Sei il primo a rilassarsi e godere il vostro soggiorno in questo ben arredate, professionalmente decorato quattro camere da letto, quattro bagni condominio. Venite a controllare la grande cucina personalizzato e una '' TV HD 50 in salotto, e schermo piatto HD TV in tutte le camere da letto.
Entrando non si può fare a meno di far uscire un sospiro e lasciate che le vostre preoccupazioni sono andate come vi rilassate in questo 3000 piedi quadrati condominio. L'esposizione nord soggiorno ha finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e vista mozzafiato. Wet-bar, e ice-maker migliorerà alcun partito. Il grande patio ha una vista incredibile delle onde e vista sulla spiaggia e spiaggia dal balcone, come pure!
La camera da letto principale del condominio ha un letto matrimoniale, la seconda camera ha due letti matrimoniali, la terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la quarta camera ha un letto a castello che è perfetto per i bambini. The property was a spacious 4 bedroom 4.5 bath, condo. The private balcony was definitely the perk of the stay and offered our family beautiful views of the ocean, especially at sunrise. This was our 4th year staying at the Phoenix West II and this condo was by far the most worn one that we have ever stayed in. It has scrapes on the walls, heavily worn decor, carpet with stains, and just in general needs some care. It appeared rather obvious that this condo was heavily used and that these things were just from a lot of use. We would consider staying again if the condo received some TLC and was cleaned up some but in its current state, we would NOT stay here again.

Great property, had a great time. pros: well maintained, managed, good facilities, pool, and lazy river.cons: spcific to this condo - the patio is great, but when we rented it, we got bad sewer smell ... could not enjoy the patio as much.not sure if its constant problem or we were unlucky.. but not worth taking the risk when you plan to use the patio for a large group/party/gettogether.

The condo had large rooms with a big deck. It also included a large ice maker. Outside was great for grandkids- large outdoor and indoor pools, lazy river and a slide.
Cons- only given 2 bath towels per person which required washing every nite. No extras like blow dryers were provided At times long waits for elevators- especially at check in. A parking fee of $60 for each car. We were not allowed to put beach chairs any where on the beach in front of all the rentable umbrellas.

Our unit was spectacular! It was clean and well furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Traveling with friends and family, it was nice that each of our 4 bedrooms had its own bathroom. The layout and size of the condo was plentiful for our party of 8. The pools, lazy river and kid’s splash pad were nice and well maintained. The only inconvenience we experienced was during peak times the wait for one of the six elevators was extremely long (but I've experienced that at other resorts as well). This property accommodated our adult-only party well but I feel it would be especially accommodating for a family with kids because of the kids water areas. The location is convenient to restaurants and shops and we even walked to a great little ice cream shop across the street.

This property in Orange Beach is not worth the effort.... the 'large balcony' was completley unnecessary, and such a waste - no grill, no cover, no reason for it to be there as best we could tell....NO reason to rent this unit just because of that patio.....
I really do not like giving bad reviews so I have been generous with my 'stars'.... but in truth for those booking in the future.... there seems to have been no effort put into comfort or aesthetics....you can look forward to a unit that is decorated early (early!) MOTEL 6 with the same everything from early Motel 6 days..... including linens, decorations, cookware, appliances, etc.... And forget about coming in on a Saturday at 4:30 - the elevators were an EASY 1 to 2 hour wait

VRBO filter classified property as oceanfront. Was really overview. Also had a leaky ice maker which caused three days of wet carpet in master. Required 48 hours of fans to dry to an acceptable level. Then had smell of mildew for a couple of days after. Only got a rent concession of 300.

We had a great time. My family all came to celebrate the new years together This place was very spacious and we actually were able to see the fireworks from the patio. The views we had were amazing. The weather was a little chilly so we spent a lot of time in the condo. Our kids loved the indoor swimming pool.
This is definitely a place you want to stay with your family and friends.

We stayed at the Phoenix 2 West and the staff and everyone from security to check in were so accommodating for my vendors and others that came to be a part of our wedding.
We also rented a house in Fort Morgan that was extremely comfortable!!! Such a beautiful spot!

Everything about this room and hotel is great. Spacious 4 bedroom unit with a 3,000 square foot private patio all to ourselves with great views of the ocean, city of orange beach, and gulf state park. We had this room booked in 2020 only to get canceled due to a hurricane. We swore we would get this room one day so we made it happen this year and we couldn’t have been more pleased with it! Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved this place and hope to come back. It had plenty of room for our group of 11. Everything was perfect except the beds need updating.

There were a few hiccups, no supplies were left in the condo (tp, trash bags, soap) but they dropped them off the next day. The condo was not as clean as expected with some tooth paste and sauce on some of the cabinets, but overall was decently clean. The beds in the room are all swayed and will hopefully be replaced soon. The tvs are not smart tvs so bring a fire stick with you. The large patio was everyone favorite part. We went in late September and still had to wait on the elevator sometimes, I would be scared to stay during peak season. Overall it was a nice condo and met our needs for 7 people. The property was awesome with plenty of stuff to do to keep the kids busy.

When we arrived we went through and checked out the condo, immediately we noticed the beds. The beds were sunk in on each side where they have been used for so long. The refrigerator had a broken shelf in the door. The outside patio had broken furniture and trash from the previous tenants. I brought this to the managers attention and she asked if we had already thrown it away or did she need to send someone to throw it away. No mention about the broken furniture. Didn’t seem to care other than a comment that they would look into it and fix it after we left. All of the furniture looked as though it came strait from a thrift store. If this was professionally decorated, I would get my money back. We have stayed at 13 Phoenix condos and this one was by far the worst we have stayed in and one of the most expensive. Unless this is the last condo for rent, I would find another condo to rent. Now the facility outside of the condo was absolutely amazing and the best part of our trip.

Be sure to read several of the reviews before booking. Although the grounds are very clean this place is very very crowded during peak season. The wait for the elevator can be horrific and up to 20 minutes as there is only 6 of them for over 350 units. God forbid a storm comes you will be 30 or more mins, we found a alternative and seldom had to wait at all, do your research and you can also. Pool opens at 9 better be there a bit before if you want seating, there is not near enough beach for the amount of people staying either. Parking garage is nice but you may have to wait on the street when you come and go to get through security. We had a plumbing problem that took 24 hrs to get taken care of if you decide the book definitely booked through Brent Robinson not Phoenix directly. We will be going back to our much smaller facility on our next trip down.

Lovely property
This is a great unit in Orange Beach. The unit itself is very nice but the building has overcrowded elevators. We had to allow an extra 10 minutes anytime we were going anywhere due to the elevators. Once we got used to it, it was part of the experience.

We have a very positive experience. We had 11 people in our group from all areas of the country from TX to GA. There was more than enough room for the whole crew. The unit was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials needed to cook every meal. The large patio was amazing. Julia with the rental company was very attentive and touched base several times to make sure everything was okay. We have stayed at many Phoenix properties; however, this was the first time we have experience such personal service. We had one very minor issue which was handled immediately. The only thing others should be aware of is that this is a VERY LARGE building (32 floors) so the elevator is an issue at check-in/check-out times.

The kitchen was great and had everything we needed including a crockpot. New sharper knives are greatly needed. They barely cut anything. We tried several that was there.

Very roomy condo for big family. No long boardwalk hauls; close to the water; great facilities in building. Strict rules about where personal items can be put and used on beach if you are not renting beach chairs.
