Wonderful condo! This was our 2nd time staying at this particular condo. This was 10th yr at PCB and again this is by far the best place to stay!

The condo is just what we were wanting for our family of 7. It is convenient to eating and shopping. The beach is a short walk from the room. The owners were quick to respond and even let us check in before scheduled time. The only con was the pool area is small.

Just a couple of hiccups with door codes being accurate for getting there and locking us out early, but easy fixes once we were able to get in contact with owners. They were very promot in resolving those issues. Great condo….clean, spacious, fast elevators, great view. Would definitely rent again.

Owners were very accommodating with check in. Condo was perfect for us (G’ma and G’pa, mom and dad, and 3 small kids) and view was fantastic! We all really enjoyed our stay! Indoor pool was nice on a drizzly day for kids.

My family and I spent the weekend at this lovely property to celebrate Mother's Day. My mother was so pleased, and she said that she wants to stay here again! The property was clean, welcoming, and in a perfect spot.

We had a wonderful time on our girls trip The condo is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, Pier Park shopping, events and the beach. And as others have said, the views from the 23rd floor are phenomenal. Others did not mention how quickly and efficiently the elevators worked, which is critical when staying on the top floor. Never a long wait. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you may need including a coffee machine, pots, pans, dishes, glassware... We had a small issue but the owners were very responsive and worked to correct it quickly. We would definitely stay at this location again when in PCB. Thank you for a great experience.

The views from this condo are just amazing. The building offers so many things - indoor poor, outdoor poor, hot tub, steam room, sauna, gym, etc. etc. This property is wonderful for families. Only warning to vacationers - if your SUV has top carrier, it won’t fit in the garage, but you can park across the street for free.

We have stayed at Ocean Reef many time in another unit. This one hands down was so much nicer. Very clean, and the owners were amazing to work with. Will definitely be calling them again. Thank you for our 24th girl beach trip.

The condo was perfect. My family and I had plenty of room. Everything worked as it should. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing. Having a big balcony overlooking the beach was great and watching the sunset was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a condo with plenty of room, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, and view to die for then this is the place. The hosts were very accomodating and super easy to deal with. So if you are looking for a great place for your family to spend their vacation, look no further. I give this place 5 stars!!!!!

The condo is well furnished with a great location and a wonderful view. However, the condo needs some basic maintenance and it needs a thorough cleaning. One bathroom has mold and the shower curtain in another bathroom is mildewed.

The unit was spacious, conveniently located and everyone had their own room. The beach was beautiful, easy access and rental of chairs and umbrella was reasonable. The only draw back was it could get very windy on the balcony but we were on the 23rd floor, so that is expected. My family and I had a great time. My family and I had a great time, Would highly recommend, it accommodated the 7 adults just fine.

Super roomy enough for 8. Love the building location. Ocean Reef condo is the best for convenience, cleanliness and security. Great furniture and kitchen appliances. Perfect communication from owners.

I went on a Spring Break Trip with 8 other friends. The condo was everything we were looking for. It was very clean and suited for 8 people. The only thing we were nervous about was that we had two cars. The owners informed us that there was overflow in the parking garage, so we did not know if we would have a spot or not. However, the owners said they would reimburse us if we had to park our other car across the street in a paid lot. They were great! Everything went smoothly and we had absolutely no problems!

This condo was a great place to stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday, the views are awesome being on the top floor and all the amenities were great, the beds slept very well, I would definitely recommend this condo to others

This is a great property. It is walking distance to a lot of fun things to do during the stay . We loved it so well we extended our stay !! You won’t be disappointed in the location or the property!!

The view was amazing. The beach was clean and not crowded. Accommodations were perfect for our family. Having the wagon helped greatly with loading and unloading luggage. My only down was not being able to check in early.

The owners are super helpful and the property was awesome. The only downside is one of the toilets were awful. The toilet had dried bowel movement under the toilet seat. I'm talking a lot of it. If it was cleaned properly there's no way they could've missed it. We did not contact the owners regarding it. Other than that we had an awesome time. Thanks

Overall was phenomenal.10/10 would highly recommend staying here! Such a beautiful place to stay! The view of the ocean was just breath taking, The owners were very quick with their responses everything went as planned hands down the best vacation we have had as a family. Thank you!!

Beautiful unit
We had a big family group (8) staying and the u it was beautiful. It was on the 23rd floor and the view was incredible! It is close to everything my only complaint was that the master tub was very slow to drain and the dishwasher backed up into the sink. We let the owner know but spent the last two days unable to use the tub or the dishwasher.

The property was great and the bedroom configuration was perfect for our family. Balcony is was very nice and very large. The only negative would be the tubs didn't drain very well but overall, we would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!

These owners were absolutely the best…They were so helpful! The condo was perfect… super clean & great property! Condo was stocked & even had beach stuff for us to use. No wait on these elevators! All of this made for a wonderful Beach Engagement for our Son!
