L'unità è professionale decorato con full-size elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, mobili personalizzati, ripiani in granito, bar con macchina del ghiaccio, 46 "HDTV a schermo piatto in salotto con televisori a schermo piatto nelle camere da letto, lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size . This is a great unit and location. We will probably try to rent it again next year. That said it needs a little TLC. Some of the bathroom fixtures need to be tightened or replaced and all the bathrooms could use more towel hooks. We had very few hand towels this year for some reason (we rented this unit 2023 as well). Will we stay here again? Absolutely. But there are little things that need to be fixed/replaced.

We have been doing family vacations for years and hope that tradition continues. By far this was one of the best places we have stayed at. Although a little high for wife, 19th floor it was great. Condo overall was in very good shape and very clean. A couple little things that needed some attention but thats just routine. Lots a room for a 11 of us and my 8 month old grand daughter loved all the room to explore in her walker. lots to keep us busy at the resort, lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tubes. Wish the outdoor pool would have been heated espcially for the little ones. overall great place and very friendly people, hope we will be able to be there soon.

Condo was very nice and spacious. Loved the open concept. My dislike is that 2 of the beds had sand on the sheets. Also would be nice if we were supplied with more than 1 trash bag also should either supply more dishwashing soap.

The property was amazing! The condo was nicely furnished and comfortable. There was easy beach access and the pool/lazy river area was great. The only odd thing was there were no hangers in the unit at all, I would have expected a four bedroom luxury unit to have hangers for guests to use.
I would definitely recommend and will stay here in the future.

There was plenty of room for our group to relax and hang out. The kitchen in this unit was outstanding. A real plus was that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed the lazy river and saunas. Great trip! Would definitely stay at this location again!

The location of this property was perfect. Being on the 18th floor and the views were spectacular. Being right on the beach was also great. The close proximity of shopping, grocery stores and things to do was great. The pool area and lazy river were also very nice. That brings me to the unit itself. It was filthy. There was sticky stuff running down the fronts of some of the cabinets. There was actually peanut butter on the ceiling. The bathrooms we had to reclean. There was sand and hair in the showers. The lack of towels and kitchen towels made it a necessity to wash towels almost every other day. The balcony had food all over it and some of the furniture was broken. We tried to use the broom and dust pan but the broom handle was broken 3/4 of the handle was missing. Made it very difficult to use.
The unit could use some better cleaning and linen availability. If this happens, it would be a great place.
We had a great time and the location of the unit was great.

The Condo has plenty of room for a bigger group and it’s in a great location. Phoenix west is a great condo building with great amenities. Had no issues ever finding parking during spring break week and elevator wait times weren’t terrible. Overall it was a nice condo and would stay again but it is in need of some touch ups through out. One bedroom door is busted where the latch plate is, the dryer sounds like it’s on its last leg, the fridge doesn’t get things super cold, paint & trim could use touching up. Make sure you pay attention to your check in email, you need to buy everything you’ll need for the week like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, hand towels, coffee filters, etc. Great location to use Instacart for deliveries of groceries and lunch from Publix or wherever too which was super nice!

The property was very clean and WONDERFUL. Our condo was very nicely furnished. My only complaint was 1 mattress needs to Be replaced. The furniture was dusty. Would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful time and plenty of room for 8 adults and two children. The only issues were there are only 4 elevators per floor so when everyone is trying to check in and out and headed to the beach we had to wait like 40 mins for an elevator.

Missing towel rods: master bath had both the towel rod and tissue holder pulled out of sheetrock! Cooking pans dirty with Grease in cabinet! Lighters, sand and candy wrappers under beds and behind night stands. Stained wash cloths and towels. Candy on sheets on bed. Stained mattresses. The floors were so dirty our feet were black within an hour. No mop. The handle for the broom was 2 feet long! Cookware was mostly beyond scratched or had to have handles tightened to use! This place appeared to have been trashed! It could be a really nice space. Needs attention and better cleaning service! Pools were great and well maintained.

Charlotte notified the proper people and sent them to check the problem. They were slow at getting the problem corrected. Charlotte kept up trying to get them moving, finally they brought hugh dehumidifier and put them in my bathroom. Checked in on Sunday, found black mold on Monday morning, didn’t use this bathroom Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Asked Charlotte to move us to another unit, she took care of that right away! She worked very hard and diligently to take care of the problem. The condo itself was beautiful and the views were wonderful from our balcony. I know that the problem was caused by a leaking shower in the condo above us! I suffer from COPD and couldn’t take the chance of being there with the black mold. Loved the property and the pool and lazy river. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Charlotte Thank you for efforts to accommodate us!

The property was nice, there were a few lamps that didn't work, and it was very dusty. Some of the bed linen wasn't clean, the floors needed mopping and vacuumed. But everything else was good. Would stay again.

What you can't see in the pictures is the horrendously dirty floors (walk in the kitchen barefoot and get instant black feet), food stuck on counters and dirty shower curtains. Not to mention the dust on the high up things is thick. (For example, the top of the armoire in the master bedroom.) There were some small things that could also be fixed to make it more comfortable. Oh and FYI the ice maker needs to be cleaned as well....
Also, I requested for a late check out (even offered to pay extra) and they said they didn't have a problem with it as long as there wasn't anyone booked for that evening. No problem but never got a confirmation on it. We were in town for a wedding and the other people staying with us were there first and something happened to the key code. They were super quick to respond to that and helped us get back in rather quickly. But the 3 other times I asked about a late check out went unanswered.
Overall, I feel like it would have been better to go with something different given all the draw backs.

My wife and I had to clean most of the condo the first night it was that bad. But once we got the place livable again it was beautiful view from the corner balcony on 24th floor. The condo was plenty big enough to give all my family space to not feel cramped. Even on twenty-fourth floor it only took about 4 mins to hit the beach. The amenities were great with the pools and lazy River. Others had complained about long check out times. We arrived after Labor Day didn’t experience that issue it was easy to use the elevator. Over all definitely worth staying, just wish the cleaning service would have done their jobs.

Wonderful views and very spacious.
We enjoyed our stay. The view from each bedroom and the living room is fabulous and the unit is very spacious and comfortable. Each bedroom had its own full bath and the extra icemaker was nice.
