Beautiful villa overlooking the water. The 3 ensuite bedrooms were perfect for our family. Villa was very well equipped. From morning coffee to sunset cocktails outside on the deck, you will not want to leave.

We loved everything about this property. The owners communicated with us every time we had a question. We were so thankful for the booklet of ideas they gave us with places to see, eat, and any other information we needed- very thorough.
Such a beautiful place- roomy - perfect for 3 couples. Kitchen is well equipped with everything. The house cleaner, Marion , is very helpful and comes a few times throughout the week.
You really cannot beat the ocean view and the sunsets. The patio and pool are perfect! Great location- a bit tricky the first time in the dark - for check in- but easy after that. We would love to come back. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and spacious villa! The deck can’t be beat. Hosts provided lots of helpful information about the area. Close to great places to eat and a grocery store to stock up the kitchen with. Truly a friendly island; really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations!

This place was amazing, the location is incredible! (Hard to find at first). My girlfriend and I absolutely loved this place. If I return to SXM, I will definitely be checking to see if this house is available again.

Furniture was different from website, although comfortable. There is no deck umbrella, however, we found the
retractable awnings over deck and pool a very welcome feature!
Pool was very clean and plenty of lounging options on deck.
Deck was the perfect morning coffee spot, breeze and views.
The house floor plan works well and sliding doors open easily .
Kitchen well supplied with beautiful dishes, glassware serving platters and cutlery for large group, found the basic kitchen spices lacking for food prep,
AC worked perfectly for our hot week and ceiling fans well placed kept us very comfortable inside and out.
Lovely neighborhood to walk and enjoy fabulous island flora and fauna.
Convenient to many restaurants. We especially enjoyed French restaurants.
Marion was a delight to meet.
A memorable week spent here.

My husband and I just stayed at Villa Libre for our 10 year wedding anniversary… and we had the BEST stay. Truly. The pictures of the villa are beautiful, but it’s even more beautiful in person. Every room is the villa is spacious and well-kept. There are three huge bedrooms with bathrooms attached to each. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, plates, glasses, appliances, etc. There is a grill on the patio with seating to look out and enjoy the breathtaking views while enjoying your meal. Around the bend after the grill & table are ample lounges and the pool. We spent hours just taking in the views from that patio. Absolutely stunning. The villa itself is not that far from dining, bars, beaches, and things to do. Anton and Michelle were great to speak with leading up to our vacation. The welcome packet is awesome and offers a lot of great insight! Marion, the housekeeper, is one of the sweetest people we’ve ever met. She truly wanted us to enjoy our stay and we enjoyed speaking to her so much. You can tell she loves what she does and takes deep pride into keeping the house in tip-top shape. It was truly a lovely place to stay and we hope one day we will be able to return.

As advertised and owners are amazing. Hosts gave excellent tips to help with navigating island and make most of our stay. I also can't say enough about the excellent views and location. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

The property is as pictured and described....Absolutely Gorgeous! It was 6 of us on a Girls Trip and the villa was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. The kitchen has everything a chef needs (we actually hired one and he didn't ask for a single thing).The best part for us was the sitting on the lanai and taking in the view, which is spectacular! We enjoyed everything about the place and would definitely book it again.
Recommendations:
1.Leave a beach towel for each guest (the master had 2 and the other bedrooms only had 1).
2.Having a mosquito repellent coils would be nice so that you can sit outside in the evening without getting eaten alive....lol..

If you're trying to decide if you should choose Ville Libre, think no more, DO IT!
The property is absolutely beautiful and gives you all of the comforts of home, plus some. The view, the view, the view. If youre looking for a serene and relaxing atmosphere, this is it.
Michelle and Anton are amazing owners. They respond quickly and provide a fully comprehensive guide giving several recommendations on where to go, what to see, restaurants, etc.
The housekeeper, Marion, is a gem and there for whatever is needed.
We have already decided that Villa Libre will be our go to home whenever we visit the island. We loved it!

Second time staying here at this property. Incredible does not begin to describe it. Marion is wonderful and communication with property owner Michelle was easy and seamless. Can not wait to return again. Relaxing time with friends and family. Pictures do not do the home justice!! 5 stars.

This is a very well appointed and well kept villa. The scenery is breathtaking! The ability to walk around town was goodis, we enjoyed the surrounding area.
Our only suggestion is maybe there could be three more barstools so that six people could eat inside at the same time and 1 more sofa/chair in the living room so 6 could watch TV in the evening, after a beautiful day and evening outside.
~other than that it was everything we wanted in our vacation. Thank you very much!

Great view, location, and perfect pool, sundeck, and outdoor relaxing area. Owner did not cut corners on appointments, renovations, interior, bathrooms, or internet communications and television channels. A kitchen full of appliances, cooking utensils, silverware and serving settings. I look forward to renting this unit many times in the future.

Truly perfect!
Our stay was so wonderful! Everything was so beautiful and comfortable! The owners are incredibly accommodating and so friendly. They are very eager to help. The on site management is outstanding. Marion is a gem and I felt so connected with her, she is a dear person. We also interacted with a tech person and the pool caretaker, both of which also were extremely professional, efficient and friendly! We had a wonderful time and will absolutely be back! Great Stay in Pelican Key
This was a wonderful property to stay in, it was very comfortable, impeccably clean with INCREDIBLE views. I highly recommend this property for a small group getaway. The location is tucked away, but also pretty walkable. It was a little hard to find (we were using google maps to get around most places and the address doesn't pull up), but there are instructions in the (very thorough) welcome package.
My only minor complaint is that there are so many remotes but none of them are labelled. It would also be nice if the welcome package was printed and available in the house since its so long.

Best View of Any Property We’ve Stayed
Greeted immediately upon arrival by the property manager who gave us a full tour of the property, how to access all needed communications, and operate all mechanical and electrical options of the facility.
The property was as beautiful or better than any picture in the listing, only to be outdone by the views the property offered.
180+ degree view right on the ocean’s edge. Listen to the waves rolling in as you watch the planes land across the bay.
Absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful trip in Saint Maarten
After a long 2020 with limited travel this was a wonderful trip. The house is in a great location easy to walk to grocery, restaurants and stores.
The owners were great to work with considering we had to adjust our travel due to flight changes. Marion is wonderful she met at the house when we arrived and checked on us throughout are stay to see if we needed anything!! Overall 👍🏻👍🏻 If you are going to Saint Maarten.

Great getaway!
This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and just love it. The location is close to the airport but embedded in the back of a neighborhood on the end so very private. Kitchen is well appointed, living room and master suite very spacious. The pool and lanai are what will bring us back! We are at home cookers so love the Carrefour French grocery and anything you need is close by. With Covid, we had to reschedule a few times and the owners were great in working with us!

Came to the island and this villa to completely relax! That is exactly what we did! Stress is removed with the sounds of the ocean outside your door!! An absolutely lovely villa, responsive owners, and an awesome lovely lady who manages the villa. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

FANTASTIC villa, would rent again!
Loved this villa. Falling asleep to the Caribbean sea every night and waking up to it was paradise. We spent 5 blissful days there.
Pros:
- The view from the deck - amazing. The Caribbean sea right there, the ships, the sunsets, amazing...
- The three bedrooms each have their bathrooms - just so convenient. The master bath has an amazing shower
- LOVED the state of the art kitchen. Made breakfast every morning
- The cleaning lady came in every day but Sunday - amazing
- Close to everything - beaches, food, airport, the french border...
Cons:
- it did say washer and dryer which we always try to have since we have an 8 year old with special needs and that was not readily available. The cleaning lady was happy to do a load and we would still choose to stay there in spite of that, but it was the one small downside.
Michelle also presented a very thorough list of places to go and things to do. AMAZING.
Would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to a co-worker. All around an AMAZING place - wish we owned it!!!!

Paradise!
We just got home from a wonderful vacation at St. Martins. This Villa was perfect for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). Michelle, the owner, provides you with a very extensive welcome packet about the island and answers any questions you might have immediately. Marion, the housekeeper, who comes with the rental, is also very helpful and nice. The views are spectacular. It was very hard to leave at night to go to dinner. We cooked 3 out of the 6 nights we were there. I would advise anyone renting here to rent a car if you want to see the island. Most beaches are 5 to 30 minutes away depending on traffic. If you can avoid it, don't travel through Princess Juliana airport on the weekends. They are still recovering from Hurricane Irma and are not fully equipped for the amount of tourists. We spend a wonderful week with my children away from screens and social media. We will definitely return!

Simply Perfect
We visited St. Maarten for a short 3-night getaway with our 2-year old, and Villa Libre was the PERFECT choice for our accommodation. Everything from the moment we booked it was flawless - the communication with Michelle, the directions from the airport, the ease of orientation with the housekeeper, and the recommendations for places to visit and eat.
Not to mention, the house itself is gorgeous! Spectacularly located right on the waterm with 3 large well appointed bedrooms, an excellent kitchen, outdoor cooking/dining options, and a beautiful private plunge pool. We couldn't have asked for anything more, and (if possible) it is even nicer in person than the photos.
We would return in a heartbeat (and hope to). It is a great location for a family visit, or for 2 or 3 couples to enjoy together. Highly recommended!

Hard to find a more perfect vacation home. The island is friendly and easy to navigate. Highly recommend the Palms restaurant, but make a reservation because everyone who eats here comes back.
