Appartamento attico splendidamente restaurato al quarto piano di un edificio in stile parigino con solo 8 appartamenti. Posizione fantastica per vedere Buenos Aires. L'appartamento è stato restaurato nell'arco di 9 mesi per recuperare il grande soggiorno agli inizi del 1900. Nessuna spesa è stata risparmiata per ricreare la ricca sensazione con il legno importato, pur modernizzando la cucina e i bagni. Servizio di pulizia settimanale incluso.

we loved our stay in the beautiful, centrally located apartment. dave and miguel were readily available and helped us with everything from using the keys to accessing the building’s trash. the linens were lovely. we’d return in a heartbeat.

Great location. We rented for nearly 3 weeks, while we flew in and out of areas of Argentina. Property has a ton of character with wood floors, doors, trim, all in great shape. Highly recommended. Any challenges were quickly dealt with by the property manager.

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks, and had an impeccable stay. It is on the 4th floor or a nice building with elevator. The apartment is very central, walking distance to almost everything, and in a very good neighborhood. It is close to Ave Santa Fe, so it is not quiet, if this is what you are looking for. The owner as well as local agent are great to work with and very responsive. The apartment is very well equipped with all you need, stable internet that allows working from there also (whereas the apt. is not set up with a desk or table to work from). Bedroom is to the courtyard and there was no noise. Owner left book with great recommendations for BA. If you want to visit BA for vacation, this is a great place to stay.

The owner and local host were beyond wonderful in helping us navigate all aspects of our trip! We can't thank them enough!! The property is lovely and a great location to see all of the different areas of the city via public transportation or walking.

Gracious and genteel host. GREAT COMMUNICATION! Professional - always available by a text away- House Manager. Essential House Book provided. Fresh flowers everyhwere upon our arrival. We stayed for a whole MONTH in this 109 yr old building in Barrio Norte with lovely quiet polite neighbors. Great Internet WIFI, Fully equipped kitchen and for us- a brand new electric water kettle, GREAT new QUEEN mattress and box spring with lovely sheets and chic hotel styling duvet and pillow cases. Thick bath towels. Tastefully appointed with newly upholstered gray sitting arm chairs and super comfy linen sofa cover and pillows. Ample space for work zones we needed. DEFINATELY very close to public transport options if you want, easy uber/taxi area, Pharmacy, groceries, hospital, Alto Palermo Mall, (3rd level Hair salon), shops abound. Easy walking distance to Palermo Soho and Recoleta. Don't miss LA AGUADA (casual northern regional cuisine) downstairs , two doors down on the lef AND Cafe TILO very nearby! Felt like our very own pied-à-terre.

Dave was an amazing host and went the extra mile at every opportunity to guarantee a smooth visit on my first trip to Buenos Aires.
The apartment was ideal and had everything I needed and more.

Lovely place
Dave had a cab driver waiting for me at the airport, which made things easy for me. Miguel met me at the house and walked me through the place. The place is charming. There was everything you needed. It was clean and the wifi was fast and dependable. Restaurants and supermarkets are all within walking distance of the place. Good experience. I'd do it again.

Perfect stay in buenos aires
The communication with the owner prior to our trip was great.We got good info about the place and the city.The apartment is great and pleasant.The only reason we did not give it 5stars is that most of the pots and pans were not very clean

The property was as described and as pictured in the photographs but was bigger and more charming than we had anticipated. We thoroughly enjoyed our ten nights in this apartment. It is in an excellent location close to bus and subway stops, shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Walking distance to Recoleta Cemetery, Jardin de Japones, as well as other parks in that same area. The apartment had a well stocked kitchen with all that we needed in order to prepare some of our meals. Shower worked well for us throughout our stay as did the washing machine. Dave was so easy to deal with and was readily available by email if we had a reason to contact him. He has a terrific House Book with all kinds of useful infromation about the city and its sights as well as lots of dining out suggestions. His team of Miguel and Hector made our arrival and departure easy. We loved our ten day stay in Buenos Aires and think that having the apartment made it feel like we were home! Absolutely will be recommending this aprtment and Dave to friends and family and would stay there again should we travel back to Buenos Aires some day.

Outstanding apartment!!
Lots of old world charm as well as the best of modern amenities! Dave was so helpful, and Miguel met us at the door when we arrived to show us around. The House Book was indispensable, with hints about transportation, money exchange, local restaurants and pubs. We will definitely be returning!! Loved it.

The apartment is located in a moderately busy street in Palermo. Miguel acts as backup if you need anything or there are any problems. Dave is a very helpful host who responses quickly to messages and provides excellent information both about the apartment and local facilities.
The apartment is very spacious and charming in an old world way. It has all the basic facilities required. It is in a city centre and does not have modern window fittings so there is some city noise but caused us no problem.
We particularly appreciated the space and the overall quality of the apartment.
Dave arranged for taxi driver Hector to collect us from BA Airport. He was very efficient and took us directly to the apartment.

Just book it!
Can’t say enough about Dave’s apartment and its location. The photos don’t do it justice! It was been a perfect place for us, walking everywhere. Restaurant favorites so far have included Proper (I think my number one), Toro 777, Anafe for Sunday brunch (killer.) going to Roux tonight. Na Serapia our favorite for empanadas so far. Unfortunately LaAgua is on vacation and closed. Will give us another reason to come back! Communication was easy and great. Thanks again!

Great stay in Buenos Aires
We loved our “home” base in BA for our second visit to the city. David made it so easy to slip into life there. The most comprehensive House Book took care of all the details. The only issue we had with the internet connection has been updated. The recommended laundry, coffee houses, take-out ideas, and booked transport from EZE helped us jump start our five-day stay. Miguel was excellent getting everything organized inside the apartment. Don’t miss the street art free ($10) walking tour in Palermo Soho. Or the longer Graffitimundo tour. For rainy days, we enjoyed the Museo Arte Moderne and San Telmo market. We also took the ferry to Colonia Uruguay - would only recommend if you’ve experienced everything else BA has to offer. Will mention there are stairs to negotiate to the kitchen and bathroom.

Amazing apartment!
I am an Argentinian living in the US. This apartment was the perfect one for me and my family when visiting our country. The location is perfect (not Recoleta as advertised, actually Palermo), near public transport and walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shopping mall and ant kind of shops. The building is a super quiet one, and the few neighboors we met were really nice with us. The apartment is super quiet, no noises from street or from neighbors, and you will find everything you will need to cook or have a breakfast. The internet was not working properly in the beginning but Miguel was super responsive and diligent to solve it. Even dough he was capable to find someone to come to fix it on January 1st!!!
My only concern is the water heater, it doesn’t work properly and thet was frustrating. Impossible to have a good shower. Too hot or cold are the options if its working... if not working (most of the time) the only option is cold water, wich wasn’t a big deal because we were on Summer.
I would rent it again if needed, I really love it!!!

Gorgeous!beautiful comfortable &v clean.
This luxury apartment is in a beautiful part of BA. It spacious, elegant, comfortable with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. It was a joy to come home to after a day or night on the town! It is spotlessly clean and as lively as it looks in the photos. I have in fact recommended it to friends who also loved it

Wonderful apartment in a great area!
My son, husband and I recently stayed at 1832 Billinghurst and it was wonderful. The apartment is clean, spacious, in a great location and exactly as advertised. Dave was incredibly responsive and accommodating going above and beyond expectations. The people who worked with him, Miguel and Hector, were also very nice. I highly recommend this apartment!

Great space in a great location
This is a terrific apartment in a location that is a walkable distance from MALBA, the Japanese Garden and the subway, which puts Palermo, Recoleta, Teatro Colon and other BA sites within easy access. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems. We were also confident that should we have had an issue Dave, the owner, and/or Miguel would have taken care of things promptly. Dave provided excellent information about the apartment and was quick to respond to questions. Miguel explained how everything worked and helped us to quickly get settled in. I would definitely rent this apartment again if/when we return to Buenos Aires.

Beautiful Apartment in a great location in Buenos Aires
We absolutely loved our stay in Buenos Aires, and could not have chosen a nicer place to stay. We stayed here for 7 nights in early July, 2017. The historic top-floor apartment is nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable with adequate pillows and blankets. We loved the classic styling of the apartment (and the awesome elevator)! It was more than enough space for two of us. The owner, Dave, provided fast email responses to questions, and provided lots of useful information about the apartment and the city. The local apartment manager was Miguel. Miguel was very helpful during check-in and departure, and was also very helpful in arranging transportation for us when we departed for the airport. The apartment is a few steps off Av. Sante Fe, with quick access to two subway stops. It is walking distance to numerous restaurants, cafes, museums, theatres, grocery stores, and shops. Our favorite restaurants were La Choza in Palermo and La Aguada right next door (best Empanadas in the city). We walked or took the subway everywhere, and only needed a cab when it was raining. You really do not need (or want) a car here.
We loved our stay in the apartment, and would rent it again if we have the opportunity to return to Buenos Aires.

Neighborhood Gem
We throughly enjoyed the accommodations and location of the apartment! It was the perfect blend of residential, commercial, & a local experience. We appreciated putting our feet up after a long day of exploring, & liked that we could eat local, by just meandering to a few restaurants nearby. Loved that the subway was so close! Very convenient.
In addition, David was extremely helpful in providing tips on the city, arranging transportation and always quick to respond. Miguel, the property manager, was also wonderful! (Our driver Hector, also was great - prompt & reliable & a Safe Driver!)
