Il nostro condominio si trova al 13 ° piano di Beach Colony West direttamente sulla sabbia bianca come zucchero e acque verde smeraldo del Golfo del Messico. This is our 2nd year to stay in this condo. It is clean, well equipped with everything anyone could want in the kitchen, nice laundry room, upgraded appliances, clean, large balcony with views of the gulf and sound. Also comes with 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up. We will definitely come back to this condo.

The condo was clean and homey. Great beach decor. Views from the large deck are beautiful. Location is perfect. Three restaurants are walkable. Walking path across the street for strolls or exercise. The owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. We will be back.

Wonderful location with great views , clean and comfy and the unit had everything we needed for our stay . Loved the Dolphin sightings every morning from the balcony . The condo was exactly like the pictures, very clean and spacious. The view of the gulf and the sound is amazing! The balcony is huge and looks right over the ocean. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. The owner is awesome at responding and communicating. The washing machine broke on our second day there and the owners got someone out the next day and stayed in communication about what was going on. It wasn't able to be fixed til our last day there (no fault of the owner, just had to wait for a part) and they graciously offered a partial refund since having in unit washer and dryer is top priority for us. We would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again.

Beach Colony 13 B was one of the best, if not the best, condos we have stayed in at Navarre Beach! Very accurate description on VRBO! Very well stocked with kitchen items, comfortable beds, nicely decorated,etc. Owners communicated promptly at any questions we had. Would 100% recommend this rental, can’t go wrong here!

This property is amazing. Everything you need to enjoy and relax. Perfect view of gulf and sound. Property manager was very quick to respond to any and all communications. My friends and I have stayed at other properties on Navarre Beach but this is the nicest. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely perfect. It definitely was bigger than we needed for just the two of us, but was so peaceful and relaxing. The balcony overlooking the water was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked. The whole place was beautiful.
The beach and the water were spectacular. The free beach chairs and umbrella worked out great.
There are a couple of walkable restaurants nearby, and more that you’d want to get in the car for, but the town in general is also very laid back, and ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE you meet us sooo friendly.
I definitely want to go back.

Excellent weekend in Navarre. Conda was beautiful and just as described in listing. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Balcony was awesome. Didn't use kitchen much as too much good seafood to eat in area. But looked like it had everything I could have needed. Condo clean and check in was super easy. Would highly recommend.

Beach Colony Resort is a great place to stay. The pool is awesome!!! Comfortable poolside furniture. The resort landscaping is very pretty and well maintained.
We were disappointed with cleanliness of the condo. It is in need of a deep cleaning!! Hair still in the master shower drain.
Drawers still had previous occupants hair brushes and a comb with hair in every drawer.
The furniture throughout was good and comfy. The master had a king size bed that slept great!!!

We had an amazing vacation while staying at this Condo. Our family of 5 had plenty of space and the balcony had plenty of space also. I really liked the size of the balcony! I will say that the balcony isn’t very private and when looking at the beach, it’s not an uninterrupted view to the sides. The shape of the building makes it so that the room to the right is sticking further out and the sister building is further out to the right. With that being said, it was still a gorgeous view and it wouldn’t stop me from staying again.
My family and I enjoyed the condo and had a very relaxing time. It was also a very nice feature of being able to go down and snag a couple beach chairs and Umbrella which were Free to guests at this condo. Oh! And the sand is some of the softest sand I’ve felt and it didn’t get scorching hot during the heat of the day. How I miss that sand!!

We spent a full week here 8/6-8/13 and loved every minute of our “island home”. The condo truly does feel like a home, the decor is cozy and comfortable, the linens are soft and the extra games and books are a welcome addition for a rainy day. The gulf-facing balcony is fully furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. The owners are a pleasure to rent from, responsive and communicative. Highly recommend and we hope to stay here again next summer.

Great condo! The hospitality could use some work.
When we arrived to the condo we were instantly pleased with the appearance of it. The beds were comfy, the living room furniture is comfy (most condos have uncomfortable living room furnishings), the furniture on the balcony was comfy. However there were a few details that I was disappointed about. Every condo we've ever stayed in had enough of everything to last at least the first few days so that there was no rush to run to the store. Upon arrival, there was no toilet tissue in one bathroom and almost none in the other bathroom. So after one visit to the bathroom, a trip to the store was required. There was no cleaning supplies accept for a mislabeled bottle of bleach water. No dish cloths, only a dirty, used sponge. There were 8 towels in the entire condo and there were 5 of us. We are a family that doesn't reuse towels so that meant buying more or washing a load of towels every day. After a day or so we realized how dirty the floor was. The bottoms of our feet were black just from walking through the condo. I was constantly washing my granddaughters feet with wet paper towels for fear of them getting the furniture or bedding dirty. There were a few issues with the condo itself. Nothing major, like blinking light bulbs and a constantly running toilet. I did contact the landlord as requested. However one issue I contacted

Perfect Family location
Everything about our time in unite 13b was amazing. We are a family of 4 with a 6 and 3 year old. The place is exactly as pictured. Views of the gulf are absolutely amazing. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need and some appliances like a griddle and slow cooker that you may not expect. Most of our stay was double red flags but we were still able to enjoy the beach and the pool. We had a family game night with board games that were already in the condo. Shoots and ladders, candy land and connect 4. Plan to book with Chris again!

My wife and I had the pleasure and privilege of living in this condo for a period of three weeks. The condo is very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony is wonderful and we really enjoyed it. What about Chris and her husband who are extremely kind and made sure our stay was most enjoyable. We have rented condos in several locations in both the US and Europe and this one ranks # 1. We have a new reservation and look forward to returning. Do not hesitate to rent it.
