My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed our stay at this modern, centrally located condo in downtown Asheville. The management company was most responsive to our needs. Condo is well equipped and cozy.

The property was very close to the city center. It was clean, comfortable & safe as you used a code for entering the garage, lobby & the unit. Coffee, creamer & other necessary supplies were provided & appreciated.

Clean, roomy and a covered parking spot made this rental perfect for our group. We had multiple cars and parking garage was in walking distance. Great location for exploring all parts of Asheville.

The apartment was great for us! Within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do and the inside parking was excellent.

We loved everything about our stay. We walked to everything except for a short drive to the Grove Park Inn for a day visit and meal.
We especially appreciate the private and secure parking garage included with our stay. We visit Asheville often and hope to stay again in the future.

This property was the most clean and convenient place we have ever stayed. It was an easy walk to restaurants and stores. Very short drive to the Biltmore too. I would definitely book this property again. Usually when you go somewhere, the family room furniture is not comfortable. All the furniture was top quality. Slept like a baby.

Really good experience overall! The location is in the heart of downtown Asheville and we were able to walk to the restaurants and breweries in the area. The room was immaculate!

New, clean, well equipped, spacious. Nice appliances, comfortable furniture. A short walk to downtown Asheville and a short drive to Biltmore estate. Some regular sized pillows would’ve been nice, as the bed pillows were more like bolsters, but that’s a minor gripe; it was a perfect place for two couples.

Very comfortable and clean. Dealt with a problem related to access to their garage quickly and efficiently providing parking at a next door parking lot.

The apartment and building are newer construction and are well appointed. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and had wonderful appliances.
The only issues we had were noise and conditions of the neighborhood. On Weds. morning, there appeared to be a continuous trash container swap going on in the parking lot behind the building. From 5am-10am, multiple trash trucks dropped and picked up trash containers with much beeping and banging.
Another day, 20-minute attempt to enjoy the balcony during the evening was ruined by two individuals urinating in public on properties next door (one south of building, one north of building).
The surrounding neighborhood did not appear to be safe, and the basement parking garage was closed for repairs during our stay.

The condo was very clean and well supplied. The location was near major roadways and a bus station so we could hear a lot of traffic noise. The parking garage was allegedly out of order and closed the entire 3 days we were there although we saw other cars entering; we had to park next door in a business parking lot in a somewhat rundown part of town.

This condo was perfectly located. Just a few blocks to all the downtown locations. Short drive to Biltmore and River Arts District. Literally less than a block from 2 different breweries. Everything felt like it was a short 10-15 minute walk if that.
Also if you have a Tesla, there are super chargers extremely close by at the outlet malls (about 7-10 minute drive), and there is free charging for EVs at New Belgium brewery near River Arts District..

Good Stay
Nice clean condo with minimal decor. The beds were super comfortable. However, the sofa and chairs were hard and uncomfortable. There were no extras in the kitchen such as spices, tea bags, etc. We had an issue getting in the garage because we did not have the correct code. Luckily, someone else was going in and he shared his code and we were able to park. There was never anyone in the lobby to answer any questions. We had no issue with the bus station across the street or with any homeless people. It was within walking distance of downtown if you had the ability to walk for several blocks. Also, the balcony was nice, with comfortable seating and nice sunsets.

The kitchen could use some more essentials such as another cookie sheet and better cookware. Also there wasn’t any cleaning supplies to clean up after using the kitchen. I found the lighting was lacking in all rooms.

Clean, spacious, well-equipped condo at excellent location
Very clean, new top-end appliances, thoughtful amenities (lots of towels, pillows, etc), stupendous location smack downtown in walking distance to so much. There were occasional strung-out stragglers on the street, which was sad but not bothersome. This condo faces the back so we didn't get the noise from the bus depot. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Long Weekend in Asheville
The condo itself is very clean with nice towels and linens. We did not cook so I can't comment on the kitchen appliances and what was there if you were cooking a meal, but it was a pretty kitchen. I could not get the ice maker to work. This unit is on the back side of the building, away from the bus station so we didn't hear a lot from the busses, but we did hear the homeless as they tend to congregate on the lot behind and next to his building. We did not feel unsafe, but there are a lot of homeless in the area. This building was very convenient to all of the breweries and restaurants. We would stay here again. The beds were very comfortable.
