Sereno, lussuoso impostazione a breve distanza dal mare, acquerello ecc Siamo a 7-10 minuti a piedi o a 2 minuti di golf cart per un ottimo accesso alla spiaggia. The house and accomodations were perfect. Only had issues with wifi but property owners were on top of communication with us. The pool area and screened in porch were perfect! Overall, it was a great house and nice location for one of our many vacations in Florida

This property was beautifully decorated. loved this property. Beds are the best Ive slept in away from my home. Oitdoor area was perfect and cozy. Kids had tons to do on property so we didn't have to stay gone to keep the entertained. Pool is clean and beautifully lit at night. Owners are sweet and easy to work with. Ive had 1,000 questions and she's has answered every single one. I highly suggest you book this incredible home

Cannot say enough great things about this place! This is our second year in a row renting this home for vacation and it is just as amazing as the first! The house is immaculate and the backyard space is absolutely perfect; it is a little piece of paradise. The location is perfect with a short golf cart ride to the beach access & minutes from great restaurants! Johnna & John are amazing to work with and truly care about ensuring you have an amazing stay! This is by far our favorite house we’ve stayed at in the area & will definitely be renting again!

We rented this home for our family as we celebrated a small private family wedding. It's a beautiful home and made us feel like we were both home and on vacation. They hosts provide the small things that make a vacation rental easy and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was quick, easy and excellent. We would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

Great property - close to everything and the golf cart is a great asset to get around quickly to the beach and restaurants. Clean and well equipped. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great time on our family vacation! The home was clean and the pool was a great addition to our vacation. Even though we had very bad weather, the home was a perfect vacation for our family.
Communication with John was quick and easy, coming out to help fix a small issue with the bath tub drain.

This vacation property is beautiful! The owners provided everything we could need and some more. The location is ideal - 2min drive from the beach, under 10min to a grocery stores and restaurants. The check out process was fairly simple and easy as well. Would definitely return again.

We had a lovely time visiting Blue Mountain Beach. The house was beautiful and homelike which made it very comfortable for our family. The kitchen and rooms are very well stocked. Hosts were very communicative and available. Would stay there again!

Absolutely divine! House was wonderfully prepared and accommodating for us. It was perfect for the adults as expected, but so great for our eighteen month granddaughter and our dog. Pool was perfectly heated and very warm when sun was out. No BUGS! Often left door to pool area open when grilling and that really allowed us to come/go so easily. Screened in porch with TV a super plus. Allowed us to spread out and not bother each other at times. Will look forward to staying here again.

This is a fantastic house in a convenient and peaceful location. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and other activities but is tucked away in a nice neighborhood with lots of privacy and quiet. The house is very comfortable and well furnished with everything you need. It has a great pool (heated) and lots of outdoor seating. Although it was only my wife, me and our dog on this trip, this house can easily accommodate larger family groups or several couples. The hosts were very helpful and hospitable, and we will definitely be returning for another stay!

The location was perfect, the space was plenty for our extended family, and the extra touches made it even better—including the heated pool, separate garage area, and golf cart. We rented for a 60th birthday get-a-way and had an amazing time!
The house was very clean, nicely updated, and bedrooms were very comfortable. The pool and back patio were so nice, and was quiet and very private. Perfect for an afternoon of games, swimming, and listening to music on a great speaker system. The screen porch we used every morning for coffee, breakfast, and putting a puzzle together.
Very short cart ride down to the beach, which was a little crowded but so worth it! We also enjoyed having drinks, and listening to the live music at the nearby Red Fish Taco!
Hwy 30a is a wonderful stretch, with so many shops and eatery.

My wife and I, along with our dog, Boomer, THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay in this amazing home! It is exactly as the VRBO photos depict, if not better. We had a great time hanging out by the pool and grilling up some fresh Tripletail in the evenings!! John and Johnna, were the ultimate hosts and were very accessible! John was there in 15 minutes one morning early in the trip when we had an issue with the kitchen sink. The Blue Mountain Beach area has some VERY GOOD restaurants to choose from as well. If you want a break from seafood, the Italian Meatball Sub from Johnny McTighe's Irish Pub is tough to beat! An added bonus to the home was that it came with its own golf cart! We are already planning to book this home again in the near future!

My husband and I, along with our daughter and son-in-law, twelve year old granddaughter and our grand dog stayed at this beautiful home!! It’s exactly as described, but even better in person. It is equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The golf cart was a huge plus! I can’t say enough about the pool area. The lighting for the pool was breathtaking! Add music from their indoor/outdoor system and you’ll think you’re at a tropical resort instead of a private home. John and Johanna were quick to respond to any questions we had. If you’re wanting a memorable vacation, this is your home!

This property is absolutely stunning! No detail has been left out. We were a 4 couple group of friends and the house was perfect. We enjoyed the short golf cart ride to the beach, the large pool, and the screened in porch daily. The kitchen is well equipped, all of our beach equipment was provided, and the neighborhood was quiet & safe. This is definitely one of the best VRBO homes we have ever rented.

We had such a lovely time! This place is exactly as described and so much more. The location was great and the golf cart was great to get to the beach and back. The house was very clean! We stayed in a couple of nights and cooked/grilled and had everything we needed. The heated pool was so warm and they had corn hole boards, floats, plenty of seating and outdoor speakers for the pool areaI. We had a blast! We can’t wait to go back next year! We stayed with my kids (infant, 3 & 6) and my mom (who has a cane) and dog and this house couldn't have been more perfect--plenty of room and space everyone could access. We actually got to relax! Kids loved the pool and the included golf cart. We drove down to get ice cream every night. House felt private but close to everything. And the house had everything we could possibly need. And the speaker system was really fun! We've stayed at a few places along 30A and I think we finally found the one we want to come back to!

We just got home from our spring break and miss the house already! It’s as one of the best vacations yet. My husband, our two tween kids, and my in-laws enjoyed everything the house had to offer. The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and spacious. They thought of everything that you might need! Plenty of towels, fully loaded kitchen, wet bar with an ice machine in the garage, TVs in every room, comfortable beds, beach gear, etc. We lived on the screened in porch for movies, meals, games, and reading on the swing bed. The heated pool, fun garage, and golf cart were perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and super convenient for runs to the beach or for ice cream at BMB Creamery. Communication was wonderful too! Cannot wait to come back!

Very comfortable for 6 adults (3 couples) and one child. Plenty of spaces to gather or get a little alone time, screened porch was perfect. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved having the golf cart to buzz over to the stunning beach. Pool area was beautiful. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores etc but nestled in a neighborhood for quiet at night.

The home was exactly as advertised. The pool area was awesome (even at night as the lights in the trees and around the pool are very cool). Home had pretty much everything you need to cook/grill at the house and enjoy evenings relaxing on the patio/porch. The golf cart was fantastic and a very short drive to the beach. My husband, daughter, son-in-law, sweet granddaughter, and I just spent a wonderful vacation at Santa Rosa Beach, Florida enjoying a great home with everything inclusive of a large private pool, sun porch, and golf cart (to use for a very short trip to the beach). The local food was delicious at the Perfect Pig and the Blue Mabel for just two of the wonderful spots to taste. We want to go back again and do recommend our hosts to anyone looking for a great beach get-away. Johnna was very quick to answer our questions and her husband was more than willing to help us with our electronic needs throughout the week. The saltwater pool was so refreshing such that it was hard to want to go down to the beach and enjoy the sugar white sand along the shore.

Family Vacation
If you are considering this home as a choice for your rental… you won’t be sorry. We have made many family trips, and I have never left a review. But this was an amazing find ! Beautiful home … minutes away from beach( actually walked a couple times with no problem). The house is equipped with every thing you could possibly need. The pool .. the amenities are just amazing ! Used the golf cart to the beach. We had the best week and the owners were amazing to work with 🏖. 2 families with a total of 10. We had plenty of room, and beds for everyone. Only thing that was a little difficult was only one full bathroom on 2nd floor ( 4 teenage girls and and one adult couple ). But we made it work ! Great find for us !! Definitely be back

Excellent vacation home and the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need - from the pool, to beach umbrellas and chairs, to the golf cart, to surround sound throughout the home, to the fully furnished kitchen, to the bed swing, to the ice machine, etc., etc., etc. Great relaxing vacation home and best vacation ever!

Family Beach Vacation
The house, pool, screened in porch all very lovely and comfortable. Beautiful property- had everything we needed. It was fresh, clean, new, lots of amenities and thoughtful touches. Owners super nice and responsive. Beach, creamery, restaurants all within walking distance. Golf cart was great to have for beach trips. We rented bikes for the kids and e-bikes for us and rode up and down the 30a bike trail checking out Grayton State Park and Pecan Jacks. It was quiet and off the beaten path but still close enough to everything. We even saw deer wandering around the house and neighborhood. Great family vacation. Would definitely go back.

Perfect Beach house
We spent a wonderful relaxing week at this gorgeous property! We were all blown away with the perfect setup and everything you need is right there!! The pool is fantastic and we really enjoyed some family swim time in the afternoons! Kids loved the screened in porch area and we loved the hammock and swing outdoor too! Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The home is gorgeous, clean, and just as the pictures show. There are a ton of things to do, plenty of room for sleeping, and a great set up for multiple couples (i.e. not a bunch of single beds). The house had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking and eating. The golf cart was a great bonus for driving to the beach. The screened in porch was so peaceful and relaxing. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas too. The pool wasn't ready when we went but Johnna communicated well with us about the status. She was great to work with. We would most definitely stay here again!
