This was our transition home while we waited to close on our new home. The house was fabulous, local amenities were super close, the pool was an added bonus. There was plenty of room for myself to work and two teenagers. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet but very clean home away from home.

We were in town to visit family. There aren’t many hotels close enough for us to make multiple visits but Mary’s place was to perfect go between. Bed was comfortable. Place was clean. We enjoyed the recliners for some evening TV. We did visit the community swimming pool but it appears it had not been cleaned in days. So it was only a quick dip. Mary was good with communication and checking in. We would stay again.

Mary’s place is beautifully decorated and feels very cozy. Our family had plenty of room. It is in a quiet area of Greenville and was close to everywhere we needed to go. I would highly recommend this place especially if visiting ECU.

Mary the owner was wonderful and great to work with. This place was SO zen and relaxing. Amazingly clean and decorated beautifully. I went to Mary’s restaurant and I cannot remember the name (please ask her) it was the best Chinese cuisine I’ve ever had. The pool was great and refreshing although it rained every day but one while I was there. This place is a must stay. Thank you Mary for your kindness and hospitality.

If you want to eat out the town has lots of fun restaurants and pubs. Within a short drive there are many interesting towns to discover in the NC low country. The neighborhood pool is a quick walk from the condo. The pool is extraordinary with walk in access. Mary our host was delightful. She kept me pleasantly informed. When my parents had an issue Mary was quick to help and even stopped by the condo to ensure all was well. If you haven't been to this area it is delightful for all kinds of outdoor activities and this condo is the place to stay. You'll feel as if you are welcomed home. There are three comfortable beds and 2 large bathrooms. The condo is beautifully decorated throughout. It is a very nice place to stay!

We enjoyed how relaxing abs clean the whole place was. It is on the third floor so the elevator is a huge plus, unfortunately it stopped working on our last day.

This was our best vacation so far and a lot of it was because we didn't have to worry about lodging! The place was super clean and the owner was most accommodating. I will stay here again on every visit!

Very clean and big enough to relax in. Owner check on us before we arrived that day and checked on us before we left that morning. Great location and very quiet.

Best vacation rental!
What a great experience. I’ve stayed in over a dozen rental by owner places from different companies, all of which were fine but this experience was exceptional. The communication from the owner is just enough, she makes sure you have the information you need and is very responsive to any questions. The accommodations were absolutely lovely, with lots of nice extra amenities that I’ve never gotten in any other home. It was VERY clean (and that’s a big thing for me). The outside patio was a great place to relax and the pool, although I didn’t get to spend as much time there as I would have liked, was really nice and large. You can’t go wrong with this property!

What a wonderful place to stay with my parents and my husband. Very neat and tidy and exactly what we needed to have family time with my college daughter.

AWESOME IN GREENVILLE!!
This property is comfy, calming and a perfect place to stay. The décor is beautiful (Mary, you must be an interior designer). The location is close to downtown Greenville, but in a very quiet neighborhood. Mary sent me a text to make sure that everything was okay when we arrived. If I go to Greenville, this would be my first choice of places to stay. Thank you Mary for making your property so inviting.

This property is everything and more than the description on VRBO. The atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable. The décor was beautiful. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient to downtown Greenville and very quiet. Mary contacted me to make sure that everything in the condo was okay. I would highly recommend this property and will request it again if I return to Greenville. Thank you, Mary, for giving us a great place to stay.
