Came to San Francisco to shop for a wedding dress with my daughter beautiful city stayed at a beautiful clean Vrbo in Pacific Heights close to everything thank you for your hospitality very easy to access had good communication with the owner

This room is small but has everything needed. I enjoyed the lovely library just a short walk from this room. The remodeled bathroom is down the hall but I did not see anyone else using it. I was aware of the separate bathroom and I did not find this a problem.

I really enjoyed staying at the property. It was quiet and the neighborhood is great with some local eclectic dining options within a few blocks. The bed was comfortable. The space was clean and inspired with artwork on the walls and a nice library down the hall. Transportation was easy and local shops are walkable. I also appreciated the check-ins to make sure everything was going well. I would stay again!

The location allowed for excellent access to the heart of San Francisco and sits right next to one of San Francisco's best restaurants. However, outside of that, I don't think me and my wife would choose to go back for a few reasons. The room wasn't completely clean upon our arrival, the water in the shower was barely warm, parking was extremely difficult (and would only ask they would give a disclaimer in the description). Lastly, the room looked much smaller than what was posted online.

Exactly as advertised, this room with full bath down the hall and a grand library next door was safe, comfortable and lovely. We hope to stay there again and again!

Quiet and lovely SF neighborhood adjacent to Presidio with various walkable spots nearby. Springer is always helpful and responsive. My go-to spot for work trips and much prefer over more traditional lodging options. Thank you for another great stay!

Located in Presidio Heights, this charming Victorian home is close to beautiful Presidio Park as well as public transport that will get you to any part of town in minutes. It is a quiet neighborhood with small cafes, restaurants and stores on every corner. Thank you so much to our host Springer who made us feel right at home and made sure we had everything we needed. As stated in the Vrbo posting, the bathroom is shared, which was not a problem for us, however, if you are not comfortable with sharing or leaving the privacy of your room, this is not for you. We were there for one week and rarely ran into other people. We will definitely recommend this to friends and family and will be back in the future to continue exploring beautiful San Francisco. Again, thank you Springer for making your beautiful home available to us!

Our stay was simply awesome!! The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Our room was clean and quiet. The bathroom down the hall was not a problem or concern at all. Ok wear slippers because the beautiful tile floor might be a tad chilly on your feet in the middle of the night. Lol! In all seriousness, having the bathroom down the hall presented zero issues. Still felt very private and never passed anyone from either of the other rooms. We chose to drink our morning coffee in the stunning library which is one room over. Our stay at Springer’s property was exceptional!! I will stay again if we go back to San Francisco!!

Very quiet area. Easy walking access to the Presidio.

An incredible experience for first timers. With plenty of great things to do and amazing foods in the local area, I can honestly say that the next time I visit SF I will most certainly be staying at this location. And highly encourage others to do the same! Also, my girlfriend liked the cleanliness and the safe area.

Worked out well for getting a room right in the city…..parking was SO easy when we were out all day & then just sleeping in the room. Place was phenomenally clean…pristine!!! Would definitely come back.

The property was exactly as described in the listing! The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom being down the hall was not an issue at all. It was very quiet and peaceful, even with the other 2 rooms being occupied on the floor. Check in and check out were a breeze and entry to the property was was easy to navigate. The neighborhood was wonderful and great restaurants within walking distance. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed our visit to SF!

One word: Wonderful! I stayed in the room with the bathroom down the hallway, and it was like having our private bathroom. Springer provided great info before and throughout our stay—thank you!

My mom and I staid here for 3 days. The area is great - nice, quiet neighborhood with cute shops, restaurants and a old movie theatre a couple of houses down. The bed was very comfortable and the property was very clean. The host checked in periodically and was very responsive. I would def stay again at this property!

More than a few steps to get in thru locks I brought up site and they just highlight last lock. But when I got to email it was clearer

My friend and I stayed here during our trip to San Francisco and really enjoyed it. The property was very nice and clean. Springer was a helpful and responsive host. Make sure to check out the incredible personal library down the hall. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to SF!

We loved our nice room in a wonderful Victorian, nicely appointed, and within walking distance from everything we were here for: visiting friends and family in the Richmond District and the Haight Ashbury. It was so nice to have Alta Plaza Park and the Presidio so close by, along with great restaurants and other sweet Victorians! Would mostly certainly return.
