Every part of our experience was top notch. The home was very nice, and in a nice neighborhood.

The house was very clean. The decor could use an update. The communication was good with host. However the host had a lot of rules that were unnecessary. For instance, if our family wanted to come over for dinner that would’ve been an issue, she said no unregistered guest in the condo even if they are not spending the night. This time it wasn’t a big deal because we only came for business not to have fun

Clean. Quiet. Ideal location for what I needed lots of room. Didn't even need or use all the amenities the property offered. Host was ideal to work with.

It was just a very dark place to stay and way too much furniture. My husband ended up not being able to go and I just didn't feel right staying there. I ended up staying at my daughters house the last 2 nights out of the 3. Just and odd feel to the place. Mary was very kind though when I did not have the right information. No issues with her at all just the look and feel of the place. It was much smaller feeling when you actually got into the home. but it was clean, the areas that you could see. Just a LOT of furniture.

The location was great. The house was fine. Exactly like the pictures. It had what we needed while the storm hit the area during parents weekend at ECU. Shower water was extremely hot when someone flushed the toilet. Mary was accommodating with our requests.

If you like Buddha figurines, really large ones, staring you down everywhere
If you like awkward wooden figures crammed into every corner
If you like dark dingy red brown and gold colors
If you like complete mismatch of furniture
If you like being scalded in the shower every time someone flushes the toilet
If you like sitting on broken plastic outdoor chairs
If you’re good with a host that gets angry when you ask for extra forks
And if you like to eat with your fingers because 3 forks were in the drawer and the Owner did not like me asking for more to feed my family
If you’re good with a host that is not very accommodating
Then this place is for you!

This condo is in a perfect location. It is clean open and very welcoming. The beds were comfy. We very much enjoyed celebrating my granddaughter‘s 13th birthday.

Great stay
This apartment is quiet, comfortable, clean and has great amenities, such as pool, laundry and reliable Wi-Fi. The owner is easily accessible and quick to respond to any issue. I highly recommend!

Ok but…
Nice neighborhood and overall nice place I guess. Our biggest issues were a few bugs and dishes left in the sink. The owner seemed very nice; however, I was surprised that she did not offer any reimbursement back when we left a night early (my sister in law really doesn’t do bugs). She offered $100 back on our next visit which was not a good offer considering. I was also somewhat shocked that we were charged extra to have more than two people…it’s a 2 bedroom condo so one would think it would include up to four people. The shower in the master bedroom is ultra tiny. My husband was in it when a toilet was flushed, and the water went scalding hot…it is so small there is nowhere to move if that happens. So…some things to be fixed but ok overall I guess…it just would have been nice to have some refund of money given the bugs and dishes.

Convention weekend
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Mary was kind to check on us to insure we had what we needed. It was quiet and spacious providing a great relief from attending a convention for the weekend. Would recommend the property if staying in Greenville for any event!

Awesome Stay!!!

Great property
We had a great stay at this beautiful property. Entry was easy once I reread the directions! The location is very good and the surrounding areas were quiet. The condo was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very responsive to my questions. This condo was beautifully decorated and so convenient to everything we needed and events we attended for our son’s wedding. The owner was so accommodating and also responded quickly to any question I had. Definitely will rent again. Awesome place to stay!

My husband I prefer not to stay in hotels. We saw the pictures, but in person you realize the extent the owner went to in order to make your stay comfortable. From the super comfortable beds to the jacuzzi tub to the teas and chocolates left in the kitchen....one of those places we will definitely return to again next time we come to see an ECU game!

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and communicated with us to make sure everything was ok. It was conveniently located just 8 minutes from the ECU campus in a nice part of town. Would definitely consider renting again!

Simply Gorgeous!
Stayed at this amazing place during my daughters ECU orientation. It was very convenient to campus and places to eat and shop. The property itself was more than we could have expected, the owner really anticipates all your needs. My family and I will definitely use this property again in the future.

Beautifully decorated, immaculate spot to land in Greenville, North Carolina!
We loved the proximity to shopping and dining options and felt extremely safe and comfortable here. The owner was easily reachable when and if we had questions or any issues. We greatly enjoyed having our own space, a living area to lounge in and the ability to do a little laundry while we were here.
The decor is incredible and we were just thrilled overall with the accommodations. We can't thank you enough.

BEAUTIFUL, IDEAL LOCATION, QUIET
Beautiful condo, well kept, very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was very easy to work with. Very prompt answering questions, checked to make sure everything was alright by text. Would definitely stay here again!
