We loved our stay! Easiest access ever, privacy without dealing with a big high rise and on one of the longest stretches of beach. The check in process was seamless and the bedrooms were super spacious. They have an ice machine too which might have been reason to stay alone!!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was great really enjoyed being poolside with everyone. Short walk to beach. The master bedroom upstairs needs a little step ladder for us older people! Lol but beds comfy all around differently would stay again.

We had a wonderful vacation, our kids got to spend time with extended family. The pool was great for small children and also being allowed to have access to beach across the street was so helpful with having small children. Would stay again

This was our first stay in a house at the beach. We normally stay in condos. This was wonderful! Our own pool!! No elevators to deal with! The beach was not crowded at all. Kate and Mark were great hosts. Every issue was addressed promptly! They live across street and made us feel at home and welcome! We will be back!

Our stay was nice, owners were tentative to needs and responded right away. House was as pictured and nice! Maintenance/pool people came and knocked on door and introduced selves during our stay so we knew who was walking/working around house at the time.

This last minute booking to a place we have never been turned out better than expected! Place was very clean with the best of both worlds with a beautiful pool in the back yard and easy access to the beach right across the street. We spent most days in our bathing suits all day hitting the beach in the morning before it got too hot, then eating lunch on our nice front deck with a view of the ocean, and hanging out in the pool in the afternoon. We often took a night swim after dinner as well. The fully fenced in back yard with large grass filled area was a bonus for my friends seeing eye dog Lulu. And the easy access off the main floor bedroom was ideal for my friend who is blind to be able to navigate this new environment independently. Each bedroom is very large with its own large bathroom making us feel we had our own suites within the house. We loved the pantry and the ICE MACHINE!! We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen seemed to have all the things you would need for making meals (we just didn’t want to work that hard!) We did have neighbors on the other side of the duplex but we found them to be wonderful with very well behaved and sweet kids. We enjoyed getting to know them and appreciated their kindness to us and especially to Lulu. Beds were very comfortable and check in/check out and access into the unit were all easy and accessible to my friend who is blind (some hosts don’t think about that when selecting their door entry solution). Hosts were great!!

This house was even better than the pictures! We can't wait to go back! The house was very clean and was exactly as portrayed in the pictures and description. The beds were so comfortable. The amazing pool with "shallow table" was perfect for the adults and kids! We also enjoyed the path that took us right to the beach.

Beautiful house! Just a quick walk across to the beach. Balconies to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Clean house with ample room and beds. The ice machine was a plus being in the beach! The pool was spacious and clean. Will be fine if back in the future for sure!

This property is very clean and spacious. We had more than enough room for my family of 3. The pool was just the right size for swimming laps and water games. This was my second stay here.

Close to food and stores, but far enough away from the large condos. Beach was clean and not crowded. Owner was friendly and checked several times to see if we had any issues.

From the vague description of the house (duplex), to the lack cleanliness of the entire property, I was not impressed. I overlooked it all because it was a dog friendly place. I received a complaint for the property manager that dogs were not allowed in the pool because the found dog hair in the filter. The pool was dirty when we arrived. I personally found bags of chips and garbage floating in the pool, again overlooking these things based on being dog friendly. Even after the pool filter was supposed checked, the pool was still dirty. I was disappointed because the reviews were very promising when we were searching for properties in Gulf Shores. Definitely would not recommend

Had a great time, the beach house was perfect and the location was excellent. We had no major issues and the property manager responded as soon as she received a text from me, we will definitely be back at the same location!!!

Great house that can easily sleep 12 (more with sleeper sofa or air mattress), it's across the street from the beach but has a beautiful backyard and pool. Loved our stay and will be back!

We stayed at Sea Note Sept 4th-9th. The house slept a party of 11 very conformably. It sits just across the street from a row of houses. The house directly across is a 1 level beach house that gives this house a great view to see over. A big in-ground pool with a spot of littles to enjoy. Big plus to this place was the ice maker! They also offer some pool/beach supplies. Has 2 showers on the street level to get sand off. The manager that greets you or occasionally stops in is awesome. He’s very knowledgeable of the area and knows the best places to eat. We liked the place so much we asked to stay another night and it was available. (We did however change our plans for another adventure to New Orleans) we would totally book this place again. So the Pros: Location, View, Beach Access, Pool, Spacious, ICE MAKER, washer&dryer, 3 bathrooms and the communication with the house manager & owners. Only negative is needs more linen towels. I’m sure this could of been fixed with a quick message but we survived. I did have 1 suggestion, to add a clothes line of some sort on the street level to hang towels and other beach items. Thank you for being such great hosts and having us stay.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property for my friends bachelorette weekend. It was very convenient, clean and accommodating. The housekeeper met us for check in and brought us a key lime pie and lots of recommendations. Would stay again

We were very impressed with this property. It was in a beautiful area and the pool was surrounded by a privacy fence and it was amazing. We used it nearly every day. The manager brought us a key lime pie our first day there and ended up coming back to fix something that wasnt working for us so the customer service aspect was great! I also love that the code is specific for each tenant. This felt like a very safe place to stay. The walk to the beach was also like three minutes, which was fantastic!

Really nice house, love the fact it has 3 bathrooms and 3 good size bedrooms. It's in a great location. We absolutely loved the pool. You can visibly see from nearby houses it has the nicest pool of all the properties. Also the ice freezer was very well thought out to have. Overall the house was clean and seems like the owner cares a lot about it. The manager of the property was extremely friendly and helpful. He even brought us a pie. He is a true gem. We have never had that kind of greeting or communication on a rental property. The only cons I would say is that you have to cut through one of the bedrooms to go out to the pool unless you go out the front door and through the car port. Also we were left only 2 trash bags and no extra toilet paper other than what was left on the roll from previously. So when you have a house with 4 kids and 4 adults make sure to bring extra. Especially for a week. Aside from that we enjoyed out stay and would consider renting again.

We had a great experience before, during and after our stay. This property is close to everything without being in a congested area. The pool was amazing and beach access only a few feet away. Kate and her property manager Metri we’re both responsive and helped us with any questions we had before and during our stay. Oh, and the key lime pie in the fridge when we got there was an added bonus.

We had a fabulous week in the house. Rooms were spacious and it was perfect for two families-plenty of privacy in bedrooms/bathrooms and enough shared space to gather. The backyard, pool and covered seating area were fantastic. While other teammate families complained about crowded pools and beaches during the busiest time of year in Gulf Shores, we had no complaints! Would stay again and recommend without hesitation!
