We had the best time at this condo. This is our 2nd or 3rd year staying in this particular condo. We love it! It is great to be able to park and walk right in - no elevator. The condo is beautiful and has everything we needed. I would say they need to get new mattresses for the beds but other than that it is perfect for us!! We will be back next year!!

Nice condo and facilities. Lots of small things need attention. Dryer takes all day to dry. Light over stover and light in freezer doesn’t work. Kitchen utensils and pots and pans pretty much worn out. Otherwise was enjoyable.

This condo is a great location. Right on the beach with a pool, lazy river, and water slide. Very close to restaurants and grocery. I usually like to stay in smaller condo complexes but didn't have any issues getting an elevator during our stay. Only one day was the beach so full that we walked down to the public beach. The ice machine was a nice added feature that we really appreciated.
Our complaints are minor but we reached out to the property manager on Tuesday about not being able to get the remote to work due to dead batteries and never heard a word back. Also, the kitchen is not stocked for preparing food. No measuring spoons, dull knives, etc.
Again, our complaints are minor and we enjoyed the property for the most part.

Cleanliness is not the utmost importance. Hairs in showers, stains on bed sheets, covers, pillows, towels, dining room chairs and even the bed skirts. We had gnats the first few days because of food left in the sink. Beds were horrible. Everybody wanted to sleep on the couch because of how poorly the beds slept. You can feel the bed springs in them and pillows are paper thin. Overall a good location. Grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants right across the street.

Our vacation was great. The weather was fantastic and the amenities were great. We were there with our grand children so we cooked in quite a bit. The pots & pans were old & worn out. The dishes could use an upgrade also. With that said, the condo, the property as a whole, parking was great. I thought it was totally cheesy that everyone had to wear wristbands for the entire week. I understand the security part but try keeping a wristband on a 7, 4, and 2 year old. That needs to change.

This condo is in a beautiful location and the amenities are great. The staff is completely courteous and helpful. We had a small issue when we arrived that was very well taken care of to our satisfaction by Charlie, the property manager, in a timely manner. Thank you for a lovely time in Orange Beach. The reason that I did not rate all 5s is that the upholstered furniture was dirty when we were there. (It could easily be cleaned.)

The good and the bad
The good: Nice view, very spacious rooms, clean, parking is excellent because you can park on the floor that you’re staying and walk right in to your door, indoor pool and hot tub were great~ came in handy because it was so cold outside in March!
The bad: Not much bad to say… the only thing is that they didn’t have anything extra. Just the bare minimum. We were very happy to have an iron and hairdryer so no need to pack those. They have some basic kitchen necessities. We never figured out the TV in one of the rooms and wished that we had the Wi-Fi password.

Great condo for multiple family gathering. We rented this and the neighboring condo. Everyone made use of all the facilities available, tennis courts, workout room, lazy river, and indoor pool and the great beach. My only negative was the problem with the black feet from dirty floors. I am a Florida resident and I must steam my floors every other week to remove the black mold associated with all the humidity from the gulf.

It was a time to get away and release some stree and enjoy fall weather. The beach did not fully cooperate as sever days were red flagged. But we enjoy being on the beach and enjoying the weather. The accommodations were excellent. We enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub and and lazy river. Our living area was spacious and provided plenty of room for everyone. We had a great experience.

This is our second stay in Phoenix, 405. We love the roominess, comfort, view, convenient location and a kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals. The lazy river is a favorite and there’s always plenty of room on the beautiful beach along with many wonderful restaurants nearby. We plan to return next year!

Our group loved staying in Phoenix OB 405. We had lots of room to spread out. It is located directly over the lazy river/pool area so it was easy to watch family in the pool while relaxing on the nice size balcony. The view of the gulf was amazing! I rented 2 units over Christmas and New Years. We spent $4500 for the 2. We had a great time during our stay. Then came check-out time. The cleaning lady knocked on our door at 9:45 asking us when we were going to be out of the unit. I told her it will be 10:00-10:15. We were out of the unit at 10:10. In that time I got a text from her boss saying I was rude and I didn’t tell her when I was leaving and she said I slammed the door on her. I don’t appreciate the way I was treated at check-out and I told them that they’ve lost my business and I’m a repeat customer that comes down every Christmas. Shame on you guys at check-out. Completely unprofessional !!!
