This was our first time staying in a VRBO and it did not disappoint. The condo was exceptionally well kept. The bed was very comfortable and that is rarely the case. The property was older but very well maintained and the staff was excellent. Owner was very accessible and responded to everything promptly. Property was very quiet and away from the crowd. We look forward to staying here again soon.

We had a wonderful time in Pensacola Beach. There were a lot of things to do and places to see. We enjoyed staying in the condo. It was beautiful and the views were amazing! We will be back!

It started off with great clear communications from the hosts about check-in, access codes, etc The unit was spotless and had everything you could need. The view is breath taking and I can understand why it is rated 10 out 10. We were a little skeptical going in about all the 10’s but add us to the list of those rating it a 10.

Everything what you need for a great vacation spot. Nice, quiet, spacious condo with the ocean just steps away. Well equipped condo no complaints at all. My husband and I had a wonderful time. We would like to thank our hosts for letting us stay in their home.

We had a great stay at this condo, as soon as we got there we noticed the cleanliness of the space, everything was well kept and we enjoyed the convenience of having all of the available amenities. The owners were really accommodating and nice. But what stood out the most was the fact that we could hear the sound of the waves and had the most beautiful view of the ocean by just stepping out on the balcony. We had the most wonderful and relaxing vacation and we are planning to visit again.

We are locals from Valparaiso, Fl. and decided to make a weekend of the homecoming show. The condo was a perfect place to be. We enjoyed having morning coffee overlooking the view and sounds of the Gulf. It was so convenient to all the attractions and restaurants.

Great stay! My only complaint was that someone put something smelly in the trash shoot but it was cleaned within a day and had nothing to do with our condo. Our condo was wonderful, great views, nice pool and beach and super friendly neighbors!

This condo was extremely clean and the owners very friendly. Overall, we had the BEST few days away. It was my birthday weekend, so it was a wonderful present for sure! While everything was great with the condo itself, there were a couple of building issues that came up. When we arrived, the bldg was already down to 1 elevator. Then Sat morning, both were broken, so we had to hoof it up and down 7 flights of stairs with beach stuff for a whole day. The 1 elevator was fixed on Sun, so we were good to go. On Mon, a maint man basically intruded his way into the condo. Thankfully we were up as it was 9ish in the morning. He was changing out the number plate and peep whole. He knocked and then immediately started to unlock the door without our acknowledgment. Other than that, it was a lovely stay and we plan on rebooking in the future!

Great place for a couple to unwind and relax for a few days. Great views of the Gulf. Very clean, comfortable, and as advertised. Great location as it is not in the busy area of Pensacola Beach, but easy and quick to get there. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for hosting us!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was extremely clean, bed was amazingly comfortable and A/C was comfortable and cool! Definitely a place we would stay at again!

My wife and I spent a week at this property and we cannot say enough great things about it. It was incredibly clean and comfortable and has a great view of the ocean. We saw dolphins and sting rays every morning from the balcony! We were amazed at how quiet the beach was. I hope to stay here again when we return to Pensacola

Updated furnishings, great view, nice property. Exposed surfaces, bathroom fixtures were clean. Had to spend some time cleaning internal surfaces (drawers, refrigerator, washing machine)

Unit was great. Common areas and ongoing renovations detracted from the Regency as a whole. Owner had GREAT communication! Would recommend the unit based on Ms Pat and Mr Gary.

We loved at our stay! The view was perfect, the condo was well appointed with everything we could need, and the beds (king and sofa bed) were comfortable. Communication about check in was timely and specific- a huge plus. The condo was perfect for our family of four and we are looking forward to staying here again!

Due to construction, we were unable to use balcony but owners were extremely accommodating. Property was very clean, all amenities functional, and view is outstanding. Communication was prompt. Would love to stay again.

This was our second time staying here. The bed is super comfortable, views of ocean are spectacular, unit has everything needed! Steps from the beach , 5-10 min drive to all restaurants. The owners were super communicative, would like to stay here again for the third time!
