Condo was good. Property manager was great. Building management needs improvement. Water service problem took an entire day to fix. Facility staff tried to enter condo to check sprinklers without giving me even 5 seconds to answer the door.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was perfect and had plenty of room. The amenities and supplies helped make our trip go smoothly. We will be back!

We enjoyed everything about our stay on this property. The parking/elevator situation can be confusing but we quickly figured it out. We will most likely book again in the future. The property manager is extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this condo.

This was one of the easiest and most laid back beach trips I’ve had in a long time. The condo was perfect! The view from the balcony over the water was breathtaking! It was super clean, the bed was sooo comfortable! Smelled amazing and clean inside. Stocked with everything we needed. The hostess told us everything we needed to know to make the trip super smooth and a success. Thank you Christine!!

Property Manager was very personable and responsive. Communication was awesome!! and so was the condo!!

The unit was nice other than the moldy coffee grounds in the coffee maker and the garbage disposal didnt work properly. The people in the unit next to us were smoking a lot of pot. We could smell it almost the whole time we were there. I would've booked another night or 2 but i cant justify spending that kind of money to be choked out by someone's drug smell.

Christine was so easy to work with and went above and beyond. Perfect location. Beautiful view.

We frequent PCB quite often and it was our first time staying at the Emerald Beach Resort. The property and what it had to offer was amazing! Our unit was absolutely perfect. It came with everything we needed and more. Very clean! It was also very spacious for a one bedroom! But the real gem was our host, Christine. I have used VRBO for years, and she was by far the most interactive and caring one I have ever encountered. Highly recommend booking with her :)

Parking was awful. Way too much walking. The bathtubs/showers were extremely hard to get into. Sides way to high. The condo Itself is beautiful, it just isn’t Senior friendly.

Great stay, although the parking garage was kind of a hassle.

We enjoyed our time at the property. The beach is beautiful. Christine was great at communicating.

Comfy couches and not a lot of trinkets and things around for my toddler to be tempted by. Perfect for a family with small kids. Really nice balcony furnishings! Also, probably the best condo/hotel bed I’ve slept in yet!

The overall resort is excellent! All the amenities around condominiums was great! People were friendly & resort very clean. And loved festive decorations. The pool was nice & warm as well as sauna. Our unit had beautiful view of ocean from 14th floor. I would’ve liked to see view of pool as well, but couldn’t from this unit. Unit nice size especially for just the two of us. Unit could use a few updates like trouble with curtains on balcony doors wouldn’t slide easily & kept getting stuck, ice dispenser didn’t work through door had to open door & get out of dispenser tray (but still provided enough ice), one of chairs at kitchen table extremely wobbly, velvet couches outdated & worn in, but everything else worked and was great! We had two days that cable went out, but we finally found out that the entire complex was out, But once someone from the complex notified cable company they came & had problem fixed! We had a couple of unexpected interruptions two days where bug spray company had to come in unit to spray. Then another day maintenance had to come in our unit cause they thought there was a leak coming from our unit to unit below so they were in & out a few times. But wasn’t a problem with our unit. Christine was our contact person & she was extremely nice & always answered immediately when we needed her!! Overall this unit was very nice & Christine was excellent to work with! We only had two days of good sunny weather. But we enjoyed our stay for the week! Thanks!!

We just needed a break from all the things in life so this was great

communication with the owner was great fast quick turn around on any questions we had. We loved our stay it was clean and just like advertised. We will rent this condo again!

Everything was wonderful! Location is great, the views spectacular and the elevators are the best that I’ve ever used in a high rise. 100% will be back if we are ever in the area again.

I am beyond thrilled with this enormous property (especially for just 2 people) with all the necessities! Some rentals are missing linens or towels or utensils and pans, things broken but this place was stocked, comfortable, in perfect running order and absolutely stunning view. However, by far the best property manager Ms Cindy who literally was the icing on this overall rave review. So communicative and kind and amazing instructions. Thank you Pisces sister for all the special touches you added to our much needed few days away.

This condo was everything it was described to be, and more! Everything was extremely clean, there was easy access to everything, and there was a welcome notebook with info on local restaurants and things to do. I loved that so many things were provided that your normally don't get with a beach rental: beach towels, chairs, beach toys. It was so nice not having to bring all that stuff with me. The communication with Christine was great! She was always quick to respond and when I reached out about adding a night at the beginning of my trip, she had it handled in about 15 minutes. I was a little worried about getting lost from the parking deck to the condo but the email you receive before you arrive gave very clear instructions so it wasn't an issue. As a solo traveler, I felt extremely safe staying in the condo and walking the property. My favorite part of the trip was sitting on the beach watching the sunset each night. It was some of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. I can't wait to come back next fall.

We can not say enough about our fantastic experience staying in this condo. Our room was beautiful and exactly as expected. The owner of the condo is definitely one of the best I’ve worked with. The resort itself has amazing amenities, and it is in a perfect location to walk to a lot of different surrounding restaurants and souvenir shops. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will be looking to stay in this room again.

This condo was excellent with amenities, cleanliness and location. The unit itself was perfect. It had everything we needed . The bed was comfy, the water pressure was great and the unit was super clean! Check in was at 2, which we realized was very convenient since the busiest elevator and parking garage time was 4… we didn’t have to wait for an elevator and easily found parking near the garage elevator every time we left … the only potential issues I could mention was the master tub is very deep, so may not be ideal for someone with issues stepping in and out … and the master bedroom does not face the gulf (I didn’t notice when I booked , my husband pointed it out ) neither of these things were a problem for us … we booked last minute , so cleanliness was my main concern and it definitely did not disappoint. Thank you!

We were so lucky to have found this gem of a condo when searching last minutes for places to stay when evacuating from Idalia. Christine was an absolutely incredible host who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The condo is in excellent condition and was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed access to the beach umbrellas and toys provided with the condo, and also spent a considerable amount of time in the beautiful pools! We definitely plan on booking again in the future!

As always, our 6th stay at this property was great! I can't say enough about Christine, she is absolutely wonderful and coming back to the condo was like a home away from home, without all the responsibility! It has everything you need to have a great time and if there is anything you need, Christine makes it happen. We saw dolphins and sea turtles from the balcony again and enjoyed breakfast there every morning. We went out to eat in the evening and enjoyed all our favorite places, even found a new one. The beach was sunny every day and the water was beautiful, we love Emerald Beach! I can't wait until next time! Once again, we want to thank Christine, we just can't say enough about how great she is!!!

The room was exactly as pictured. We originally were only suppose to stay 3 nights, but ended up staying an extra night. Mrs. Christine was a pleasure to work with. She was very attentive and responded quickly. We would definitely book with her again.
