25th Floor, Custom Designed, Sunrise Facing 3BR Unit at Turquoise
Paradiso e lusso senza pari ti stanno aspettando! La nostra nuovissima unità progettata su misura (l'accordo è appena terminato nell'autunno 2012!) ha soffitti di 10 piedi, Smart TV LED aggiornate, 3 ampie camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni. Due camere da letto hanno un letto matrimoniale, una terza camera da letto ha 2 letti matrimoniali e nel soggiorno c'è un letto matrimoniale. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno di lusso, e c'è un bagno di servizio nel corridoio. La cucina è il sogno di uno chef gourmet con ripiani in granito espansivo, elettrodomestici in acciaio tra cui un enorme frigorifero / congelatore SubZero, una stufa a gas a cinque fuochi, un forno con cassetto riscaldante, un frullatore / processore Ninja, una lavastoviglie, un forno a microonde e un Caffettiera Keurig VUE. I marchi includono quelle élite come Viking, Wolf, Jacuzzi e SubZero, tra gli altri. I've been a property owner in OBA a couple of times so this was my first time at Turquoise Place.
25th floor. Great unit. Everything worked. Unit stays busy and has Everything from beach chairs to cleaning products already there. Only thing I bought extra was toilet paper and paper plates.

We had a wonderful time with our young kids, and we can’t wait to go back again. They are installing a new waterslide, and my kids are thrilled. They are removing some of the hot tubs from the balconies, but they still have a huge bathtub and spa.

We had a great time at this condo. The owner is great to communicate with and quick to answer any questions or concerns. The views off the balcony are gorgeous and we loved having our own personal grill that we didn’t need to share. We will definitely be back!

The property was is great shape and everything worked. I stayed here for week and it was a great time. The property manager was quick to respond. I hope to stay next year in the same unit as it was such a great time.

Check-in was easy. The cleaning service was finishing as we arrived. We had no issues, and the few questions we asked were answered promptly.

The pictures in the listing of the condo didn’t do it justice. It was much more than we anticipated... beautiful, spacious, well appointed, stunning views of the beach, and easy access to parking, amenities, and the beach. Owner was very helpful and extremely responsive to any questions/concerns.

Wonderful stay at 2502! Nicely furnished & plenty of room for our family and Nana. We were happy to find chairs and some beach items to use since we flew into Pensacola. Owner and staff were available and attentive for any questions during our stay! Love Turquoise. Great experience!

Great Condo
Turquoise Place is a great place to stay and this condo was the perfect place to bring the family. Enough room to spread out. Beautiful and comfy furnishings. Awesome view from the 25th floor. And Rob was easy to get in touch with. Thanks Rob and Family!

This was our second stay and the property is still our favorite. You will not find a better property anywhere on Orange beach and the host Rob is top notch. We look forward to going back next year.

Fantastic week at Orange Beach!
We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property. It is decorated beautifully but it’s still kid friendly, and has everything you need for a perfect week at the beach. The amenities are the best in the area by far. The owner was easy to communicate with and super helpful in answering my questions. We look forward to booking again soon.

Great place
The condo was gorgeous. The communication with mr Robert was exceptional. The staff at the condo were great as well. However they never came and treated the hot tub like our paper said. Overall it was a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back again!

Needs some much needed repairs and cleaning
Hood lights still don't work. Most of the skillets need to be thrown out and replaced with new non stick skillets. Still don't have a toaster. Mattress in master needs to be replaced. Others should be checked. Whoever is doing the cleaning is just doing the bare minimum basics. Especially around the stove. Since we are paying a heafty cleaning fee we should not have to clean around the stove before we use it. Otherwise, we really did enjoy ourselves as we usually do. Thank you!

Leave everything but your bathing suit at home! This property has everything you need!! You are going to spend your time on the balcony when not at the beach and this unit has ample and comfy seating. Would rent again.

This condo was fantastic! Very well maintained. The owner were excellent. We would definitely stay here again! The kitchen was stocked more than any other condo I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were comfy. There was plenty of room. We truly can’t wait to go back.

We had such a great time in Orange Beach! The condo was perfect! There was no shortage of anything in the kitchen...just about anything you would need is in there. Also, so many things for the beach-chairs, coolers, crabbing lights, floats. Super comfy beds. Great sound system. Great place to stay! Plan to go back!!
