Situato a metà strada tra Fort Walton Beach e Pensacola ... minuti da Fort Walton, Destin e Pensacola Beach.

Unità situato al 11 ° piano. Questa unità è quasi 1400 metri quadrati. Le fotografie non rendono giustizia a questo apparecchio. Molto più grande di quello che sembra essere.
Recentemente ristrutturato, pulito e aggiornato. Tutti i nuovi letti e biancheria. Aria condizionata pulito! Lavorare wet creatore bar di ghiaccio e vasca idromassaggio in bagno master. Giardini meravigliosi, cassaforte, gated e con sicurezza. Perfetto per chi ha bambini o ragazzi. Codici per ingresso, ascensori e accesso alla spiaggia con bagnini estate.
La palestra di fronte spiaggia con 2 piscine (una riscaldata) e vasca idromassaggio.
** Questo Golfo del Messico meraviglia è stato il luogo di vacanza per mio marito da quando era un bambino piccolo. Mi rilasso in spiaggia mentre mio marito si siede sul balcone sul divanetto con tavolino e prende un pisolino. Mi piace stare seduti sul letto e svegliarsi per vedere che vista fantastica .... anche la cucina ha una vista sulla baia. Questa città è incredibile!
Il luogo perfetto per fuggire dal lavoro e dalle preoccupazioni ... anche a scappare in tempo ....

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and as advertised. Communication with owner was excellent. Nice complex that didn’t feel too crowded. Beautiful beaches and close to restaurants.

Lovely unit perfect for me, my DIL and little 1yr old grandson. Sincerely appreciate property mgr working with us to get access to a pack n play to use for sleeping.

The condo was extremely comfortable and well decorated. It was perfect for three adults and could have easily accommodated 4 adults or several adults and several children.

It was wonderful. The condo was so comfortable. Hated the June grass in the ocean but we still enjoyed everything. Thank you so much

The condo itself was great and the Pearl as a whole is great. The jerks who disregard the rules and constantly smoke on the balconies ruin the whole experience. The Pearl needs to start tracking down and immediately kicking out smokers with no refund. If you want to suck on a cancer stick, do it somewhere else, and that includes you idiot vapers.

This condo is wonderful. It is well stocked, the beds are comfy. It was very clean. The balcony furniture was great and it came with two beach chairs. I was 100 percent satisfied and will definitely stay again.

The property was nice and cozy. The location is great. Gave us the best view of the Ocean. Some appliances, can use some updates, but overall, we had a great time!

This condo is “as described” and we enjoyed our stay. We hadn’t been to Navarre in years and it has grown into a wonderful destination for those who are seeking a relaxing beach vacation. The condo is in a great location with at least four restaurants within walking distance and several walking and biking paths. The views from the balcony are amazing and we enjoyed seeing the dolphins everyday!

Beautiful vacation
Absolutely loved this condo at the Pearl. Good location, fireworks on the Pier we’re amazing. Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony and furniture, spent lots of time out there. Views are amazing. Kitchen had everything you needed to make a meal. Will be back next year! Navarre is a very relaxing area, calm, not too touristy. The owner worked with me on the days so I could book what I needed. Great communication!

Beachy fun
Stayed in this clean, spacious, well furnished condo with cruise-like views from the balcony and had a blast! Napped on the balcony and on the beach in the included beach chairs. Walked to dinner at night. Grabbed groceries at the market across the sound. Took amazing pictures. Definitely recommend.

Excellent place to stay. Manager/owner responds quickly. Master suite super nice with vanity and large closet. Will book this property again when looking for beach vacay.

Nice view
The property was older but clean. The patio door does not have a screen door which I have never encountered before in a beach condo. We were told not to leave the door open. I go to the beach to hear the waves of the ocean. Balcony furniture was very comfortable. Overall a nice stay.

It was wonderful being on the 11 floor! The condo wasn’t as clean as I prefer, but all in all it was a good stay!

Beautiful view
Had a very nice stay at this condo. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was excellent. Saw dolphins every day. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the shower and garden tub. The beach was wonderful especially since the unit came with 2 free beach chairs and umbrella. The owners were excellent to work with and said to call day or night if I had any problems or questions. I would stay at this condo again.

Excellent Property
If you are looking for a spacious family condo with great views, this is the place! The condo has a great view of Navarre Beach and is very spacious with updated amenities! The kitchen is very well stocked with just about every utensil you might need. Joey and Michelle were great communicators and responded to any question very quickly. We will definitely be coming back!

Property was wonderful! Plenty of space, everything was clean, kitchen held a wide variety of cookware/utensils/appliances, and the ice maker was a bonus for packing the cooler for the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Slice of Heaven
Everything about this place isfantastic! We spent a lot of time on the beaches and it was a short drive to Pensacola for delish food. The condo was perfect for the 5 of us & was very spacious. The balcony gave us an up close view of the fireworks on the 4th of July! We spent most of our time out there first thing in the morning and late at night. We will be coming back!

First trip to Navarre
Beautiful condo! Perfect for our family of 4. Saw dolphins & sea turtles from the balcony - great views! Quick drive to Gulf Islands National Seashore & you basically have the beach to yourself. Can’t wait to visit again!

We were very impressed with this condo. There was initially a hiccup in that the cleaning service mistakenly had not cleaned our condo. After a quick call to Michelle, we had a cleaning lady there within 30 minutes, and she then did a fabulous job! The condo had one at of room, we had a family of 5, including 3 teenage girls and had plenty of room. Everything was beautiful, the balcony was much bigger than any other condo we have been too. Very comfortable furniture inside and out. Will absolutely stay again. We love the quietness and beauty of Navarre!

Nice condo
We enjoyed our stay in this unit at The Pearl. We recommend Scooter's Fish House if you're looking for great seafood in a (very) casual atmosphere. Love Navarre Beach!

Lovely condo
Nicely stocked, clean and the Pearl is a great location. The only thing to know is that if you area paddle boarder or kayaker, the building doe not allow overnight storage of such items.

We spent 4 nights here and loved it. The condo was great the beach was great, no traffic,we will definitely return and hopefully we can rent from Michelle again. We were very pleased

We were literally amazed at how beautiful and perfect this place was! The condo was very spacious with lots of room. Gorgeous views and clean. Had everything you could ever need and then some! We loved how close the condo was to the beach and pool. Loved loved loved the balcony and the relaxing furniture. Everything was updated and nice. The bed was super comfortable. This is BY FAR the best place we have ever stayed. Did not want to leave

Honeymoon Stay
Everything went smooth with our honeymoon! The room was real clean and the location was PERFECT! It looked just like the listing! The only thing that confused me was the check in process. I wasn’t told that we didn’t need to go to a check in desk or anything but other than that it was amazing!
