Beautiful home, loved the three bedroom and three bathroom layout. Kitchen was lovely had the basics to allow cooking. All very neat and tidy, super clean.
The bedrooms got warm, some fans in these rooms would have been great.

Very well looked after and roomy accommodation.
Only one air conditioner in the living room/kitchen, which isn't strong enough to cool the bedrooms. This is annoying as one of the bedrooms got really hot as it is in full sun in the afternoon.

Perfect location, nice views! Spacious! Lovely area.
Very sparse items in the kitchen. We arrived starving and just wanted to reheat our pies but didn’t have enough utensils across both properties. Minor inconvenience but compared to the rest of our trip this was the one gap.

We liked the space and that each bedroom had an ensuite. The house was also nice and warm. It was a great size for our family of 5.
The beds were too soft for us and with children it would have been helpful to have had a face cloth per guest. Although there were instructions the TV was not very user friendly but luckily for the kids I had brought the chromecast with us.

Location was great, 5minute to town. Lovely living, kitchen area and bedrooms are spacious and clean

This is our 2nd time using the same company and we will be sure to return each time we are visiting Tekapo.
It would have been nice if they had put the heater on for us maybe an hour before our arrival as the house was freezing cold when we arrived and took a while to warm up. Little touches like that make a huge difference and that is the only reason they did not get a 10.

I found cut nails on my bed linens, and kitchen floor. that was disgusting.

I loved the proximity to the center. Also how easy everything was in terms of check in. The house is quite high tech.
The only thing that bothered me was some sort of animal (maybe a possum) walking heavily on top of the roof both nights and early morning we stayed there. But obviously this is nothing that the hosts can avoid.

We liked the location as we could walk to town for a meal out.
The view from the living area was excellent.

Some residual from previous tenants still there in kitchen area - needed a wipe.
Horrible wash cloth left (Wetex) the only cloth there and no Handy towels/tissues.
We left a Jif yellow cloth behind to help the next people.
Could have been a bit more generous with the dishwasher pellets and toilet paper.

Easy instructions to access property. Clean and cosy. Very spacious (3 big bathrooms!)
Attached to another house - obviously locked between the two. Wasnt noisy so was all good

This house was absolutely amazing. Walking distance to the town centre, and the faculties were fantastic- will absolutely stay longer next year!

Loved staying here. James was friendly & full of information about Tekapo. Just the loveliest place to stay. Also loved the en-suite with each room. Would def stay here again

Beautiful, comfortable home. Well appointed with lovely artwork and housewares. Large open plan kitchen and living spaces. Bonus that each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Makes it a very wonderful stay for a family or group. James the host that greeted us was friendly and helpful. An asset to the owners. We will absolutely recommend this house to anyone.
