We enjoyed our stay at this modern, roomy, and immaculately clean property. There is an ocean view from the main floor balcony as well as a private roof top balcony. Walking distance to the beach, and a short ride to Oceanside Harbor. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Beach gear and bicycles provided. We would not hesitate to return for another stay!

We traveled from AZ to Oceanside for a soccer tournament. This place was perfect, within walking distance to the beach and a 15 min drive to the soccer complex. The house had everything you need, it was clean, and centrally located to everything. It even has a hair diffuser!! For someone with curly hair, that is huge!! We’d definitely stay here again!!

This place is really nice. Appears to be newer construction and is well-appointed, comfortably decorated, and has a private garage, which is super valuable in a beach community.
The walk to the beach is easy and freeway access is also close if you’re in a mood to visit local attractions. There’s some street noise but that’s to be expected, and it’s not overbearing. It is a vertical property, so there are nice views from the upper levels; the spacious residence is on two levels, with the garage on the ground floor.
We made good use of the kitchen, which had about everything we needed. The wifi service was great, and the TV’s are streaming-ready. There’s a gas grill and seating on the roof deck if you want to grill something or eat outside (we did).
Communications with the owners were quick and friendly— plenty of detailed info provided well before we needed it.
It would be hard to think of any significant improvements needed here… overall a great stay in a very nice home! We’d definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights so we could be within 23 minutes of our two adult sons, who recently moved to the area, and they were able to spend one of the nights with us. We hardly drove anywhere since we could walk to great restaurants, a grocery store and the beach.
The Townhouse has everything you need and we did borrow the surfboards and wagon one afternoon. The upper deck was fabulous, especially for watching the gorgeous sunsets. The couch, beds and everything about the place was very comfortable and inviting. It was quite spacious and the stairs were no problem. We really liked having a garage as well. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends!

We wanted our 2 yr old twins to see the beach and ocean for the first time, but did not want to leave the country or stay at a resort. One of our twins is on the spectrum and he's very sensitive to noises and even new environments.
Our stay at the Spanish Town home was amazing and fit all our needs. I was afraid of all the stairs with the boys, but they had so much fun going up and down, with supervision of course lol, and even improved their motor skills with stairs. They're pros now. The home does have one baby gate which the boys know to stay clear.
The town home has very thing you need for the beach, to cook and even to do laundry.
There were so many great features of the Town home and the online pictures don't do it justice. The view from the roof top is great and the space is so relaxing with the breeze.
My favorite feature of all, they provide a pack-n-play. We were so worried our Twin whos Autistic and being able to sleep. We brought his tent from home so if he had any issues sleeping, he could sleep in his safe space where he naps. We didn't even unpack it. He slept in the pack-n-play just like he does in his own crib at home. He felt right at home at the Town home, as did we.
We will most definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Beach Condo
We loved staying at this Condo. Beautiful and clean, exactly as pictured. Just a few blocks walk to the beach. Walking distance to so many things. Loved the Night Market on Thursday Night, also walking distance. Plenty of room, and lots of storage, plus private garage. As others have mentioned, there are a lot of stairs, but it wasn't a problem for us.

Time at the Beach
The beach for my friend and I is a healing place, but it is made better when the rental is clean, safe, and accessible. This rental was that and more . We loved that we could have our car in a garage but the inside was a dream. The steps are the only downfall to this rental, but the steps get you high enough to see the ocean from the balcony. We will definitely be back.

Luxurious condo!
This condo was fantastic! They had every amenity to make the place feel like home. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer with detergent and drier sheets. Bikes, surfboards boogie boards, sand toys! The unit had a lot of stairs so it would not be ideal for anyone with mobility concerns.very high end finishings. Large master. Large second bedroom. Great bathrooms. Tons of space for a family. Some noise at night because of the location, but the windows are great and block the noise well. We would love to stay here again.

Great location
Eazy booking. The townhouse is multi level so be prepared to climb. Very clean. Some homeless people sleeping in the alley but didn't feel unsafe. Very close to a variety of restaurants, shops, bars, as well as the beach, all walking distance. Legoland was less than 15 minutes away.

Family vacation
This property was fabulous. The inside was clean, modern, spacious and had everything we needed. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area. The garage is a huge bonus and a must in this area for parking. The one thing I would mention to potential clients is the stairs in case they are traveling with elders.

The property is beautiful and very clean. Walking distance to the store and many restaurants. The master bedroom air conditioning could be cooler. The pull out sofa bed very uncomfortable.

Spacious! Short walk to beach!
Condo had everything we needed for our one month stay. Comfortable beds. Excellent high speed internet for all the Zoom calls as my husband and I worked and our daughter had remote school. Plenty of room to exercise in the living room. Morning runs along the strand, or joined morning yoga group at the beach. Walk to beach for sunsets or watch it from condo - gorgeous! Lots of great restaurants and shops in walking distance. Farmers Market on Thursdays. Two bicycles in garage are new cruisers -- rode to restaurants at Oceanside Harbor, up bike trail along Northside of Oceanside, and even to Carlsbad beach. Short drive to San Diego. Thank you for a comfortable, clean, well stocked, condo in a GREAT LOCATION!! We will be back!!

Week in Oceanside
Best part of the rental was the great rooftop deck and balconies with views of the ocean! It isn't huge but big enough. It was a wonderful set up with access from the garage. Big rooms with lots of seating. Easy to walk to beach and pier. I think it is time for a new mattress in the master bedroom. This is not for someone with mobility issues - lots of stairs. We would come back again. Walk over to Venetos for some of the best pizza that you will ever eat.

A wonderful family getaway
We rented this place for a little family trip. And it was gorgeous. We loved staying here and enjoyed cooking our meals at home in the nice open kitchen. Great location. Close to the beach and walking distance to the downtown. We will be renting it again.

Location picture a bit misleading
This is a lovely property with a few unmet expectations. Our interpretation of the ocean picture was that the outside seating area was close to the ocean. We could see a road in front, but then it appears that the sand and ocean starts. This is not a beachfront property. It's certainly close to the pier, but set more in town. Visitors need to note that the property is multi-leveled with the layout being a bit awkward to navigate. And unfortunately, the weekend party activity of the neighbors was very loud in the guest bedroom, and all sounds traveled clearly into that part of the property disrupting sleep. Restaurants are steps away, and check-in/check-out process was easy.

Spacious, modern multi-level apartment
We were pleasantly surprised by this place, having previously stayed in another much smaller rental very close by. We like the area, found the apartment to be excellent value and perfect for us. Tons of space, perfectly fitted-out. Easy walk to many eating places and the beach.
It would perhaps not suit the less mobile - a fair amount of stair climbing (which we happened to like). They do have a lift though. For those seeking peace and quiet, the traffic noise during the day from Coast Hwy might be a bit much. That said we slept soundly at night. Would most definitely want to stay here again when we visit the area.

A little misleading
Beautiful house that sleeps 5 comfortably. The view outside is more of the gas station and tire shop across the street. Yes, the ocean is way farther back of your view, but you don’t feel like you are near the beach.

Perfect Home for a great vacation!!
I call this unit a Home because I can't call it a condo. It is huge. The bedrooms and bathrooms are gigantic and the living area, dining and kitchen are fantastic. Huge roof deck and outdoor patios are also amazing. Plenty of very nice furniture. Everything was new an modern with a totally "unlived-in" feel. Close to everything. Easy walk to beach and pier. Could not have asked for anything more!!!

Immaculate property
We have stayed in many properties throughout California. This one was by far the best kept. A beautiful property with comfortable amenities. The owners were very helpful. Unfortunately, the weather was not good the month we stayed, but the fact the property was so nice we still enjoyed our stay. One disappointment was that the elevator mentioned in the description was not available for use. If you have a problem with steps. You should be aware of this. Otherwise, centrally located to everything and a beautiful view from the roof top. All things considered a great value for a great rental.

Very nice rental
There were 4 of us and we loved staying here. Very unique and private set up...garage was great... could walk to eating places and ocean! Britt was great, our Keurig wasn’t working which wasn’t a big issue, since there was also a reg. Coffee pot...But, he brought Keurig w/ some Kcups right over.

Your beautiful home was the perfect setting for our family vacation. Our daughter attends USD so we decided to celebrate Christmas week on the west coast. We enjoyed walks on the Pier, the farmers market, brunch at Honey, BBQ on the roof top and game night by the fire. The kitchen views were beautiful and the beds were comfortable. We left rested and rejuvenated. Thank you so much!
