Love this house. We have been return guests for 5 years and are already booking for next year. Whenever we have had an issue, very prompt attention has ben paid so as to not interrupt our stay.Everything is great about this house except the grill, oh how I wish a new grill would be purchased. There are no bowls and over the years the larger serving platters have gone. We recognize the knives we have purchased and left over the years as well as other kitchen utensils, but a new blender will be needed soon. Small suggestions of an otherwise perfect house.

Our family had a wonderful week in Pensacola! The house was laid out well with bedrooms and bathrooms for infant to teenage cousins and adults. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals and the we loved the outdoor storage for our chairs, umbrellas and toys. Quick easy beach access too! Hope to visit again soon!

Great experience once we weee there. Paradise beach rental was awesome - VRBO not so much. Why does it cost more to rent thru VRBO? And then BRBo doesn’t send the $ it collects to Paradise quickly to hold the spot. Thank goodness for Paradise checking my age or we would not know and lost the reservation even after putting up a credit card depositThe only recommendation would be some type of shelf or pantry. Every cabinet had things in it so we had to rearrange things when we got there in order to not have food on the counter (a lot of food for 12 people)

Our family of 8 fit very comfortably in this home. We loved the access to the beach, the views and the porch. Communication and directions from Paradise were clear and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, pretty and close to a downtown area with the pier.

The location of the home and its proximity to the beach was perfect!! The size was just right for our family. Several family members commented after staying here they will never stay in a beach condo again. The house was extremely well stocked, and we loved all the available parking space! However, I have two areas for improvement: the stair railing on the west side of the balcony as well as that on the front entrance to the home is not sturdy and is in desperate need of repair. It really is a safety hazard. Also, there was a huge dark spot on the bottom right of the main television screen. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!!!

The views are amazing and the location is so close to the beach. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 14. Great enclosure underneath to keep all of our beach gear for the week. Only a few things needed: more cooking utensils in the kitchen, need to bring own spices (maybe add this to the list of not provided), stairs and railings need some attention for safety reasons, door locks with a passcode would be more convenient than actual keys.

We recently rented this house for a family reunion and it was great. We split the family between two houses and this is where the older generation stayed. It was right on the water so perfect to enjoy the beach. It hasn't been updated but it was fine for a couple of days. Not great for just couples but great for several families.

Beautiful property. I had to call to get the two slow draining bathtubs serviced, the noisy icemaker compressor serviced and the toilet in the master bath needed fixed to the floor. All items were handled expeditiously. Nothing I can do about tropical storm for the first half of the week. No regrets!

The beach is right outside. So nice to walk from the house right on to the beach. There is access to the beach from the back porch & door under the house. The pictures looked like you had to walk around the front of the house to access the beach but you don’t. Loads of storage space under the house, hose for equipment & feet, grill and tables.
The house fit all of us easily and we didn’t feel cramped. Kitchen was well stocked, could of used a few more dish towels and regular size bowls for cereal, but we all managed just fine.
Add a pool & we would be there every year. A great house for sure!!

The house was comfortable for our large family. Great to have 4 bathrooms. The space under the house was great for cleaning off and leaving all the beach paraphernalia out of the way. Only misinformation is "This covered deck runs the length of the house". As you can see in one of the pictures, it only runs 1/2 the length of the house and is not very wide. Enjoyed our stay except for the jellyfish!

We really loved this house. The lay out is great for our large family. My only complaint is that the furniture in the den is not comfortable at all, it is more like outdoor furniture.
We would love to book again for next summer but the only thing stopping us is the den furniture. Please let us know if it will be replaced.

Comments provided for consideration
We have rented other VRBO properties at other locations and offer the following as food for thought:
1. It would be nice if there was an outside shower in order to keep the sand in the house at a minimum
2. Cleaning supplies (functional brooms and products) would allow for occupant to keep up during the stay
3 Couldn't dry goods and refrigerator items be given to the staff/housekeeping crew or to food bank rather than being thrown away?
4. 10am check out means that breakfast/clean up/dish washing and put-away is pretty tight. We have been in places where all that was required was to put dishes in dishwasher and put it on.
5. Some knobs on the dressers were not attached (particularly the bunk room)
6. Master Bath shower door floods the floor requiring several towels to "mop up"
7. Master bedroom could use a ceiling fan
8. We noticed upon arrival that most of the A/C vents in the rooms were closed or partially closed - don't know if that was by design or not. Thought there was a problem with the A/C but then figured it out.
All in all my family had a great time!
