Essendo uno dei condomini principali del North Cost Village, la splendida vista sulla spiaggia è vista da ogni finestra, compresa la cucina! La zona giorno calda e accogliente è arredata in modo confortevole con un nuovo divano letto in schiuma di qualità / comfort, molto confortevole, con sedie di grandi dimensioni, camino a gas e una nuova TV a schermo piatto da 50 "! Netflix incluso! Complesso comprende 24/7 di sicurezza per garantire il soggiorno più sicuro.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata e comprende zone pranzo e soggiorno, con splendide viste sull'oceano. La camera da letto ha un letto king size, lenzuola lussuose e favolose viste sull'oceano. Bagno recentemente ristrutturato con pavimento in travertino. Il balcone soleggiato con un bar piastrellato, è il luogo perfetto per consumare un pasto piacevole, una cena barbecue / barbecue nell'area piscina / o un bicchiere di vino godendosi il tramonto.
Il complesso foro non è dotato di impianto di condizionamento d'aria però abbiamo un sacco di fan in piedi e ventilatori a soffitto e la splendida brezza dell'oceano!
La nostra casa vacanza sull'Oceanside si trova all'ultimo piano, vicino all'ascensore nel meraviglioso North Coast Village insieme a spiagge sabbiose ideali per il surf, il nuoto, la pallavolo e persino i pozzi del fuoco per un falò serale e s'mores! Parti all'avventura, esci dal nostro splendido resort e trova l'Oceanside Harbour con il porto turistico, i negozi caratteristici e gli ottimi ristoranti ... tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Noleggia una barca o un jet ski, goditi la pesca o trascorri del tempo a osservare balene e delfini. La costa offre meravigliose scelte per i visitatori attivi o meno attivi con accesso privato alla spiaggia. We would like to call your attention to a few things that we have found to be of concern during our third stay at your condo. This is not in any particular order of importance:
The tv remote batteries died and all I could find among your tools were AAA and some other various sizes but no AA. I had to go to the store to buy some, but please be aware that I am taking them home with me, and the Cox remote will not be working.
If I walked into a hotel room and found the toilet seat to have the appearance of this one, I'd leave. It's simply not right to have a toilet seat with peoples' wear marks all over it. Probably unsanitary as well.
The shower temperature control lever does not allow for a cool shower. When set to cool water position It creeps down to warm water position.
Yes, there is a footrest for the leather chair, and yes, people put their feet on it. But this one's really seen its better days.
The door to your condo has always "stuck." Humidity, I get it. But it's pretty difficult to push, especially for an old guy with a bad shoulder.
Not your direct problem, but yesterday at about 7:30 PM I went to use the grills by the pool. 4 people were there cooking, then 5, then 6... and 1 of the grills had a faded "out of order" sign on it. Two working grills for the whole complex made for some late...

Beautiful property, perfect location allowed us go walk to wonderful beaches & restaurants. The hot tub was nice to relax & unwind. The bed was comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. Could use updating the leather chairs that are worn and cracked (not shown) toss it or add sheepskin faux over it. It was the 1st thing I noticed. Hate to mention this - if not mentioned you can’t fix it. Overall we we LOVED the place and wish we could afford to own the unit ourselves!!!

Very comfortable, clean condo with a great view of the ocean. The condo had lots of baby items, which was handy for our little one. We had a couple of hiccups with the complex itself, but the owner was very responsive to each issue.

Our stay was relaxing and the condo was perfect just as described. Alina was in contact with me from the moment we arrived and checked to see if we needed anything. Going to sleep and waking up hearing the ocean was the best! Restaurants were within walking distance. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and I would definitely return. Don't hesitate, book it!

The check in process was very easy. The instructions for check in and check out were clear and made everything simple. The view was great and the space was clean, comfortable and very relaxing. The grounds were manicured beautifully and the walk through the property to the beach was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean,comfy with sunny Oceanview. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room seating, one bedroom with King bed, nice linens. Able to see the ocean from kitchen, living and bedroom. Quiet building. Half block or less walk to beach and Strand. Walk to Oceanside pier which is about . 3 mile from condo. Rent bikes by the pier. Oceanside has many delicious restaurants within walking distance. North Coast grounds are beautiful, clean and well maintained. Owner, Alina allowed early check -in, was helpful and communication was easy and prompt. I would highly recommend staying here. I'm looking forward to returning.

Condo was beautiful and super close to the beach. The complex itself is large so we did get lost a few times. Having on-site parking was super convenient. We were here during a major heatwave and unfortunately the unit (like most along the coast) did not have air conditioning. Super grateful for the amount of fans Alina had available in the condo as this saved our trip!

I received an email several days before arrival with explicit check in details, condo info and parking location. Condo was very clean and has a beachy vibe which instantly transforms your mind-set into vacay mode! So many thoughtful and useful extras in this Condo made our stay so enjoyable. Owner checked in with me to see if we needed anything. Definitely coming back to this condo!!

Enjoyed our stay! Condo had everything we needed plus beach gear including sand toys, beach chair, boggie board, beach umbrella and a wagon! Great beach views and sounds of the ocean. Condo was comfy and clean. Property manager was very sweet, answered all my questions & great communication. My toddler did not want to leave, he called it his lovely beach house. We look forward to another stay.

I was so looking forward to this trip that I booked back in February and I was not disappointed. The location to the beach was great. Just walk out of the garage and a half block to the beach. No need to drive or find parking. Everything for the beach (chairs, cooler, towels and even a cart to haul it all) was in the condo just waiting for me. It was also next to the oceanside pier which was a nice walk. Good food and lots of souvenirs.

Slept and woke listening to the surf. Clear view of the ocean. Located between Pier and Harbor; excellent for walking, restaurants and beach time. North Coast Village is beautifully maintained with great pool. The condo had everything needed-pullout bed was very comfortable! It was a wonderful beach respite week-want to come back! The condo exceeded it’s description

We loved having the coffee, creamer, etc!! Our other unit did not have this!! Loved the pump shower soap, and shampoo. Would have been nice for some conditioner and lotion. Loved the beach supplies!! Very comfy. Blanket for the couch bed? Just used the throw blankets. And yes, loved the throw blankets while sitting around with kids watching tv. Loved having Netflix. Thanks so much!!

We slept so well. Opened the windows, turned on the fans, and listened to the waves crashing in. After a jog on the beach to the pier and some local coffee, we were completely refreshed.

It got noisy outside our unit during the day a few times during the week as workers were doing lawn/yard/landscape maintenance and upgrades. But that happens. Such a great condo and great complex. Wonderful views. Loved our stay.

Wonderful place
This condo was cozy, well decorated and in the best location. Sunshine filled the days and the sounds of crashing waves filled the evenings. It’s within walking distance of the pier, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and located within a quiet, lush green, gated community. The check-in process was a breeze and the host was kind, polite and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

Fantastic stay at the beach!
Alina’s beach condo was amazing! The check in process was easy, as soon as we got our bearings and found the patrol office which is right there in plain sight. The property is beautifully landscaped, lush, and green. Upon entering, the condo is nicely updated, clean, and fresh. Alina had everything you’d need for a day at the beach as well. We loved the lanai overlooking the ocean every morning. Alina checked in to make sure all was well… a sign of someone who cares about their guests. I will certainly be staying here again in the future!!
