Calm, peaceful neighborhood, suitable for Muslim brothers. Great for group travelers or family trip . Nearby shops and places to eat (Halal). Last minute booking but owner still offered good hospitalities.

30 minutes walk from Newcastle City Centre, however already stated in the ads and can book Uber or Taxi (average 6-8 GBP). Pricey in the weekends, manageable if you plan your stay wisely!

Very grateful for a large property on great north run weekend after being gazumped from another property. Owner was responsive to requests. Easy bus route into town.

it needed some TLC, wi fi did not work but to be fair we were not in apartment very long and did not seek help. Only 2 coffee mugs. Even allowing for great north run was very expensive for what it was.

Good quality facilities to occupy a group of 8, beds were comfy, everything was clean and maintained up to a good standard

1 bathroom was out of service on visit, with 8 lads made it slightly difficult, some parts are slightly starting to date but nothing major

Friendly service. House are clean and nice. Everything is very good. Will definately stay again and recommend to friends and collegues.

Size of the house,

Place, especially kitchen wasn't clean. Fridge and dishwasher were absolutely disgusting. We had to clean ourselves to be able to use it. We had to wash all dishes before we use as weren't clean. In bathrooms bad smell when you use - drain issues. All windows dirty, definitely weren't clean for long. Dust on stairs, lamp in living room. On departure day (before 10am, dep time was 11am) someone came to the house to change the carpets and were surprised that we are there. House have really big potential to be very nice place but nobody bother to clean before guest arriving.

Took £150 off me and wouldn’t give it bakc

1.not clean 2. No iron 3 the shower was leaking in to the downstairs landing and then it started to smell damp 4. Rubbish what’s in the draws in the bed room 5 Sofa bed was broke 6 one of the shower wasn’t working 7 way over priced 8 never staying there again

It was poorly maintained. 2nd floor both commode rest were broken. There were some pictures frames which were on the floor not a single picture were hanging. Ground floor toilet exhaust fan was not working. Bed smell were in the kitchen as bin were over loaded with rotten food which were placed outside just in front of kitchen window. In room and lobby there was no curtains in some windows.

The host kept in touch by telephone and gave me easy instructions on how to access the property and the facilities within.

Couldn’t work out how to use the oven (the kids) wanted pizza)

Value for money. The apartment was good for the rate that it was at. Good if you’re going to Newcastle for a night out. Location fairly close to centre.

The apartment isn’t in the best area. The front door key also didn’t work from the outside.
