We had a quick one night stay to start our vacation early. This place was a perfect location for our family. Everything was in close proximity of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Three Little Birds was perfect for our quick 3 night beach getaway! It was literally steps to the beach. The location was perfect for exploring other areas for different restaurant options. Ample parking space, very comfortable bed, CLEAN all around, and the patio was perfect for sitting outside having coffee or glass of wine for happy hour. We will definitely try to rent this unit again for future trips. The perfect size for 2 of us who are mostly not in our room while at the beach! The hand written thank you note and little gift was so thoughtful too. The O'Toole's were awesome hosts as they brought over more comfortable beach chairs for us too. Every thought and attention to detail for this unit was executed perfectly! Thanks again for a much needed couple of days away!

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights for our 10th anniversary getaway! The condo was the perfect size for just us to relax. The unit was so clean and had everything we needed! We loved being so close to the beach access, the pools and all the shops and eateries at Gulf Place! The owner was so accommodating to us and made the booking and trip so easy! We are already looking forward to booking another stay!

It’s small but has everything you need. It is just a very short walk to the beautiful emerald waters of Santa Rosa Beach.

This is not our first stay at Three Little Birds. The room is perfect for a couple and you cannot beat the location. We love staying here and will continue to come back.

Stayed with my daughter. Perfect size for just the two of us. The balcony overlooking the courtyard is nice and it is a short walk to the beach. The elevator was broken during our stay but it wasn’t a big deal for us to use the stairwell. Location is great and peaceful but a short drive to busier towns and shops or state parks.

The room was perfect. Clean and close to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. We had a very relaxing vacation.

Cute little studio room. Very clean, comfortable bed although it’s a queen. We were within walking distance to The Perfect Pig, and Shunk Galley restaurants. Both have good food. The Sunrise Coffee a couple doors down has the best coffee and donuts !! It was a rainy cold day during our short stay so we drove around and explored up and down the coast. Lots of shopping.

Such a cute condo! Perfect for a couple as a nice getaway. The heated pool was so nice and there was so much in walking distance. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! Highly recommend.

We reserved this for 1 week but did not end up staying in the condo. The entrance to the building was not clean and overall it just looks run down. Upon entering the unit I noticed an odor. There was a plug in air freshener attempting to cover the odor. As we looked around we noticed the walls and floors around the furniture were dirty and beat up. The bottom of the furniture had not been dusted and the dresser was sitting on Kleenex that had been stuck under the legs. The bathtub has large brightly colored flower decals on the bottom of the tub. The decals are discolored with dirt and debris stuck to them. The bathroom sink had drips of an unknown substance. The shower curtain liner was dirty and discolored. The toaster oven tray had grease and food remnants from previous renter. The fridge had either food particles or mold in the seal. The balcony had 2 rusted out tables and dirty rug. The balcony overlooks a parking lot and connects to the neighbors balcony with no privacy barriers on any of the 3 sides. I immediately reached out to the owner to let her know this wasn’t a good fit for us, she's directed me to contact VRBO. I sent multiple pictures to the owner and VRBO. Since there was no resolution the 1st night we booked a room in a local hotel. We worked for 3 days to resolve this but to no avail. VRBO tried to contact the owner on 3 different days but the owners did not pick up. This was a horrible experience.

We were very happy to spend four wonderful days and nights at Three Little Birds condo! It was exactly as described with all attention to detail. We wouldn't hesitate to return again. Thank you for the perfect little "home" in the perfect location!

Thanks to the owners for giving us just what was advertised and more. The directions in and out of the unit were clear and precise, unit was in excellent condition - definitely to our cleanliness standards, location to restaurants and the beach was perfect - nice and close, cc with the owner was excellent- we felt that if something went wrong they would be there and the deck was the best - big with great views and chairs. Cute little place in a great location.

Small but very convenient location. The balcony is not private at all and overlooks the parking lot and shops but we still enjoyed it. For Santa Rosa, you can’t beat the location. We walked everywhere, never got in the car once we arrived.

This condo was super clean and close to many things to do! The beach is a short, quiet walk and very convenient! We loved Sunrise Coffee & homemade biscuit sandwiches each morning! Be sure to check out The Vue restaurant for a lovely dinner! Thank you to our hosts for sharing their lovely place!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. Gulf place has so much action and an easy walk to the beach. We had coffee on the balcony every morning, and ate at all the local restaurants. Condo was very clean and welcoming. The pull-out couch worked perfectly for our toddler. Hosts were polite and responsive. Would definitely come back.

Property was very conveniently located. Everything was clean and communication was clear. Great place to stay!

I was very pleased with my stay and enjoyed grabbing a cup of coffee each morning from the coffee shop downstairs then walking across the street to the beach. It was also next to a popular restaurant with a bartop overlooking the ocean. Even though there are a lot of shops and live music around the condo, there was never an issue of it being noisy. It was in the perfect location and it was very clean!

This was our first time staying in this studio. Very clean and well taken care of. It was exactly what we were looking for. Right across the street from the beach and walking distance to so many things. Will definitely stay here again.
