A week or so before our started, host Dan reached out to me with final reviews for our stay. Excellent communication with Dan. The accommodations were as advertised - actually better- very clean, neat and modern. Being a group aged 61 plus, the location was ideal; quiet but yet an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. This was our first time staying in a VRBO and we were all very pleased with our experience and if all properties are as well maintained as this one, and hosts as accommodating as Dan, we would be delighted to do so again. 5 star stay.

This place was comfortable and a perfect fit for my little family! Man right next to the beach. A!!! Totally worth it! My son booked this place for me and I was not impressed at first. The pictures does this place no justice! So I was like yea that’s not where I want to stay. And knowing my wife. She was not feeling the pictures either. So she really didn’t want to stay here. So I almost just canceled it and took my losses. So glad I didn’t! As soon as I open the door, I was hooked! The wife loved it! Perfect for us! So relaxing, peaceful and roomy. Perfect for a small family or a couple of four. And again, a hop, skip and a jump from the beach! Very comfortable! And Dan was on it!!!!! Providing us with places for the kids to enjoy, making sure we had what we needed and just Johnny on the spot with responding time. Dan my man, you got the perfect little setup! I would definitely stay again!

This property was so perfect from the moment we stepped in. The owner Dan was an exceptional host. Him and his wife were very helpful with a few items we needed for our stay! The whole place felt like we moved into our dream vacation home! We will definitely be back to enjoy the beach and home again! I highly suggest this unit/property owner for families looking to spend their days and or nights at the beach! Being a block away from the beach allowed us to be there morning, noon, and night as we desired! I also want to add that they have all of the beach necessities including a beach umbrella and sand toys!! Enjoy your stay. We definitely had the vacation of a lifetime!

The place was nice! Perfect for our little getaway. Only a short walk to beach. Easy in and out.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath was a great place for my friend and I to spend the week. It has a surprisingly big open kitchen, dining and living space. Location is great, a mile from the pier and great restaurants.

Awesome stay

This house is in the perfect location! Just a short walk across the street and you are at the beach! Dan was very pleasant to work with! He was very quick to answer any questions we had! Highly recommend staying here!!

What a great surprise. Took a chance this place and so glad I did. Dan was great, the place was spotless, cute and what a great location. Walking distance to the beach and near great restaurants.

Condo was very clean and accommodating. Plenty of room for everyone. Dan was very easy to deal with and met all expectations. Will definitely consider using this or another one of Dan properties for future stays!

I'm losing count. I think this is the 4th time I've stayed here, and it never disappoints. Please see my previous reviews for the reasons I love this place. We ended up extending our visit for another week, this time, and Dan gave us a discount, due to a cancellation from another guest. It worked out beautifully!

Comfortable well equipped two bedroom two bath block home an easy walk to the beach. Great space. It worked well for 2 couples and one baby. We would stay again.

Dan, the owner has gone over and beyond to making our month long stay wonderful. From easy checkin, to quick responses to concerns and many suggestions for the area. We have been visiting here the past few years. Please look at my 2017 review to see all the reasons why we returned (location, cleanliness, the management, etc.). Another thing we noticed this time around is that the place is being properly maintained. There were a few small upgrades, that also enhanced our stay. One example is that the mini blinds in the master bedroom were upgraded to wooden shutters. These little details show me the property owner actually cares about the property and wants to make the accomodations as pleasant as possible for the renters. While we didn't have any issues for Dan to address this time around, he was quickly responsive to texts with any questions we had (one regarding what we should do with a package that was delivered for someone else, for example). He also let us know the water taxi has stops nearby, which was not the case, last year. All in all, our stay was wonderful, yet again. While not directly related to the unit, the weather was perfect on this stay - about 80 and sunny every day, and being only 500 feet to the beach made for some awesome R&R!

Loved this little condo in Pompano. It is one block from the beach, convenient to restauratns, shopping etc., and Dan is a great host!

Dan was awesome. We had a question for him and seriously like two minutes later our phone rang and he helped us with our question. The home is exactly as stated and is really close to the beach. Loved staying there and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Everything was great! The location was safe, quite and centrally located. Great restaurants and plenty of things to do near by. Our host, Dan was terrific!
