Tekapo is a stunning location.
The property has some maintenance overdue.

Amazing location
Property like an Ibis hotel rather than a home - very minimalist, nowhere, apart from the cupboard, to put anything eg suitcase stand, bedside tables in bedrooms, & bathroom surface comprised only the sink.

location is private and quiet but not far from the Main Street. Spacious and clean has everything we need.
We had a mice problem the first night followed by a broken blind situation in the master bedroom. We called the service line and the lady said will come in the next day to fix those problems, however no one came to fix and I also left a message to see if the service team need our key to come in and fix stuffs but never got replied.

A beautiful big warm house. The shower was fantastic such good pressure.The beds were very comfortable.
Maybe more comfortable chairs n sofas. Could do with an electric beater.

There was not enough seating -couches or comfortable chaiirs in the kitchen/lounge for our group of 10 people to sit together expect at the dinning table.

Lovely property spacious with views everything we needed and lovely gas fire was both warm and created a lovely atmosphere crisp linens and towels and all those little thoughtful extras like hand soap and dishwasher tablets etc. Wonderful relaxing weekend.

Well-equipped house with lovely views of the mountains and lake. Plenty of space for a family of 6 adults and just a short walk to the lake.
My only complaint would be the lack of locks on the bathroom doors. Certainly an easy fix and something I would think would be expected for any property

This 4 bedroom property is absolutely amazing
Clean, tidy, huge, warm and so comfortable
We only stayed 1 night, wish we had booked an extra night or two
