No funciona la Piscina y en el desayuno cobran x huevos que no sea el único servido entre lo expuesto!!

O hotel é perfeito! Desde a nossa chegada até a saída os funcionários foram super simpáticos, prestativos e aquém da sua função. Voltaria mil vezes! Café da manhã é incrível com muitas opções e tudo muito fresco

The location of the property in the Recoleta District was perfect. We stayed in Room 601 - A suite Deluxe. It was clean, spacious and comfortable.

UPCHARGES: Coffee pods: We have traveled the world. This is a first! We have never had to pay extra for a cup of coffee made in our room. The amenities include a coffee maker, coffee pods, and coffee cups. If you use the coffee maker, make coffee IN YOUR ROOM. You are charged a fee for the coffee pod. An employee comes by daily, counts the coffee pods you use, and charges them to your bill. Breakfast Upcharge A basic breakfast selection is provided: fruits, pastries, coffee, tea, juices, toast, scrambled eggs, and bacon. An Omelette, eggs over easy, or waffles is an extra charge. We have never experienced this type of service. Early/Late Check-In There is a fee to request early check-in. The website offers this option. We checked the box requesting early check-in with the fee. We arrived at the hotel at 12:00 p.m. Early check-in was not available. The box we checked was only a REQUEST, not a guarantee. The guest would have received early check-in if this hotel was Marriott, Hilton, or another well-known brand. This hotel is pretending to compete with well-known hotel brands and fails miserably.

Great location within easy walking distance of many tourist destinations. It was great having a pool to cool off after a day of sightseeing and quiet rooms to get a good nights rest.

The bed required a mattress cover to protect the mattress and to provide a better level of comfort.

Um absurdo o que ocorreu com os elevadores Os 2 elevadores existentes pararam de funcionar ao mesmo tempo. Tive que subir 7 andares.
