Unità Penthouse che ospita 4 persone. Il nostro condominio ha una grande terrazza con posti a sedere all'aperto per godere di viste sul centro. Siamo passi da Main Street proprio dietro l'hotel Westin nel cuore del centro. Offriamo tutte le comodità di casa con una cucina completa e un sacco di spazio aperto per diffondere per alcuni giorni o un soggiorno prolungato. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e il divano estrae un letto dormitorio, entrambe sono super confortevoli. Il condominio è di circa 1100 metri quadrati, che è grande per un 1BR / 1Bath. Tutte le comodità del centro si trovano letteralmente a pochi passi. Vi offriamo un parcheggio dedicato durante il vostro soggiorno e un accesso codificato all'edificio.

We parked our car and didn’t move it for 4 days. We walked, talked, wined, and dined ourselves through downtown. The condo offered all the comforts of home, from kitchen gadgets to beautifully appointed furnishings to a peaceful and private patio. We will undoubtedly make this our “go-to” spot when we visit Greenville.

For my wife and I this property was perfect for our time in Greenville. We were less than a block from an entrance to the Rabbit Trail, a block from the Peace Center where we attended a concert, and close enough to restaurants and activities that we walked everywhere we didn't bike. The property was well-appointed, and a great place to relax between going out on the town. I definitely recommend this property!

The location was great! Walking distance to everything. The hosts had a really well stocked kitchen, and a snack tray was left for us. It was a really sweet touch after a long day of driving. The balcony was a nice place to relax. We’ll definitely rent the place again the next time we’re in Greenville.

This property is perfect for a stay in downtown Greenville, park the car and walk the entire area….. located approximately halfway in the Downtown/West End business districts. Highly recommend

The unit is absolutely beautiful in an amazing location. The fire pit on patio is a plus. Very clean and well decorated. We can’t wait to come back next year!

The location of the property couldn’t have been more perfect. My husband and I wanted to see as much of Greenville as possible and we didn’t move our car until we left. We walked everywhere and saw the Riverwalk, went to a baseball game and ate at some great restaurants. The condo was immaculate, bed was incredibly comfortable and we had everything we needed!

Whether it’s your first time in Greenville or your hundredth time, this is the perfect place to stay. You can’t beat the location and free parking. We parked our car on arrival and didn’t drive it for three days. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The condo was clean and comfortable. We even sat out on the balcony by the fire table resting from the day’s activities. The kitchen provided all the items we needed. You can rent bicycles nearby and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail or simply walk to Falls Park. So many good places to eat and shop in walking distance. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Greenville.

Very nice condo right downtown within walking distance of the Peace Center, Reedy Falls Park and lots of restaurants and shopping. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Nice secluded outdoor patio as well. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful property and we stay here whenever we’re in Greenville. The location cannot be beat and the parking is just steps from the entrance to the building. The condo is very well stocked with all kitchen supplies, towels and toiletries, decorated beautifully and quiet. Do not hesitate to stay here- you won’t be disappointed!!

Super great location. Easy, easy access to unit. Parking space for one and garage right next door for additional vehicles. Host responded very quickly which made everything go smoothly. Bed was very firm, but we got used to it. Picked up a mattress cushion at Walmart for hubby and he was fine. The condo was spacious and very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo is better than advertised. It is a lovely condo thst that is up to date and well maintained. It is one block off of main street and it is very quiet. Easy to access everything in the area and come back to a nice quiet retreat. I highly recommend this condo if you are visiting Greenville.

Traveled to Greenville from Indiana for a wedding and to meet our son and his wife for a 4day weekend. They were also married here a few years ago, so we knew the area and this location was perfect and safe. Within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in downtown Greenville Main Street - such a great town! Condo was beautiful, spacious, and even opened to an outside patio. We would stay here again whenever we return. 😄

A great condo in a great location in downtown Greenville. We enjoyed staying in this spacious, sunny condo very much. You cannot beat this location for enjoying all that downtown Greenville has to offer. Our own parking space on site was icing on the cake. We look forward to returning!

Perfect location and a reserved parking area. The condo was around the corner to Main Street and literally a 1 minute walk. We were located about center to main so you could quickly go in either direction. The patio was private and a bonus but we spent most of our time about town

Greenville itself is absolutely gorgeous, much much to do. The penthouse condo we stayed in Was very clean, beautiful inside, very well-maintained. By far one of the best for the price that I have stayed in. The owner has taken much pride in this property. Wish we would have planned to stay longer.

The apartment is great size with everything you can need availed. Fully stocked kitchen. The out door patio with a fire pit was terrific. Communicating with the host is easy. It is centrally located to parks and restaurants so need need to drive. The pictures on VRBO do not do this apartment justice. Had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Beth's condo. It had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space was especially nice to have on those nice evenings after dinner. We would stay there again next time we visit

We parked our car and walked every where for 4 days. Games, our favorite restaurants the River all less than a mile away. We had a great time.

Everything was just as listed on VRBO. It was a beautiful condo. It was very clean. The host provided everything that one would want and more. It was a nice touch to have a water and snack basket upon arrival after our drive.
We did have a problem with the TV, but the host promptly took care of it. Her responsiveness was great.
We would most definitely book this again in the future.

We had a great weekend in Greenville. The condo is perfect. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance of so many fun things to do.

The property is nicely located in downtown Greenville, SC. It is very clean and amly supplied with cookware, dishes, linens, towels, etc. It is well maintained and the owner is very accessable vial text or telephone. Great for downtown activities and restaurants.

This condo did not disappoint! Beautifully appointed, meticulously clean, gorgeous kitchen with everything one could ever need. Location can’t be beat. We walked everywhere. We enjoyed the balcony too! We will definitely be back!

The condo was everything we needed for a long weekend downtown. Everything was within walking distance and the place was spotless. The outdoor area is quite nice as well. Would highly recommend.
