The process to book was effortless. Staff also very friendly.

Location is nearby with shop lots.
1. Bed is not comfortable and old.
2. Door can't double lock from the inside all are broken. Feels insecure and can't sleep the whole night worrying about break-ins.
3. No toilet paper.
4. Got cobwebs around the room.
5. Towels are dirty and old.
6. Got major cracks in toilet doors and tiles broken in the door area which are dangerous for cuts if not careful.
7. Water pressure too low.
8. Give one towel to 2 guests in a room.
9. TV and WiFi are not working at all.
10. No toilet mat is provided.

Given one towel for 2 guests in a room. TV and WiFi not working at all. Bedsheet looks very old. Door knob for room 214 badly needs replacement. OYO Rooms, please do an audit or spot check for this hotel. There are many issues you can find that needs improvements.
