Beach side beauty
Walked in and ocean vibes with the color that catches your eye. Big kitchen space which was utilized..brunch for 13! Plenty of bathrooms which I loved..no one was in the other’s way.

The initial contact was very helpful we were in contact with a lady named Susan who was wonderful!! The property seemed well suited for our group of 18 overall. The dishwasher kept throwing a code so difficult to use. Upon arrival the toilet kept running but we were able to fix it. My biggest concern was that when we were bathing a client the shower chair broke and she landed on the floor it was a scary experience for her.The rest of the home seemed great except there was minimal pots and pans when cooking for 18 people it was challenging. One other thing that would have been nice to have would have been a mop for cleaning up messes.

Excellent Space
This was a great place to be at. The location was great for walking to different areas for shopping, good and the beach. The property was clean, the process was easy and it was a great house for the group we had. It fit perfectly and the layout was great! Would definitely book again.

Cons
We arrived Saturday and the trash was already filled up and it wasn’t picked up until Tuesday. There was also no cold water and the water pressure was terrible. One side of the bench was broken and the bunk beds were squeaky and unstable.

Perfect wedding party place!
We had our wedding party stay here and it was the perfect place to have our dearest friends all together! The rooms were fantastic and the big table is epic! Two fridges is clutch too! Have this space was amazing!!!!!! It made our wedding weekend into such a special time! Highly recommend this place for large groups!!

Great location and service
The location was great and a short walk to the beach. Our AC was not working when we arrived and they had someone sent out and when they weren't able to fix it they moved us to another unit the same day. Very spacious unit was perfect size for our group, would stay here again.

The rental house was beautiful and comfortable and well stocked... the only down side is the wall along the pool is very thin and the noise rules were pretty lax.... there are 4 units so if you get loud group that is really the only downside.... 2 blocks to the beach it is amazing!!!

Thank you for letting us rent the house. The location was perfect to the beach but the surrounding area of the property was run-down. There were some inconsistencies with check-in, but we were able to access the property ok. The only things that were negative was on Saturday night people who lived on the next street over came in and took over the hot tub. They were smoking and eating boiled peanuts and throwing the shells into a small plastic pool bucket that was being used earlier that day by the children we had with us, so we all left. It was not appreciated that we were paying for the property and unable to use that area due to them. We would not use any of the other items by the pool because we were unsure what was clean at that point and what wasn’t.
The other negative was the use of the grill. We payed extra for grill use and none of the grills were usable. 1 had no handle to life the lid, one would not light and the other two were just disgusting. One we couldn't even clean well enough and the 4th grill still had hamburgers left inside it. Again, disappointing as we thought we could use these items as they had been included in the price we paid.
We cleaned up prior to our departure this morning as best as we could. The list that was provided said there would be cleaning supplies but there were none. A cabinet in the kitchen was locked where I assume cleaning supplies are kept for cleanings between guests but we had no access to any. It's a bit difficult to plan when things are not there that were supposed to be provided but we managed.

Just Enough
The stay was great! The house had just enough room for our guests. Because we had so many people visiting, parking was definitely an issue. Also, the TVs worked well the first night, but after that we were searching for service and had to watch the games on our cell phones. Overall, the stay was nice.

Overall the room was great spaces nice need to be cleaned a little better but at the end of the day of the great room and all the accommodations was nice I had a little problem with the parking found some hair here and there and the Saturday before we left found bed bugs I'm basically just never responded to the bed bugs but overall it was a nice room when I contacted the property manager about the bed bugs she simply said she don't see how it could be any bed bugs in the room because the message was covered and the tenants that was there before us had no complaints when clearly we put one bed bug in the plastic and wrapped it up so she could see it took pictures of it and never got a response after that on Monday the maintenance lady came in with a can of raid clearly it wasn't going to kill the bed bugs that's probably why they were still there. This was on 9/3/19 today is 9/21/19 still haven't resolved the issue or took responsibility for it. My sister an nephew slept on the couch from Saturday to Monday an my Dad got bit twice in da back in another room

Great location and beautiful property
We arrived early and they were so nice and let us check in at no extra charge. The House was very spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The walk to the beach was not far at all. It was better than waiting on an elevator. Lots of kitchen appliances to use.
We had 2 issues.... parking was a nightmare. You only get 4 parking spots and they aren’t marked so if someone else isn’t following the 4 car rule, then you end up without a parking spot. They need to specify which 4 spots belong to which units. The other issue was the TVs. All of the rooms had a tv but they didn’t all work...
Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend it everyone!

We are all part of The GTA AM Tour in Ontario, Canada. There were 29 of us staying at the units for the last week of March 2018. We utilized three of the four units. They were brand new, clean and perfect for our group. The location was great and the fact that we were all in the same complex added to the camaraderie of the trip. Also, one of the players is a chef and in these large and new kitchens he created AMAZING meals for us. Kathy and her Team were always at the ready to assist whenever called upon. These units were absolutely perfect for our group and, along with some excellent golf, resulted in an extremely special and memorable trip for all.

It was a group of 16 women on a ministry fellowship retreat and we were leased with the property upon entry. Working with Kathy to book the property was a breeze and when the weather impacted the unit we were originally assigned, she transferred us to another unit without hesitation. There was only one issue with the hot water going out, but Joe had someone there with in minutes or definitely in less than an hour to fix the issue so we can move forward with our day.

The property was great. The parking is a little difficult with each property housing up to 24 people. Management was quick to help with the problem of parking. My family's rental experience was fantastic. The location was very spacious and perfect for our large family. We had 22 family members and had more than enough space. I loved the fact that the beach was walking distance and there was also restaurants and plenty of things to do that were just a few steps away from our front door. I'd definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was great! We used the pool, we used the grill, the only problem was the WiFi, it was horrible, either couldn’t get a connection or it was slow and going in and out.
