We enjoyed staying here during our trip to Hollywood, Disneyland and other areas in Southern California. Gina was OUTSTANDING to work with. We had some questions about how to operate things during the stay and she was always available and quick to respond. It's well stocked and clean. Could use a little updating on the curtains and some of the living room contents but we didn't mind that too much. The appliances worked fine, the pool & hot tub were fantastic and the honeysuckle bushes smelled great when in the backyard. When the fog burns off in the morning, you can see a small glimpse of the mountains from the backyard Thanks for a nice stay, Gina.

We were a group of Aunts and Uncles in town for a family wedding. This house was less than 10 minutes from all the wedding activities as well as several sights we wanted to visit. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. House was very clean, charming neighborhood, beds were comfy and house was well stocked with everything we needed. Gina was excellent in her communication and checked in severall times to make sure we had what we needed.

The property was as listed. It was clean, in a safe area and in close proximity to the areas that we visited. Unfortunately the weather was too cool for us to enjoy the pool or hot tub. We would stay there again.

My daughter, mom, sister and brother in law all had plenty of space for our trip to Pasadena for my daughter's gymnastics competition and a visit with family in the area! The house was conveniently located about 10 minutes from the convention center and my niece's home.
While on our stay we visited Hollywood, Santa Monica, Malibu, Little Tokyo, and several spots in Pasadena.
The host was very quick to respond to my questions/messages.
We wouldn't have minded some additional towels, however, we were easily able to wash ours with the conveniently located washer/dryer.
We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool looked lovely but it was too cold for use while we were visiting.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

We found this property to be just the ticket for a family stay while being in town for a 90th bday party.
Property was laid out well so we all had our own space.

We stayed here to visit family since we needed more space and this house worked out beautifully! Lots of space, bathrooms and bedrooms. And the pool is very nice with lots of seating around it. A great place to relax!

We traveled to CA to spend Thanksgiving with my boys and grandchildren. The house was perfect for us and location was great. Every question I had Gina replied within a very short time. Any needs or concerns ( there weren’t any ) were met. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you!

The house was a very cozy and spacious place. Great for a family/stay where everyone lives comfortably. The backyard is also very unique and spacious. Overall a great place to stay in a nice neighborhood. 10/10 :)

My daughter was getting married in Pasadena and we are from the east coast, so I decided to rent a house so some extended family could stay with us — not to mention my only dog sitter was traveling too and I needed a dog friendly place to also accommodate my 8 lb pupper. This house did not disappoint. It was close enough to restaurants and the venue, but in a quiet neighborhood convenient to the Freeway. The pictures are completely accurate and this place is decorated and outfitted beautifully. We had everything we needed and then some. The pool area is gorgeous and after the last minute running around and then dancing the night away with family, a soak in the hot tub was just what was needed. The backyard area is also fully fenced, so I didn’t have to worry about the fur baby. Our host was great from the booking throughout checkout, quick to respond and gave thorough instructions. I used to stay at a nearby hotel when visiting my daughter, but now I look forward to returning to this property. 10 out of 10 on this one…however much it pains me to share this little secret and maybe find it already booked in the future!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Comfortable beds, plenty of space and beautiful backyard. We were in town for a family friend’s wedding and it was convenient location to the wedding venue. Would recommend!

The kitchen was adequate with utilnsels and pots and pans, plenty of plates and cups, glasses.We each enjoyed the privacy of our own bedroom and bathroom. Quiet neighborhood and private, close to market and entertainment, Rose Bowl, we walked the 3.2 miles around
it, close to Huntington Library and JPL,more places to visit and we did. All in all, a most comfortable home base.

Our family enjoyed a fantastic stay while in the LA area for a week. The house is very clean and nicely appointed. The house is as advertised. The backyard was a special treat with nice privacy and a lovely space. We would certainly consider staying for future trips.

Loved the property! The house is clean and modern in a nice quiet neighborhood. Location was close to shopping and freeway access. Love the resort quality backyard pool and spa, a fun oasis for a family vacation. We especially liked the fan and convenient luggage racks in each room. Our host was very responsive. We booked this property for ourselves, my elderly parents, and our children to spend the weekend in Pasadena. The beds were extremely comfortable, the house was immaculate, and the backyard was an amazing oasis! I would highly recommend this property, and will definitely plan on staying here again!

The place was a fantastic spot for my family. It was located in a good section of Los Angeles and we were able to do a lot. The pool was a hit with the kids. It was kind of cold for LA but the the pool was heated. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it

This home worked very well for our family for a special wedding in Los Angeles. The location was great for access to freeways, it was very clean, and the home layout was great for us, our son and daughter-in-law, and 5 and 1-1/2 year old grandchildren.

From the moment we walked in we were very happy.
Plenty of room for us to finish up last minute flowers arrangements.
Being able to relax and enjoy the hot tub was honestly the best part.
Perfect location to venue and every where we needed to be.

Great set up for our family! And the pool area was truly special! Nicely updated and GREAT to have 2 Kingsized beds and 3 bathrooms🙌🙌! And really nice to have the two living areas. They utilized the space in the house very efficiently!
Things that might be helpful to know: Traveled with a 6 week old and 3 year old.They have a pack in play AND a crib to use! The pool area is not directly accessible from the house; meaning you can’t see the pool area from the house.
We had a few maintenance problems that were addressed even though they were not fully fixed during our stay. Gina was very communicative and easy to work with.

Perfect location, lovely home
We were very happy with our experience staying at this lovely home. We were close enough to all of the sightseeing in Los Angeles, less than an hour from the beach, and only a couple hours away from San Diego. The house was very clean and the pool in the backyard was a nice place to relax after running all day. My family was very comfortable here during our stay and the owner thought of just about everything to make sure we had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend it!

Our family of four was super comfortable in this lovely house. We have family scattered around the LA area so Pasadena is a great central location for us. The house and pool were lovely and we quite enjoyed our stay.
