トイレが汚いと伝えたら掃除してくれた。
とにかく汚い。トイレは掃除されてなく、シーツや枕カバーも汚くて臭い。

Shabby rooms filled with cowebs , dusty unclean and sticky bedspreads better to avoid.

Location on booking.com is incorrect.
They said i had to pay on website while booking.
I said that account booking.com my room is reserved. They said it's not their problem.
After some scandal they agreed to give me a room but instead of 400 rupees charged 550.
Rooms are extremely dirty and aren't maintained.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The property is walking distance from the beach.
There is so much greenery inside the house.

Had no disturbances from others in dormitory.
Had a privacy & freedom.
Wifi connection was useful.
Not sure about the security of the room & our property.
There is no locking system for the dormitory room.
The only key I could use is of the cupboard which is also a common key for 3 shelves.

Really nothing apart a very sweet old man helping with the keys. The owner was absolutely rude, no welcoming, asking straight away for money and then I discovered the absolute dirtyness of the room and surroundings. Please avoid this place.

Staff is nice. Price is cheep. Location is okay, near the airport but 7 km from the central railway station. Dormitory room and bathroom is good for this price. Nice big kitchen. Hotel's exterior is beautiful
Wifi outages. Constantly disconnected.
Someone was burning garbage and all the smoke went into the room. The smoke persisted throughout the day

Price of the room & location.
No hot water, bed and mattress are worster than dormitory beds. Room was smelling bad. No cleanliness. Most of the plug points were not working.... Difficult to charge my phone.

It was very close to Shamgumukam beach. Very close to airport
Not much guidance where to get drinking water, where to dry clothes, no lockers. Very far from railway station. Transport very expensive at odd hours. No mosquito repellents
