Everything was as advertised, very happy with our stay!!

We enjoyed our stay, so close to everything, we did not even rent a car, used the local transportation. The beach is right out in front of the property with bars and restaurants, The beach bar is the best. We did a snorkel trip to Lime Out..The condo is clean and comfortable.

The location was absolutely perfect!!! We did have a rental but only used it to visit different beaches. We were walking distance to everything fun filled. We spent much time on the balcony… mornings with coffee watching the boats come in and out of port. Evenings were just as amazing! Sunswept felt like home. Stocked with everything you need for a stay… from making breakfast to making dinner and then having a great sleep. Highly recommend!!!

Anna May and Peter's Sunswept 1 bedroom is a lovely gem of a Condo! Very clean and VERY well stocked for cooking in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was quiet. I would love to have a washer and dryer unit in my apartment in NYC like the one in this unit! And best of all is the parking space. Some of the rental cars can be very large on the island and my friend had a large vehicle. This parking space is a luxury to say the least! The best one in the garage. And to have a lovely host who was on island when I arrived was so appreciated. Thank you Anna May and Peter!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. This was our first time staying in Cruz Bay and we loved the convenience. The unit was immaculate and contained everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely consider renting this unit again.

Condo is great. They have everything you would need. Loved the cooler backpack. Short walk to restaurants and taxis to the beaches. We enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings and evenings watching the boats. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Everything about it was great.
Towels need to be replaced and updated. They really are old and unpleasant. Maintenance people were very quick for any issue. We only had one. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Peter and Anna May's condo. Great location in Cruz Bay. Great parking spot. Chairs and coolers provided for exploring the island. Very clean and beautiful dishes provided. Lovely view!! We hope to be back. Thank you and wonderful to meet you!

We were so impressed with the communication from the owner and property managers-so organized and helpful! A special touch was being greeted at the ferry and delivered to the condo; thanks, Darren!
The condo is beautiful, clean and well-stocked. Another perk was being able to rent the jeep that comes with the unit. We felt like we were "home" during our time here. The location is fabulous-less than a block from Cruz Bay. We will definitely be back!!

We loved Anna's place in Grande Bay! The location is the best. You can walk to all of the restaurants and stores in Cruz Bay. The condo was very comfortable and had a great view! We loved having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the water. We will definitely be back!

This was our 2nd trip to St. John and we booked our stay at Grand Bay. We truly enjoyed the condo, location and the entire check-in and check-out process. We highly recommend this location and plan to make this one of our annual destinations. Thank you again for allowing us to spend part of our Christmas Holiday at Grand Bay!

Sunswept at Grande Bay was exactly as described. The booking process and communication with the owners went smoothly. Craig picked us up at the ferry and did a great job of giving us a tour and reviewing the property and surrounding area. The unit was spacious for 2 people and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The balcony had amazing views of Cruz Bay and you can also enjoy music being played at Beach Bar. We rented a Jeep and the reserved parking spot was convenient to the elevator and easy to get in and out. The storage bin, located right behind the parking spot, included everything you could need for the beach from coolers, chairs to floats. It's especially nice to be so close to town as it's a short walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops.

First,let us thank Helen and Darren for a great stay. The property was immaculate had all the amenities we could need. The location was convenient to food, drink, entertainment, and shopping. when the island lost power for 12 hours we didn't thanks to this property having a generator big enough to keep the entire complex energized.We will be back.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. From being picked up at the ferry and transported to our villa, everything was perfect.
The property description is accurate. The location is perfect for parking the car in the evenings and walking into town for dinner and drinks. I felt perfectly safe here (I traveled alone primarily), the property grounds were well maintained.
I had one issue with the toilet running, the response from the management team at Grande Bay was prompt and fixed the problem, right away. The pillows on the bed were not in good shape upon my arrival, but I contacted the owner and three new pillows were brought the following day. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend ❤️
The extra things like coolers, beach chairs, towels, and some floats was a wonderful amenity. Well done 👍

The condo was great and very well equipped with everything you might need. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the beautiful view everyday. It is very close to the restuarants and shops in the Wharfside area of Cruz Bay.
We appreciated the pickup and transportation from the ferry dock to the condo. I suggest you also provide transportation from the condo to the ferry dock at the end of the stay. That would be a nice addition to your services.

Everything about this place was absolutely wonderful, the only issue was when we first got there the entire apartment was full of mosquitoes, it’s probably because the cleaning person left the door open in the process of cleaning, other than that everything was absolutely wonderful

Excellent location, super clean condo! Top end appliances and everything you need to make your vacation easy. We’ve stayed at many units in Grande Bay and we really enjoyed the view from the balcony at Sunswept. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Grande Bay and Sunswept is a great spot for an easy stroll to downtown Cruz bay restaurants, shops, and taxis (Water or Vehicle). If you rent a vehicle it has a premium parking spot in the garage and if you don't and prefer not to Taxi, you can make a short hike through the Lind Trail to some great beaches. The unit had chairs, coolers, and all the necessities so that you don't need to pack more than your clothes. The view from the spacious balcony overlooks Cruz Bay and out to St. Thomas and several Cays -- my favorite spot for morning coffee and sunsets.
Having rented from the hosts in the past, we knew they are great people and super responsive if needed - but most likely you will not as its all taken care of in advance.
Highly recommend.

Place was perfect! Views were amazing. Condo was just as pictured. Communication with owner was great. We were aput in touch with Jeep rental which at first my husband was hesitant he wanted to drive but we actually ended up adding a day to rental. We went all over the island so much to do and see. What we loved best was being able to walk downtown for sunsets and dinners. Waking up and before bed sitting on balcony and just taking in the sights. Highly recommend this condo and we plan on coming back soon!!!

Property was great, as expected. Met every expectation. Suggest that a grab bar be added to the shower. I'm an unsteady on my feet, and there was nothing to hold on to in the shower. Other than that, it was perfect.

Property was as described and perfect for two. It was clean, comfortable and had needed items for the beach: chairs, coolers, towels and noodles. The unit also had a washer and dryer if needed. Location cannot be beat! At night you are able to park your jeep and walk to local restaurants.

We loved our stay at Grande Bay and had a wonderful time on St. John. Perfect spot to walk to everything and didn’t need a car. Only issue we ran into was that the hot tub was closed due to construction and we were not made aware of this. Not the owners fault, just good to know because we were looking forward to it. Still enjoyed the property and the convenience of washer/dryer in the unit and the kitchen. We will stay at Grande Bay again and loved the unit and the view.
