3BR/3BA End Unit: 4'th floor!! Wrap around Balcony, Beach Service!
Ottimo condominio di fine unità con privacy e viste meravigliose dal grande ponte avvolgente !! Tutti i nuovi letti king size, tutti i nuovi mobili e 4 nuove TV a schermo piatto, tutta la nuova vernice e il nuovo pavimento in legno tutte le camere da letto e la zona giorno. Morbidi colori da spiaggia in tutto: blu, verdi e gialli. Alloggi: condominio, 3 camere da letto + divano letto matrimoniale nuovo e 3 bagni completi (posti letto 6-8). La master suite king ha un grande armadio a muro, vasca da giardino e cabina doccia. La seconda camera ha una cabina doccia e il 3 ° bagno ha una combinazione vasca / doccia. Ogni camera ha un accesso privato a un bagno !!
Altre caratteristiche:
1) Unità terminale significa finestre e luce naturale in ogni camera da letto, privacy e meno traffico di persone
2) Il 4 ° piano è un piano perfetto per la vista sulla spiaggia !! Non troppo alto e non troppo basso. L'ampio balcone avvolgente può facilmente ospitare il tuo gruppo.

This property has it all, very well furnished with everything you need in the kitchen and even had a fan in each of the bedrooms, would highly recommend staying here. Al was great to work with, very responsive to every text I sent.

We really enjoyed the corner balcony on the condo. Condo has 3 king beds/3 baths which is not an easy find. The owner was very easy to work with. We arrived on Saturday afternoon & had a problem with our pre purchased parking pass & there was no one on sight at Celadon to assist. The Celadon parking garage is a nightmare..not visitor friendly at all. Parking levels blocked off during our stay which was a holiday week. Parking spaces small & with a full size truck very hard to fit. None of the issues were any fault of the condo owner.

We booked this for my wifes 50th birthday with friends. This property was everything that was listed and more. Veiws were tremendous communication with owner was outstanding. The beach service was outstanding. I can't say enough good things. We will definitely be back.

The Condo at the Celadon was fantastic! Everything was very clean when we arrived and the 3 bedrooms with King size beds and baths was perfect for our family. The beach, water, and weather were perfect during our stay. The two on-site swimming pools were clean and perfect temperatures. The 4th floor wrap around balcony was HUGE and perfect for sunrises and sunsets. Al was a great host, checking on us multiple times during our stay. No issues with the elevators at all. The only thing was there is a $45 parking fee for each vehicle for the week’s stay (we had 2 vehicles $90). I think this should be noted in the listing for future customers.

This is a great condo in a great location! The condo has plenty of room with a great set-up. Three roomy bedrooms with 3 baths. The beach is absolutely beautiful and not overcrowded. Two pools with hot tubs and a decent exercise room. The property is close to a grocery and several really good restaurants. It is also close to Thomas Donuts (the greatest of all time)! We had a great week!

This condo is a great place to stay at the beach. Had some communication issues with the sheets not being clean and hearing back from the owner on that. For the price it would also be nice to have some extras such as dish soap/dish scrubber and a blow dryer. Most units provide this and prevents us from buying un-necessary things to travel with. Other than that it was perfect.

This condo had it all! It was clean, well kept and more roomy than the 2/2 units! If you are looking for a 3 br/3 ba oceanfront condo (AMAZING VIEWS!), this is the one! The property owner was great at communicating and I highly recommend!

Our condo was well decorated and well equipped in the kitchen. The balcony overlooking the ocean was great and we appreciated having beach chairs for our stay. While we were there they were having an Air Show and we were able to watch it from our balcony. That was a nice bonus. We had absolutely no maintenance issues while we were there. We just relaxed and enjoyed our vacation.

We had a great week with our family! Perfect water and weather! The condo was as described and the owner was easy to communicate with. Celadon is on the quieter end of PCB and we really like that. Hope to stay here again

This condo was perfect in every way. The view from the fourth floor was wonderful and there was rarely a wait for an elevator. Everything in the condo seemed brand new and was super clean. We spent most of our “inside” time on the huge wrap-around balcony. We really enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella on the beach. The owner checked on us on the first day and a couple of times during the week to be sure there were no issues. The only issue was that we didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to stay in this condo again soon.

Had a great visit in PCB in this unit! The condo was clean when we arrived, it was just as the pictures showed, and the 3 king beds & 3 bathrooms were perfect for what our group needed. Al was really helpful & readily available before & during our stay. The beach was gorgeous the whole week! Enjoyed the complex & having a unit on the 4th floor was so convenient (we didn't have to wait for the elevator each time we went downstairs). We had a great time - thanks Al!

Property was great. It was everything we expected. Easy access and had everything we needed. Al was great. He communicated with us very well. Checked on us even before check-in. A couple of days they cut water off to do some work for a couple of hours each time, he let us know the day before what times to expect it. Unit was clean when we got there. The fourth floor view was outstanding. As a firefighter I don't stay above fifth floor and I loved this. It's the last high rise to the West so beaches to the West aren't near as crowded. The only draw back to our stay is it was Thunder Beach Week and there were Motorcycles everywhere. That wasn't the problem. The problem was the loud ones cruising after 11pm and racing their engines. The bikers themselves were very nice and enjoyed meeting with them. I will look at this place again when I come back to Panama City Beach. It will be the FIRST place I look.

The condo was very comfortable and perfect for our family vacation. The location was great! Close enough to Pier Park and other attractions, but in a quieter area of the beach. The beach chair service was a nice perk. Communications with Al were easy and prompt. Would definitely rent again!

I wanted to take to of my adult children on a relaxing beach vacation. We decided on Panama City Beach. Then it was just where to stay? This we all agreed was one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in on vacation! My wife and two adult kids stayed at Al's condo for the week. We absolutely loved every minute of it. Very roomy and the kitchen had everything that we needed including a huge refrigerator. Bedrooms were very spacious and each one had their own bathroom(very private).Parking was easy and secure . Just a GREAT time for everyone. Nice big table in kitchen and the balcony had a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf. Nice furniture in condo and on balcony Also had beach lounge chairs and the guy that worked in the "hut" had our chairs set up every morning for us with the umbrella. The owner communicated with us before our arrival and during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Great place!!

Easy in and out access to middle beach road. Nothing to eat in walking but a short drive to anything you might want. 4th floor has easy access to stairs but the 3 elevators did a good job (based on our normal issues with condo elevators. Condo is really laid out well with plenty of space and nice wrap around balcony.

We stayed for a full week. Check in and check out were very simple. The property manager reached out prior to us checking in and kept us informed all the up to us traveling there. They were great!

We enjoy the Celadon and have stayed here many times. The only drawback is the elevators are unreliable. The fact that this condo was only on the 4th floor was perfect because we were able to use the stairs and avoid the elevators. The room was clean and it was nice to have the 3 bathrooms with each bedroom.

Family Vacay
We had a fantastic week! 6 adults and 3 kids between the ages of 2 and 4. Plenty of room throughout for all although the living room couch seating was limited to only a couch and loveseat. Kitchen table seating and barstools were nearby though. The large wrap around balcony with lots of furniture for sitting outside was nice for our group. The unit was clean and the laundry room was nice as we washed towels and swimsuits regularly. Plenty of cooking utensils, etc. in the kitchen. We were pleased.

Roomy, clean and comfy accommodations. Most of the people at this resort were families with children or retired couples. So, the environment was pretty calm. We really enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo on the beach
This was a great condo — on the beach, easy parking, comfortable beds, lots of pots and pans, free beach chairs, huge balcony. Dining table chairs are high, so not the best for short people or kids, but we managed OK. Also has some beach toys we could use and a washer and dryer.

This corner unit offers beautiful views! Unit was clean and roomy. Al is easy to work with and very responsive. We didn't have any problems, I just had a couple of questions. Neighborhood is great! The two beach chairs that come with the unit are great!

Amazing View
This was our 3rd year at PCB and our 2nd time renting a condo from this same owner. We had 4 adults and 4 preteens. This condo was AMAZING! We had more than enough space. The balcony was HUGE and almost a sort of wrap around overlooking the ocean from the front and the pool from the side. I can't say enough great things about this condo.

The room set up was perfect for us. The wrap around balcony was super nice! We loved having a bathroom in each bedroom. Beds were comfy and everything was so clean. Beach chairs were a major plus. Mr. Al was on top of everything and very helpful. We loved everything about the condo and hope to be back next year!

Waters weren’t as clear as we had hoped
The rental experience was very good to excellent. We started into the rental pre-COVID pandemic and were forced to defer using the vacation on more than one occasion. The property owner worked with us and all was resolved.

Great condo. Had everything you need on vacation including beach chairs and umbrellas. 2 great pools. Condo and complex was extra clean and well kept. All condos face the ocean for spectacular sun up to sun down.

Great time, beautiful Condo.
We had a wonderful time. Loved the condo. It was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed having chairs down on the beach, that was new for us. The welcoming letter from the owner with the instructions and advice was very helpful and the owner checked in with us in the beginning and the end of our stay. My group knew going in the elevators had issues. They worked most of the time and we did see repairmen working with them during our stay. But staying on the 4th floor was nice. If we can make it back to PCB we’ll definitely try and stay there again.
