I felt taken cared of. Location was good. There was decent parking. Great value for money. Wifi was also suitable for the whole stay. Truly I'll keep coming back :)

Rooms need soundproofing, but it's okay. Rooms are still good.

Polite and friendly staff, clean room with a comfy sleep, a Safe and Mini fridge was also provided which was very useful, Shower was good, the highest temperature it would go from is lukewarm to borderline Hot, the location was excellent due to it being Central, a 20min walk or 5min Drive to Sugbo Mercado - IT Park and 30min walk or 7min Drive to Ayala Mall, I chose not to eat here due to being Vegan and my options were very limited, but I found a 100% Plant Based Cafe 20mins walk or 5min Drive away with an extensive menu. The Hotel offers Tours to Oslob, Moaboal, Badain and Bohol at a fraction of the price I found on multiple websites whilst in the UK. It's a no thrills Hotel but excellent value for money being the cheapest option whilst matching the requirements of the more pricier Hotels. "Why pay more for the exact same thing elsewhere"

Had to pay in cash, no other method of payment was allowed like PayPal, e.t.c They required a 1000Pesos deposit should your room get damaged during your stay but you get it back at the end of your visitation after they have checked the room and it meets their criteria.

Very good location if you don't mind the busy intersection.

You need to pay with CASH only and leave a deposit of 1000. It would have been nice to know before we arrived that we will need to pay in Cash.

The time for the serving of food took a long time. There were some noise in the hallway during the morning from crew who were cleaning.

Room service is superb; staff were promot in cleaning our room every single day. The staff were friendly and the guard is very accommodating in opening and closing the gate.

the hot and cold shower is difficult to balance

The room is nice. Clean and has a big space. Location is perfect. There are eateries, malls, and supermarkets nearby, so everything is so accessible. Staff were kind and welcoming too

We didn't ask for a room clean up on the 2nd day, but we're surprised that the staff entered the room to clean, to change sheets and towels. We appreciate it, but if only we were informed, we wouldn't mind.
