not have to stay in the middle of the crush of beach traffic. The door was a little iffy. The keyless lock was great, but the door looked like it could be opened with a hard push. The blinds were dusty, and the previous visitors left crumbs under beds that my pups found. The yard was GREAT! The pups loved the yard. We had a great vacation before the fall holidays start. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Easy to get to. Even though it's on the main road, it's super quiet inside the house. It really is easy to get to about anything you need around town. Beach is about 20 minutes away. Worked out great for our family of four. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

When we booked we had no idea how close to all the baseball fields we would actually be. The house was convenient to everything in downtown Foley. The house was perfect for our family and dog. Everything was clean. The mattress on the sofa was thin so we bought an air mattress I'd suggest doing the same or a mattress topper for comfort. The house had everything we needed. We made breakfast every morning. The coffee pot was cracked so we bought a new one for the house. The ice cream shop a couple blocks down was a hit for our kids and we loved sitting outside of mama mias eating and listening to music. We will definitely stay here again.

Even though the property is right on the busiest street in town, it proved to be a blessing in disguise. We were able to hop on the road and get all over the place easily. The house is the perfect jumping off point for day trips and beach excursions. It was clean, nicely stocked with necessities, and just the right size.

The location is so convenient to Gulf Shores. The owner was quick to respond and answered any questions we had. The house was clean and even though it is on a busy street it was very quiet.

I loved everything about it. We was close to the shopping area and most importantly right up the road from the beach

Easy check in process and made sure we made it safe and even let us check in a little earlier than normal since we had a 14 hour drive from Kentucky. We did run into a small issue with a wondering stranger hanging out around the property that made me super nervous but Steve was very helpful and got back to me quickly. The location has a lot of restaurants Walmart tanger outlets etc near by. The only issue was the drive to gulf shores beach was about 35 minutes or more because of the traffic. The property was an older house but was updated very nicely. I loved the huge backyard!

Second stay at this property. Close to a busy road, but the house is so quiet! You do not hear traffic at all. Perfect place to stay when visiting family in Foley. Great fenced yard for a dog....or kids!

I thought the house was back one block off the main highway but it was not. It also had an odd door leading to the other half of the house that is not finished or used for another function with a window you could not see through. However the interior of the home was very clean and nice. You also didn't hear the traffic like we thought you would. Overall a nice property but just a wired vibe when we arrived.

Love this house!!! Beautiful upgrades to an older style home. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room. The house is also stocked with dishes and cookware. Washer and dryer is convenient. Location is very convenient!! Lots of places for the kids to walk to.

Great place to stay in Foley! Super convenient and super quiet property!

The property was cute and centrally located in downtown Foley. It has tremendous potential. We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. There were dead bugs in the house, piles of dust under the bed and in the air conditioner vents. The kitchen light did not work. The pull out mattress was covered with a sheet and dog hair. The bed pillows need to be replaced and cleaned. There as also a pot full of water outside the back door which was a hot spot for mosquitoes. There was also a hole in the window of one of the bedrooms.
