I Silver Beach Condominiums si trovano direttamente sul Golfo del Messico a Orange Beach, in Alabama, e direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al più grande complesso di negozi e ristoranti sulla strada della spiaggia. I servizi includono una grande piscina fronte golfo, lungomare con doccia alla spiaggia privata, noleggio sedie e ombrelloni (in stagione), 2 ascensori e parcheggio riservato.
Il nostro 6 ° piano non fumatori, 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni è arredato in modo unico ed è appena stato dipinto di fresco con colori vivaci con un tocco tropicale! Il rimodellamento recentemente completato include anche nuove piastrelle in tutto e nuovi televisori a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e in entrambe le camere da letto, stereo, lavatrice e asciugatrice full size e ventilatori a soffitto! Anche la cucina è stata appena ristrutturata con ripiani in granito, alzatina di piastrelle e nuovi elettrodomestici! Entrambi i bagni sono stati appena ristrutturati con nuovi infissi e piastrelle in tutto!
Il nostro condominio dispone di una ringhiera del balcone in vetro temperato unica che offre una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo e un tavolo in vetro con 4 comode sedie per mangiare all'aperto sul pavimento del balcone appena piastrellato! C'è un divano letto Queen Size, 3 sedie, una nuova TV a schermo piatto da 32 "con cavo, DVD e stereo nel soggiorno, un tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone e un bar per la colazione che ne ospiterà altri 3.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size nuovo TV a schermo piatto da 24 ", DVD e bagno privato. Il maestro si apre anche sul balcone. Convenientemente situato direttamente di fronte al più grande centro commerciale della zona con due grandi catene alimentari, negozi di video, forniture per la spiaggia e un'ottima cucina per famiglie, questo è l'alloggio perfetto per un massimo di 6 persone.
Abbiamo una cucina completamente attrezzata con pentole nuove. Abbiamo anche un nuovo frigorifero, piano cottura, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde!
La nostra lavanderia ha una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice a caricamento frontale full size!

I was messaged through the vrbo site that I received an email with a parking pass and I could never find it. The kitchen tools were subpar. There were 2 elevators and on was broken the entire week. The second one was also not working the day we left. We had to carry everything down 6 florid stairs.

We love Silver Beach. The location is convenient and it’s only 8 floors. 604 was outstanding! The owner is very responsive and nice! Kept us informed! We highly recommend renting this condo!

Condo is in the best location near everything. It had everything we needed for our family of 4 with the best views. The complex parking and elevators were so easy with no hassle of looking for a parking spot. The beach in front was never crowded. For these reasons I prefer a smaller complex over the large high rise and this was the perfect place. We will be back !

The ocean view was great, but that was the only good thing about this unit. Although the add says it’s been “recently renovated”, based on our experience that claim is questionable. We checked in on Sun, 26 May 2024. The unit had five sets of towels for 4 adults scheduled to stay for the entire week. We contacted Barbara, the super host about getting additional towels. We also reported water backing up into the tub when we showered in the primary bedroom. The backup was accompanied by a strong musty, putrid smell that permeated throughout the unit. After several emails, the next day the cleaning person brought one extra towel, which was damp and smelled of smoke. All we wanted was enough towel sets so we didn’t have to do laundry every day. The maintenance person came and checked the water backup. He removed hair from the tub drain and left it in the toilet. My guess is they wanted us to see something had been done. According to Barbara, the maintenance person did not smell a foul odor. Supposedly, the cause of the water backing into the bathtub was an issue with the building plumbing, not the unit. Oddly enough, the other shower in the unit drained fine and led me to believe the problem really is in the unit. Barbara was unwilling to do anything further and basically accused us of complaining more than any other renters. She advised us in the VRBO messaging app that we should stay somewhere else in the future. There were other issues but space is limited here.

The property is exactly as listed and is a great location for easy access to not only the beach, but also to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The condo has really beautiful views of the Gulf! The property owner was very prompt in sending reservation details and parking information.
The parking lot is on the smaller side with limited spaces. We went out for the evening and returned late to find the lot full. We ended up parking across the street in the Greer’s lot. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but a heads up that spots are limited.
The guest room mattress could be replaced given it slopes towards the middle, but was just fine for a night and would have been fine for a few more nights. Our friends said the master bed was comfortable.
I would definitely stay here again.

Quick one day trip to orange beach to fish. The condo was just as described, check in was easy, communication by owner was good and the building was quiet. I loved the balcony view and enjoyed our time we were there. I would definitely rent here again.

A very clean property with a wonderful beach view the apt had plenty of dishes, silverware and we enjoyed it so much. The pool was nice, but mostly sat on the beach. Easy access to dhops and restaurants. This definitely was a 5star apartment and check in was super easy. The owner was accessible and got back with us when needed. I highly reccomend this rental

Condo and the owner were great but building was not. Owner response time was immediate. The building issues were due to renovations in progress. With multiple condos being renovated, construction noise started at 7:00 AM and continued throughout day. Only one elevator was operating and it was a scary ride due to wires hanging from ceiling, creaking noises and the cardboard covering the walls. Someone had actually written “Tower of Terror” on the elevator wall. We used the elevator twice and did not get stuck but three other visitors told us they had been stuck.

Beautiful place to stay. Dolphins in view daily. Easy access to numerous shops and restaurants. Condo being renovated while we were there but was not a problem. Nothing in the way. I’m sure it will be wonderful when they get done. Thank you

My wife and I booked the room about 7 months ago. The views and room location caught our eye. It was very comfortable and had a wonderful view of the beach. Our daughter had her own bedroom and bathroom. The owner was very easy to work with as well. We enjoyed the whole experience!

My wife and i stayed here for the weekend for our 17th anniversary and we were incredibly happy with the cleanliness, aesthetic, and location of the condo. This is a wonderful condo. It has everything; best view, across the street from a wonderful market that offers everything from lunch to groceries. In my opinion, best location on Orange Beach. Communication with the owner is excellent. I highly recommend.

The website pictures were accurate, the view was beautiful. We cooked every morning for breakfast and we appreciate the plates, bowl, silverware, cups and glasses in the unit. We appreciate the refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and laundry units. It made our stay much more enjoyable. The location is perfect with nearby Walmart and Publix stores, and plenty of choices for dinner. We highly recommend Doc's restaurant and Cactus Cantina!!

As a condo Owner in Destin, Florida - I see the other side and all that goes into leasing your property. Most times when I’m at my condo - I am working on something! It was so nice for me to just be a guest. I loved the 2 bedrooms and the views are stunning from the living room and from the main bedroom. Orange Beach, for me, offered a laid back vibe, plenty to do and convenience of everything you need being close. Out host was AMAZING! The kitchen was well stocked, our instructions when leaving were short and concise, our parking permit and code was sent ahead of time. Our Host was simply excellent and we will be back!! Thank you for allowing us to come stay and be worry free!

We had a fantastic week!! The condo is exactly as described in listing. The owner stays in contact with you. The view was awesome, the dolphins gave us a show everyday playing close to the shore. Since the complex is not one of the larger ones the beach area in front of the complex did not have wall to wall people, which was great! Also the condo conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, activities and so much more. Would highly recommend!
