The rooms especially the bathroom and size of the room. The staff were very helpful. The pool was great

Mooie grote kamer met goed bed, balkon en ruime badkamer en koelkastje. Het personeel en met name Eric is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Prima zwembad.
Het ligt aan een hele drukke weg, vlakbij een buitenspeelparadijs en discotheek (?). Kamers zijn gehorig. Het heeft vooral Aziatische gasten die zeer luidruchtig zijn, met deuren slaan, rochelen en als je pech hebt naar elkaar schreeuwen vanaf de binnenplaats, soms al vanaf 06.00 uur. Daar kunnen zelfs de beste oordopjes niet tegenop. Al blijven ze vaak maar 1 nacht, de dag erna komen weer anderen.
De fietsen zijn aan vervanging toe.
Ondanks de mooie kamer en vriendelijk personeel was 4 nachten echt te lang. Ik hoopte op een rustige locatie. Volgende keer toch bij centrum overnachten.

The staff are very friendly specially Grennie and Eric. Room was excellent. Very big. Warm shower. Comfortable beds.
The breakfast could be better and they didn't have a restaurant in hotel which meant you couldn't order food if you planned to stay in.

Greenie & Erik waren super lief en hulpvaardig! Ik had last van lawaai en ze hebben me een andere kamer gegeven! Hemels goe geslapen in die andere kamer 🙏😃. Gebruik van de fietsen. Top locatie! Super leuk zwembad. Gewoon top!

Lovely hotel, clean rooms and staff were helpful! They have bicycles to rent for free which was convenient to cycle into the city! They also arranged moped rental for us for one of the days and it was there within 10 minutes. They offer an efficient laundry service. Location is in a quieter area which was nice.

Heerlijke accommodatie om echt tot rust te komen! Fijn zwembad, goede ligging tussen het strand en het stadje. Het personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk!

Location - it’s more quiet as it’s not in the middle of the busy city center. Also staff is super friendly, garden looks nice with all the plants and you can borrow bikes for free. Rooms are also spacious.

De bedden waren zeer comfortabel en de kamer was zeer ruim en schoon. We hadden het geluk dat we ons verblijf nog een nacht konden verlengen. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en meegaand. Ik wil graag dank zeggen aan Eric ♥️. Hij gaf ons veel goede aanbevelingen voor plaatsen om naartoe te gaan en we konden ook een rondleiding door het hotel naar Ba Na Hills boeken, inclusief het ophalen en inleveren van het hotel. Het ontbijt was ook uitstekend, dit was veruit het beste hotel waar we in verbleven tijdens onze 2 weekse reis naar Vietnam!

Very nice hotel and staff, they made the stay feel so pleasant, always helpful and kind. The garden is like a little oasis, with plants and flowers surrounding the pool and rooms. Had a great time!

gorgeous big spacious rooms. lovely decor. beautiful and clean pool surrounded by greenery. bathrooms so beautiful too. lovely balcony. staff helpful. recommend the massage place the hotel organises - best massage ever! go to Fin Aqua coffee shop nearby for breakfast (delicious and gorgeous garden to sit in)!
just the location as it’s far from town centre, but nice to be away from the hecticness! grab taxis easy and cheap.

It was a bit far from the center, however, they lend you some bikes for free so you can reach the town in less than 10 min

Lovely large rooms with great bathrooms and comfortable beds in a great location with bikes to borrow for free which were fun to ride to the centre only a 5 minutes ride away. staff were so kind and helpful especially Eric and Greenie.

We liked the nice building, the size and the style of the rooms. Very clean, people very nice and helpful, the bycicles and possibility to rent a bike.
Not very close to city center and you expect that it is quite for this reason but the road in front of the hotel is quite noisy

Well located outside of the old town of Hoi An, and easily accessible. Quiet environment with a beautiful swimming pool. Free bicycle available and good breakfast.
The room was a bit dark and the property could use some renovations.
The staff was a bit pushy about selling additional services. We had the feeling that when we rejected their offers they got upset and defensive. It could have been our impression though.

Everything brilliant. Great staff, lovely room with air con, fantastic fresh breakfast each day, plus a pool and free bike hire. Can definitely recommend!! Staff so friendly and happy to help with everything. Massive room, great bed, shower and bath! And two balconies.

Very comfortable bed, amazing spacious room and we loved the pool! They let you use their bikes for free and the breakfast was superb. It was a perfect break and would recommend to anyone

I could have stayed here so much longer than I did. The room was lovely, very comfortable and very clean. The staff were all so friendly and so helpful. The hotel is in between the town and the beach, maybe a 15/20 minute walk to town and 15 minutes by bicycle to the beach.
For a few days relaxing after a busy few weeks of travel it really was ideal.

The staff was so kind and helpful, the swimming pool amazing, the room very comfortable and nicely decorated (lot of wood things, lights that are not so white, stone walls…), and the bath so beautiful ! We really liked the atmosphere, without mentioning the price, really cheap compared to the quality.
