Perfect place for a vacation. Very clean

Such a cute little condo/apartment. Karen was great to communicate and always answered my questions quickly. First time I have ever stayed that far south but the location was great! Room was clean and had everything you would need for the week. The full kitchen was a blessing! We hope to return again next year!

The property was everything posted, had all the amenities. COULDN'T ask for more. Host was very friendly. We were celebrating girlfriends birthday. Everything was prrfect. I would definitely recommend.

I took my husband for a quick gateway and this place did what we hoped for ,it has everything plus the ocean views stunning

The place is beautiful but the steam room/ outdoor hot tub and heated pool wasn’t working I am sure it was the property fault not the owners but I still had a great time

This condo was exactly what I was looking for and was perfect for my weekend getaway! The condo was so perfect, was clean, and had everything I needed for the weekend! The owner was fantastic with responding to any messaging even before I officially booked the condo! I would stay here again without any hesitation, and I’m already looking forward to the next time I can visit Myrtle Beach and stay at this condo!

The location of the unit is amazing. I live streamed some of the beach for friends and family to feel connected and even they were taken aback by the wonderful view. Karen was highly responsive to any communication sent by me. The room was clean, smelled good and everything worked as imagined. Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for the quick getaway weekend we had planned. Perfect location. Nice building. All around great.

The condo is as described. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils & cookware, a nice & well-operating coffee pot, a full sized refrigerator with plenty of ice trays, & an apartment-sized stove with 4 cooktop burners & an oven, all in excellent working condition. The bathroom has a nice sized tub/shower, with great water pressure & plenty of hot water. While the bathroom was small, there were hanging baskets over the toilet for storage of bathroom amenities. The AC worked well for us hot-natured middle-aged folks. The balcony, while small, easily accommodated both myself & my husband at the same time, & had two wrought iron chairs & a small table for my morning coffee. The balcony afforded us a fantastic view to the east/southeast. I spent a great deal of time out there, just taking in the view. Laundry room is just steps from the condo. I give the condo an A, but will mention that the Palace Resort, where the condo is located, is a bit dated & could use some TLC. The north pool is not heated, so we did not use it. All three outdoor hot tubs, as well as the indoor hot tub were very clean & worked well. Temp was around 102 degrees. The south pool, also sparking clean, is heated at 85 degrees & has lots of loungers. Access to the beach was easy, with just a couple stairs at the end of the wooden walkway. Price was fair and communication was excellent. We have ZERO complaints.

I honestly have zero complaints. My husband and I both absolutely loved everything about this condo. Perfect location, perfect view of the ocean, and perfect layout. Everything we needed was there. We loved this "Little Piece of Heaven" and we will definitely be staying there again!!!

Karens property was just what we needed for a getaway. 5 days definitely was not long enough. Her condo is beautiful and cozy and dont even get me started on how awesome the view is. We will definitely be back!!

The condo was amazing with beautiful views and so much do do there!!! Food at every place we were at was really good and plan on coming back or even moving there in the future!!

First time going to the ocean by myself. Couldn't have had a better place. 14th floor oceanfront balcony and easy access to the beach. Did what i wanted when i wanted to do it and the majority of that was spent on the beach or on the balcony. The condo was perfect for just me. Well kept, clean and comfy. I am recharged and rested. Had a great time!

My wife and I loved our stay here. We loved going to the beach. The pool was nice and it was great having hot tubs and a sauna. The view was incredible! And there was so much to do around the area and so many good places to eat. Having Walmart in walking distance is a huge plus, and the Fat Man’s Lounge across the street has good food and ice cream. The room itself has cute decorations and beach aesthetics, along with everything you could need in a kitchen. We will definitely be back in the future!

Our room served all our needs. Cleaner then some hotels! Everything you need just show up. Enjoy and relax! Great ocean view.

This hotel is pretty gross and I would definitely not stay here again! Our bathroom wasn't cleaned and damp dirty towels were left for our use. The sheets were soiled with poop or blood - not sure? The pictures led me to believe that there were 2 beds but the room is very small! We only had 1 roll of TP. Not a good experience - I expected more when paying over $300 for 1 night.

Was as described and worked well for me and my family wouldn’t have anymore then 4 people that’s forsure but worked out great and enjoyed ourselves. Extremely easy check in and check out literally don’t have to do anything.

Great little condo. Perfect for a couples get away just the 2 of you. We had the MIL with us and still had plenty of room. Fold out sofa slept pretty good and I am a bigger guy .

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I! Awesome view and right on the beach! Karen could not have been more on top of things and made our stay the best! We can’t wait to get back to this little piece of heaven!

It's a studio so don't expect a large unit but it was perfect for our 45th Anniversary getaway. Cozy and private. Karen was easy to communicate with.

The view was awesome, host was very responsive. We really enjoyed our time. Was awesome they provided towels, beach bag, and chairs. The place was generally clean the only caveat was that the floor was a little bit dusty. Otherwise everything was great.

Easy access, clean, quiet and peaceful. 14th floor with a great view and loved that we had a garage to park in when the weather called for a possibility of hail.

Had a blast. Would definitely book this property again!
