Leuke overnachting wat een soort stacaravan lijkt. Wij hadden de family cottage (Pluto genaamd) wat ons het gevoel gaf dat we in een berghut aan het overnachten waren. Dit vonden wij heel leuk, met het kacheltje wat aangezet kond worden en de relaxte stoelen. Naast het gedeelte met de ruime woonkamer met eethoek en keuken, zijn er ook 2 aparte slaapkamers en een ruime badkamer. Buiten zijn er nog 2 aparte huisjes met ook bedden en slaapmogelijkheden. Vanaf deze cottage was het hooguit 10 minuten lopen naar Lake Tekapo en The Church of the Good Shepherd wat ook verbonden is met een wandelbrug naar het toeristische centrum met verschillende restaurants. In de nacht zijn we buiten gaan staan (gewoon voor de cottage) om de sterren en zelfs de Melkweg te zien.

员工是个老人，非常的凶！！我找他帮我看看空调是不是坏了，那个老员工说别F**K（脏话）再找他。我承认不太使用他们的空调，但他们服务太凶了！

We were delighted to be offered an upgrade to the “honeymoon suite”. The clean roomy cottage had a homey feel. The location was ideal ~ tucked away in the trees and yet a 5 minute walk to trails around the lake and a 10 minute walk from several restaurants.

Our schedule only allowed us to stay one night! : (

Comfortable bed, good shower with very quick hot water supply. Cute old fashioned cottagey feel to the unit. Lovely garden setting.

The shower / bathroom / toilet space was very compact. Noises in or on the roof at night were disconcerting.

Amazing property Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the 'Potting shed' perfect cottage our needs. We would love to stay there again thanks for having us ❤️

No negative comments from our family

We were upgraded by lovely staff due to error on advertising- without upgrade , we would have been highly disappointed. Very close walk to central area, waterfront and the famous church.

Upon arrival to a claustrophobic ‘cottage’ that had no room to swing a cat and was incredible freezing, we noticed there wasn’t the heating that was listed on this booking site. We spoke to lovely young staff and were given access to a two bedroom unit that had appropriate heating. I would not recommend booking the cheapest accommodation unless it isn’t cold and money is your deciding factor. The family accommodation however would be a great place to relax with others at any time of year. The place is really messy - some would say quirky - some bits are bit a lot has got out of hand and could do with some intense cleaning, dump runs and attention.

Very comfortable and private area. Clean and tidy. Pet friendly accomodation. Staff was amazing and friendly. Very closer to lake Tekapo and shops/restaurants. Would like to stay again next time.
