Bellissimo cottage in pietra sul lungolago situato su una grande spiaggia sabbiosa formalmente conosciuta come Char-Nel-Shores! La casa dispone di due o tre camere da letto, due bagni e sala grande sole privato con divano che viene utilizzato come terza camera da letto. Godetevi un sacco di spiaggia camminare e nuotare. Intrattenere con tre patii, pozzo del fuoco, e rilassarsi ogni sera guardando splendidi tramonti dalla altalena doppia, il cavallo full size carosel, tre tabelle o le abbondanti sedie a sdraio. .Dal Cortile e la spiaggia si possono vedere diverse isole, molte specie di uccelli come aquile, herins blu, aironi bianchi, famiglie anatra, zampognari sabbia. e sterne immersioni. Dal cortile si può camminare quasi un miglio est e ovest in ginocchio acqua profonda con un fondale sabbioso. .

The house was perfect for our family. The inside was clean and perfect amount of space. It truly is a wonderful place. It is the outside that needs work. The beach was ok but the water was so full of algae the kids would not go in. It was black . The outdoor shower didn’t work and the hose is hard to get to because of tall grass and debris. There is a cord running outside from porch to pump that has exposed wires. We loved this house ! Loved the inside so much and we had a great time being together but I needed to be honest about the outside.

We were 2 families with kids, plus Grandma who stayed four nights. Great house! Nice layout. Nicely updated. House was clean at check-in. Sheets were folded on each bed for us to put on. Beach has a lot of debris, (Lots of birds around and very shallow water so there were lots of fish bones.) I messaged the owner and he responded right away --directed me to a rake in the shed which solved the problem. Water is very shallow and calm allows for a lot of seaweed growth, but it didn't bother anyone. Kids played in the sand and swam. (Water is really warm because it's so shallow. We went to Cedar Point one day, Put-in-Bay another, Very close to Port Clinton. Sat near the water on the 4th and saw fireworks from all around. Overall a great house. We hope to return.

Beautiful sunsets at this location. We sat outside by the water and enjoyed cocktails after a long day of fishing. We had a great fishing trip and great weather. The house is perfect for a vacation.

This property is located in a great community or well maintained homes. Everything that is promised in the description is true and wonderful. Even the Neighbors are outgoing and welcoming.

The 5 bedroom house was as described and just what we needed for family visiting for a family wedding. Great communications with owner. How stay again.

We spent 5 days here with our daughters, sons-in-law and granddaughters and had a wonderful time. The location can’t be beat. It’s is so perfectly located to many great restaurants and activities and the backyard/private beach is perfectly placed for boating watching and sunsets. There was plenty of space for everyone with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The owner, John, was very responsive as well. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful accommodations. 4 generations under one roof with room to spare. So nice to have bedroom suite 1st floor snd 2nd floor. Cupboards well stocked with amenities in the kitchen. Our family lives to cook at home so it really met our needs. Kiddos 6&8 could run out back sun room to water with lots of knee deep sand bars. Never fearful parents grand snd great grandparents could take deep breath on the shore. Very enjoyable sites near by. Going back next year for certain. Thanks to the owners for a very special week. Sand Beach Cottage was the perfect place for us to relax with our adult children and grandchildren. There was enough space for us to each have our own space, and our own waterfront/beach just outside the door.

Property was in excellent shape and housed our four families for our 50 th anniversary. Close to Cleveland guardian stadium, cedar point, African safari And directly on Lake Erie. Enjoyed by all age groups!

My family and I were pleased with this property. There was ample space for my family to spread out, and having central air conditioning was delightful during the hot, humid summer days/nights. The beach was perfect for our six year old, who enjoyed playing in the lake. It was so convenient having the small beach to play on right outside the back door. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and all appliances worked great. There were ample sheets and towels available. Thank you John for a great stay! We hope to come back again.

The property is perfect for a relaxing stay on the lake. Close to everything but far enough away from the main drag that you can enjoy some peace and quiet with the lake at your backdoor.

Our trip to the Lake is an annual event that has been going on for over 30 years. We choose to relocate from Camp Perry so we could be in one place. We enjoyed the stay however the guys had a couple complaints. One key for 7 guys and only one working TV.

The views from this house are amazing. Two of the upstairs bedrooms overlook the lake. John responds quickly to your messages. We spent Thanksgiving weekend here and it was perfect. You cannot get any closer to the lake.
