location, interior design, furnitures, tv and wifi, kitchen amenities are all good

some minor issues: - internet was not working at the latter part of my stay - washing machine was very dirty i wasnt able to use it - some necessities are not supplied such as tissue paper, dishwashing, soap, shampoo - it sounds like there’s a leak in toilet i think, no visible leaks but the sound is distracting - parking is not free but discounted

The host was nowhere to be found when we arrived and had to be chased to turn up on the day of checkout . The internet was unreliable.

The place did not look lived in for a while. It was musty at the start, and there were lots of dead little gnats on the floor near the walls.

The space is actually nice. Good view, good location. Thats pretty much it.

I booked this place last minute but if a booking for a place is accepted, it should be ready when the guest arrives. When I arrived, the care taker and his family probably lives at this place. They didnt let me in till an hour after I arrived. They also didnt register me as a guest even after i showed the guard my booking.com confirmation. They left cooked rice in the stove, a waterbottle half consumed, no towels prepared and some of their personal belongings lying around. Owner is probably overseas based on how the caretaker was communicating with him/her. Also, i was asked to pay cash. When using booking.com and they ask for your credit card, the bill is supposed to be charged via credit card. Check out was the worst. I called the caretaker to come so i can pay him for the nights stay. His partner, kids and another lady all barged in to the place without me leaving yet. I havent picked up my bags yet and they were already sitting on the sofa and looking at me as if why havent i left quickly. This was at 9am and official check out is 12nn. It was very rude and I totally suggest the owner not to rent out this place if the caretaker uses this as his family’s place to stay. The price was also ridiculously high.
