Bed was comfortable. Nice size room as a superior room. The location of where the town centre is only 10-15 minutes depends on your pace.

I feel that hot breakfast should be incorporated to make the stay more comfortable at a budget. But 1st they will have to add a restaurant. Hmm

The rooms were clean and the showers were good. Good sized bedroom for single use. Bed comfortable.

The rooms were tired and needed decorating. If I wanted to plug in the hairdryer or fan, I had to crawl under the dressing table! The grab and go breakfast wasn't as shown in the photograph.

Could have done without the couple on my floor having their own Jeremy Kyle style drama from 2am-7am and then the other couple having very loud adult fun...maybe it was the same couple?? I don't know if the staff did something about the fight.

Good value for money and the breakfast bag was decent. Only a short walk into the city centre too.

It is close to the city centre, about a 15 min walk. Parking is big enough. The rooms are OK, at an affordable price. Not a luxury, but I didn't expect it.

The location was horrible. And staff were no helpful. And they told me that there is a car parking. And I got the fine. How how how. The receptionist ask the car registration number She said everything fine. Then I got the fine of my car. I would like to claim on officially to this claim. Well, Immediately, I was asking to cancel the place on the day, because it was not suitable with family. The people are fighting outside of the hotel. But there was no manager and the staff doesn't know how to cancel it. so I had to stay for one day on Saturday so the price was very expensive, the next doors are so noisy, just drank people, noise until in the morning. I was complaining the noise by email. Because I could not go out of the room, terrified. The staff ignored the noise. I could not sleep at all. It was a nightmare night never ever had I be back to Spain and l got the car fine then I phoned it, staff was speaking very badly to me, no helping Better not book the hotel I do not nothing recommend in this hotel at all.

Room was clean and tidy. Bed was a bit uncomfortable but was a double and at home we have a kingsize. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked the idea of breakfast in a bag. I left an inhaler in the room and Lisa was able to find it for me and hopefully it can be sent on to me.

The sofa needed some attention - very low to the ground.

Great value for money, really like the breakfast to go idea also! We had a good sleep and it wasn’t noisy unlike most other hotels on a weekend

Cleaning room was dirty, especially the shower. Also fixtures in room damages, staining on the wall Thick dust. Room cramped, shower very small

All of the staff were so lovely and friendly, the room was a lovely size, the bathroom was so big. The hotel was nice and toasty. Was a great location for what we needed. Easy to find, plenty of parking. The breakfast was cute. I would definitely stay again if in the area. Very pleased with it all. After travelling the UK quite abit recently this place restored my faith in hospitality ♡

If i had to nit pick - Just needed a bit of a more thorough clean, mentioned this to reception she apologised and said she would let them know . . . Again so lovely about just a little mention to her. It was a really lovely place to stay on a budget

Room was in a poor state and could do with a good clean, I could and did draw a line in the dust on the phone

The bed was pretty comfy wasn't expecting that but really enjoyed my night sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was nice touch having breakfast to go in a bag with the basics.

Decor was a little run down and room had quite musty smell to it too so a little freshen up would do the trick.
