It was just minutes from downtown but also far enough off the road that sleep was peaceful.

Crowds, but apparently most of the Midwest is on Spring Break so there was little to be done.

Front desk staff was awesome! We enjoyed being greeted by Rob when we came back to the hotel each evening. He was wonderful and gave us some great restaurant recommendations! Loved that our large room was refreshed each day - hard to find in this post-Covid world! Since the elevator was a bit slow, we took the stairs exclusively during our stay. They were brightly lit and CLEAN - no scrapes or scuffs on the walls. The whole property seemed very well cared for. Breakfast was good with a bit of variety each day of our 7 night stay. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and well stocked. We used the laundry facilities and found them to be clean and in good working order!

Would have loved a muffin or pastry in addition to the bread/bagel selection for breakfast. The location of the hotel wasn’t super walkable, but it was convenient to the Parkway, downtown, and several restaurants. The room could have used a few additional pieces of artwork and some updated lampshades (room #315).

Chambre tres confortable, avec tout le necessaire. Tout etait pret et propre. La chambre etait silencieuse, malgre que nous etions cote route. Il y a un restaurant Carraba's Grill accessible a pied.

Le petit dejeuner etait bien mais pas fou. On va dire que le minimum etait la. Pour acceder au restaurant a pied, un escalier pour les pietons serait le bienvenue.

Property was well taken care of. Staff friendly. Nice room (a little cramped for a suite.) Breakfast area very nice.

I think the website gives the impression that the property is much closer to down town. I had expected to be able to walk to the downtown area where the restaurants and other places of interest were located.

Very comfortable bed. Room was very spacious and clean. Quiet room at end of hall on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Asheville area.

Hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly.

Everything looks and feels fairly new. Spotless, so clean. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Kitchenette with sink and an ample desk with integrated power strip and comfortable office chair if you need to do some remote work. Indoor pool is open from early morning to late night. Fitness room is well equipped for a hotel, with new equipment including 2 treadmills and 2 ellipticals, a decent set of dumbbells with a robust bench, exercise ball and foam roller. And it's also open until late at night. Nice courtyard with tables and chairs to relax on. Consistent AC maintains an even temperature. Perfect location, lots of restaurants nearby.

Sofa bed was to be big enough for 2 to sleep. But it wasn’t really a sofa bed. It had a pull-out single bed but not an expected quay size sofa bed.

They had a great breakfast every morning and the pool was fun! Great location for family fun and shopping.

Bed was stiff at first but after a few days it was very comfortable.

The guy front desk employee was extremely sarcastic, and not helpful at all. The elevator was broken, an old man had to walk down the stairs with a walker, and we had to help an old couple carry down there bags. There is not enough parking close to the building you have to park down in the restraint parking lot next door and park. House keeping would take the towels but not replace with new ones….

The elevator was out of service the ENTIRE atone. Breakfast was very underwhelming.
