Beautifully updated 2 BR w extra bunk room, family friendly, ocean front condo
Questo è un grande condominio fronte golfo con una bellissima vista. Il salotto extra che viene fornito con questo appartamento con due camere da letto fa la differenza. La camera da letto principale ha due letti queen size e un ulteriore salotto con divano letto e sedie. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale. Quando sei sul balcone è come se fossi seduto sulla spiaggia. Sei così vicino all'acqua che puoi vedere nuotare focene. Abbiamo tre televisori e tre lettori DVD. Tutti possono trovare un posto tranquillo quando necessario.
La sabbia è bianca e l'acqua è limpida. C'è un ottimo ristorante locale dall'altra parte della strada. Quando sei stanco di una giornata in spiaggia, attraversa semplicemente la strada. L'ingresso frontale offre anche una splendida vista sulla baia. Il San Souci è recintato e molto sicuro per i bambini più grandi di andare in piscina o in spiaggia con un gruppo.

This is a gorgeous condo that is stocked with more than most. It's in a great location. The walk from the condo to the beach is so close... no burning feet and tired backs from hauling beach items. Speaking of, there is a super convenient locker located on the ground floor to store your beach chairs, toys, etc. The beach wasnt crowded at all, elevator wait times were minimal, and we just really enjoyed our time here. Can't wait to come back!

The accommodations were excellent, location was the best, a very family friendly vacation! Communication with the host was great, responsive and very pleasant. We loved staying at this condo and would certainly book again!

Amy was very communicative and helpful. The property had everything that we needed, and was very well kept. It presented a wonderful vacation vibe. I'd like to have been able to stay longer and make a dent in all the books on the shelf.
Beach access was great. Covered parking was a bonus.
Pensacola is a nice place to visit with family. The opportunity that this property presents bumps this locale up on our priority list. Would love to visit again.

Amy was super responsive when I had a question and this condo is beautiful! The extra bunk bed room was really great!
This location is FABULOUS. We loved being right on the beach and so close to Petes and the convenience store right across the street. The beach was never crowded and it was exactly the relaxing beach vacation we needed.
Access to the beach closet was awesome too! The pool was also fabulous and never very crowded.
The balcony furniture is quality and comfortable. We spent quite a bit of time out there watching the dolphins.
The condo was overall very clean, but we did need to rewash one set of sheets for my daughter's bed. We didn't mind and it was easy to do with the in unit washer/dryer. (athe washer/dryer was another big plus!) This is clearly a well maintained unit and is decorated beautifully. We would love to stay here again.

This condo is everything we want in a vacation home. Easily the best place we’ve stayed. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, balcony has plenty of seating.

As a couple that has stayed at several different Sans Souci condos mutiple times over the last 5 or so years, this was hands down best yet! The condo is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. Communication with the property manager was excellent, very quickly responded to, and just an all around joy! We will absolutely seek out this condo for our upcoming stays!

The condo is wonderful, the views are amazing. We had everything we needed for a wonderful week of relaxing & golf. I would rent again in a minute. Thank you for a great time.

This is our 7th time staying at sans souci, and this unit did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated and updated, comfortable beds, and a unique layout in that the second bedroom is like two bedrooms in one. The kitchen was well stocked with things to make your stay easier, which we appreciated. Check-in process was easy, and we also appreciated the keypad on the door instead of having to carry around a key. Zero complaints about this condo and we would 100% book it again but one thing to note. We have always had complementary chairs included with every condo we have ever booked at SS, but this one does not come with it… you’ll need to reserve and pay for chairs each day on your own. The laid-back vibe of this area coupled with walking across the street to peg legs in the evenings… you can’t beat it!

Our stay here was excellent. Parking was easy. 1 thing to note is Google Maps will take you to the exit rather than the entrance, so I did pass the gate my first go around. Communication with the owners was great. The place was a lot bigger than I anticipated which was a nice surprise. Access to the beach was easy and was the prime reason we chose to stay here. I also loved that there were recycling options on the property. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a pleasant stay at the beach.

This is a great place and time to vacation at the beach. Condo was very clean, check in extremely easy. Property Manager was easy to communicate with, got to check in early without even requesting.

Stop reading reviews and go book this property right now! Everything you could need! Comfortable and clean, with an AMAZING view! I loved the extra security with the gated complex. Elevators for my older parents and carts to carry all your luggage to your condo. Easy peasy walk to the beach. I didn’t say “ugh I have to go back” if I forgot something upstairs LOL. The beach was not crowded at all which was awesome! Easy walk to Tom Thumb across the street for my husbands daily newspaper too. The owners were fantastic with communication. We will absolutely stay here again! Thank you for an amazing vacay, Good Times and Tan Lines!

We are regulars at San Souci because it is so close to the beach compared to other places. This was the first time at this condo though, and it is now my favorite one. It is so well decorated, plenty of beds, everything you need in the kitchen, a washer and dryer floats in storage closet, and even a coffee bar with supplies. You also can’t beat the view! We will definitely be back to this condo.

The condo was great. There was enough space for my family of 5. The storage closet came in handy and the pool was never crowded when we couldn’t swim in the ocean due to red flag days. A bad storm came through and Amy checked on us to make sure everything was okay. The only complaint was we kept finding bird feathers.

Unit was clean, comfy, and so convenient to the sand and surf! We were perfectly situated to spend time on the beach, and slept so well in the super comfortable beds. The reserved, covered parking spot was fabulous, and we really appreciated having access to the closet of beach chairs, toys, etc. We loved this condo, and had a fabulous week in beautiful Pensacola Beach!

Good times & Tan lines will be our new go-to getaway spot! The condo was very clean, cozy, & spacious for a two bedroom. It’s off the main strip, but still walking distance to everything. The beach access was very nice & private. This was definitely a 5⭐️ stay!

This condo was simply AMAZING! The communication with the host was incredible and she kept in constant contact and replied to any questions we had in a very timely manner. The beds were soooo comfortable, which isn’t typical for other rentals we have had in the past. The location was perfect and the views were spectacular. We really enjoyed having access to the storage space in the garage and use of some beach items as well. It was also nice not having to carry everything back to the condo after a long day at the beach. We traveled with 3 young adults/kids, so the 2nd bedroom was perfect for everyone to have space to spread out. This was our first visit to Pensacola Beach and are already looking to schedule out next stay at “Good Times and Tan Lines”!

The condo was beautiful! Perfect access to the beach, and was able to watch dolphins off the balcony every morning. The owner was very good with communication and recommendations for the area.

This place was perfect for what we had planned. Only downside was the air conditioning never got below 70 & ya girl runs warm 😂 other than that it was great!

As a family that visits the OBA area every year, we’re so happy we decided on Pensacola this time. We loved everything about this condo. It gave everyone their own bit of space without being overcrowded. It was decorated so perfectly! And was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach. The location was perfect and within a short distance to restaurants and activities for the kids. Although it wasn’t needed, there was an open line of communication with the host. We are looking forward to going back!
