This condo was a very well maintained, appointed, and equipped unit. The family really enjoyed the week here and we would definitely recommend it.

This condo was great! It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the amenities were awesome. Sally was so easy to work with. When I had a question, she was quick to respond! We will definitely book with her again next year!

The condo was very nice. The view was spectacular! We got beautiful sunrise pictures.
Dolphins swam by everyday that we stayed. The condo is close to stores and restaurants. Gulf shores is a very short drive away where there are even more restaurants and things to do. Wolf Bay restaurant across the street is a great place to eat. Check out Fish City Grill in gulf shores, it’s an awesome restaurant. If you want a great dessert try The Yard it’s fantastic. The owner Sally was awesome to work with.

Great condo in a great location. Easy beach access! Great place for families to stay! We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. The condo was clean and stocked with enough necessities to get us by until we could go shopping. We will stay here again!

The place was very nice! Having 2 pools was great for our kids and being so close to the beach was nice as they loved going back and forth. We loved the condo perfect for the 5 of us! Sally was an awesome host always in touch. We hope to be back!

Wonderful condo with great view! Nice layout with all the amenities we wanted or needed. The owner Sally was a pleasure to work with in rental details as well as much useful info for local doings. Superb location as our interests centered on beach and nature walks from Dauphin to Ft Pickens. We will be back!

We loved the condo and the property! Everything was kept so clean! The only thing was We thought the outdoor pool was suppose to be heated and it was cold the whole time we were there. We loved that it had an indoor pool and hot tub, This was a big plus!! The indoor area and rest rooms was nice and clean. Romars Place was probably one of the cleanest co do and property we have stayed in, at all the places we have stayed at on vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mrs. Sally's Condo in Orange Beach, AL. We were so close to everything not to mention the prime location on the white sands of the gulf! Our son's (2.5 years old) first trip to the beach was a huge success and he loved every minute of it. It was a breeze to communicate with Mrs. Sally and we really appreciated her letting us check-in early since we arrived earlier than expected! The property was well-kept and the toy/beach closet was fully stocked so we didn't have to use some of the things we brought. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great beach-front location in Orange Beach!

Amazing experience
Everything about this location was incredible! To the location, the beautiful views, the cleanliness and layout of the condo, and all of the extra amenities. We will hands-down be back, Sally was so incredibly responsive when I had a few additional questions.

Place was great!
Sally, was great to rent from. She called me sent me information on things to do places to eat. Only one thing she needs to mention is in the parking lot next door to Walmart is a store called Rouse market is a must. Love my stay.

Great beach location, close to the beach, food and shopping. A smaller condo complex that is is less busy. Accommodations were wonderful, clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Host was cordial and responsive, checked on us when checking in and checking out. All made for a great vacation!

Sally was wonderful in providing information and with communication during our stay. Condo was spacious and more than amply supplied for us to function during our stay. Would definitely recommend booking one of her two properties! Gorgeous area and truly steps to the beach.

Found this gem at last minute after a cancellation and enjoyed it immensely with our son and his wife and grandkids. Owner Sally Rice is very helpful and courteous, and the property is clean, comfortable, beautiful and well-located. Highly recommend it to all!

This rental is a well designed space with a perfect layout for the 6 of us ( ages 12 to 73). Everyone found their comfort corner and was able to relax in comfort while planning their next beach outing. As our stay came to a close both grandsons said they couldn’t wait to come back next year.
So glad they want to return since this condo has perfect views and has a properly set up/well equipped kitchen, bath and bedroom extras.
Looking forward to our return.

Very clean condo and well equipped for a condo kitchen which I appreciated when in time of need...love the check in process of just having a code to get in....no hassle when you get off the road....no problem communicating with Sally at all.....will stay here again
