Splendidamente decorate una villa golf camera da letto / due bagni, piano terra, si affaccia la buca 6 al bellissimo Edgewater Beach Resort. Le sistemazioni includono un letto king-size nella camera da letto matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Camera da letto e soggiorno sono tutte dotate di TV, DVD, cavi (compresi HBO) e la connessione internet ad alta velocità con Wifi. This is our second time staying here, and we loved it! The property owners were always very quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is perfect for all PCB’s main attractions/activities and restaurants. The villa is very lovely and peaceful. Thank you again. We will be booking again for next year’s vacation.

Condo was very nice and was as advertised. Robert was easy to communicate with and quick to reply. The king bed was super comfortable and the sofa bed was acceptable (most are not). The kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

This was nice unit and in a great quiet location. Easy walk over to the main pool and beach access. The entire resort was very nice as well. Check in was great. We had a few minor issues during our stay but Robert was great with communication and resolved everything very timely to make our stay more enjoyable. Had a great vacation.

We had our Air Conditioning go out in a heat wave. They were able to get someone to fix asap and moved us to a different villa until it was fixed, and they brought us a pizza to apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciated the quick response.

The location and amenities available at this property were exactly what we needed during our short stay. The villa is clean and comfortable and situated in a quieter area of the resort. It is nice to be able to access the beach, enjoy the larger pool area and entertainment during the day and then be able to retreat to the quieter surroundings of the villa for the evening. The host was kind and communication was good - would definitely stay here again.

My wife, kid, and I loved this place. Very clean, a lot of room, comfortable bed, the neighborhood is quiet, alot of near by smaller pools, and not far at all from the big pools near the beach.

We loved our stay! So nice that it’s in a gated area on the ground level and you park right at the door. The place was clean and spacious. There is a tram to take you to the beach, but we enjoyed the walk. There is a walkway bridge over 98. Convenient restaurant right by the pool. Beautiful large pool and splash pad for kids. We highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was an overall good experience. Convenient location. Comfortable bed in master bedroom. Quiet area. Kitchen was fully stocked. Wifi worked great, no issues there. I even had amazon packages delivered to me at the condo. Great place for family vacation.

Property host was easy to contact and responded quickly. One of the easiest VRBO experiences we have encountered. Property was clean, up to date, and safe.
Gated community with trams/golf carts to take you to the lagoon pool or the beach. Top notch service. Unit is on the ground floor so unloading/loading was a snap. Rear patio overlooks the 6th tee box of the golf course. We will be back and hopefully stay longer next time.

The condo was perfect for just the two of us. If we would've brought children there is a sofa sleeper as well. Perfect location, and easy access to the Edgewater Resort beach access. There is a Tram stop a few steps from the unit, and they come by to give you a lift. There were a few days we didn't feel like waiting, and decided to park in another area of the resort closer to the cross over bridge and walked the remainder of the way. There is an incline but we enjoyed the walk/exercise. The King bed was very comfortable. Our two "minor" complaints were: the shower heads in both showers could use an upgrade. The water pressure was great, however my other half said he felt like he was in a "car wash". We tried to adjust the shower heads for a "not so rough" beating of water flow and were unsuccessful. The blinds in the bedroom and living area need to be replaced. There were a few missing panels, or they were taped where broken and put back up. This made opening and closing them difficult. This condo is very accommodating, we enjoyed our stay, as well as all the amenities of the resort. Robert (the owner) was very informative, and made sure we were well prepared for our trip. I asked prior to arrival about local fish markets close by. He sent me three to choose from, and stated if I needed anything further to let him know. We will be booking this condo again in the near future!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk right out to our car. We were surprised to see some things in the condo had been updated since the pictures were taking. Host communication was great! He was always a call or text away and willing to help!

I loved this condo. It took maybe 8 minute walk from condo to beach or lagoon pool. I loved being able to drive right up to your front door. The place was clean and had all the kitchen appliances and utensils you would need. The back patio was nice and quiet. The living room and bedroom were more updated then the pictures showed which was an added bonus! I’ll stay there again!

Property is located just a short very walkable distance from the beach. However, they have extended golf carts that constantly take people to the beach and back. For us, this was a perfect location near a lot of family things to do.

The king sized bed was so comfortable and myself, my husband, and toddler slept very comfortably! The unit was very clean and the owner was very pleasant to communicate with! We hope to stay here again in the future! Also, loved how close the resort was to everything and the easy access to the beach and many pools! So much fun!

The property location was in perfect walking distance from everything the resort had to offer - pools, beach access, golf course. It was extremely easy to find and very clean! We did have a little hiccup at check in where we accidentally locked my phone in the villa and couldn't access the key code through the booking site, but the wonderful host was able to get right back with us via my husband's phone and we got in after only a short wait. He was so helpful!! I definitely will make sure to write the code down next time I book through Vrbo just in case that happens again lol. The villa itself was the perfect size for our family of three, with all of the amenities we needed in great condition minus one little stain on the pull-out couch bed. But the sofa was plenty big enough for her to sleep comfortably, so we weren't upset about that at all. The bedroom bed was super comfortable as well! I definitely recommend this place.
