The house is great and the property owner was very nice and responsive. The pictures of the bathrooms are slightly off because the master has a double sink and separate large shower so it’s even better than pictured but no jacuzzi tub. The master does not have curtains in the top of the window in the bedroom so it’s very bright in the morning when the sun comes up, which was the only draw back. Otherwise great stay and would return.

We had a wonderful stay on this property!! Plenty of space for 4 kids and 4 adults. It was clean, tons of space for sleeping and playing, and an excellent location close to everything!! We went to Hobo mini golf, Loon to ride the gondola and explore the caves, to Cascade Park to play in the Pemi river, the Pemi arcade, enjoyed the indoor pool on property, and took a trip to Santa’s village (just under an hour). We had a great time and the hosts were responsive when questions arose. Thanks for a great stay!

Great property! It is our second time staying there and is the nicest property we have stayed at in Lincoln. Perfect location for all that the Lincoln area has to offer. Very comfortable for our family of 7 adults and one infant. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens - including pool/river towels. Clean and welcoming~!

The house is beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for our two families to stay for the week with plenty of room the spread out. The kids enjoyed rollerblading, playing pickleball, basketball and swimming in the clean indoor and outdoor pools. We had an issue with the refrigerator and within a few minutes of reporting this to the owners we received a phone call and a service request was put in. The fridge was fixed that afternoon and we continued to receive communication from the property managers. We would definitely love to rent this townhouse again next summer.

This was a perfect spot for our family reunion. We had plenty of room to enjoy meals and games for all ages. The unit was fully stocked with linens and paper products and Price Chopper was easily accessible for what we needed for meals. We had 4 families spread out over 5 units in this neighborhood and we all had plenty to do. Between the clubhouse and local activities we were as busy or as relaxed as we chose to be. Loon Mountain gondola and other outdoor adventures were perfect also for all ages. Speaking outside this neighborhood, the Common Man restaurant was great but I think we would pass on Gordi’s Fish & Steakhouse next time. Our Host was terrific - easy to stay in contact with for sure. Would highly recommend for year round enjoyment.

The house was nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed. We literally had a fight over who got the master bedroom because it was just amazing! I believe it had a brand new shower and it was gorgeous. The water pressure on the fridge was tremendously fast, which made the water drinkers very happy. all in all, it was a very comfortable home to spend a weekend!

This was a great property for three families for a siblings/cousins ski weekend. There was enough space (and bathrooms) for each family and everyone had a bed. The property is clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the basic necessities. Of note, there was not a grill when we were there, although it is in the listing and pictures (not a problem, we had other plans). The owners were extremely responsive to any questions over messaging and even called me to make sure one concern was addressed and resolved. The property is a very short drive to the mountain...but, it appears there is a shuttle bus to the properties that we might be accessible, as well. Overall, a wonderful weekend and we would certainly stay here again.

This house is great! Plenty of room for 3 couples to stay with room to spare. The owner was great communicating prior to our visit and everything needed for our arrival (parking, security, heat) was well communicated. House was very clean upon arrival and bath towels were left in all bedrooms so we didn’t have to search around for any. Having the washer & dryer on 2nd floor (close to 3 bedrooms) was perfect so we didn’t have to go up/down any stairs with laundry. The lower level was an amazing space with its own full bath, bedroom and large living area/tv room. We also loved the separate small garage area where we could leave skis as well as the easy 5 min walk to the sports club to enjoy the pool & hot tub. Overall a 5/5 for the entire experience. We will be back!!

Spent a long weekend here with 3 families. Condo was super clean, with plenty of space for everyone! Kids ages ranged from 2-11 and they enjoyed the lower level space. Close to the mountain, sports club and ice castles. The shuttle to mountain was perfect and check in was super easy. Would definitely return!

This was our second stay here and loved it both times! The house is very well equipped with everything you need for a stay. Super comfortable beds too! The master suite is very comfortable. There is more than enough space in the house that everyone can spread out. The two living rooms are great! The whole house is decorated very nicely and makes you feel at home in the White Mountains. Lincoln is a great home base for a ski trip to various mountains (Loon, Cannon, Waterville and Bretton Woods). The shuttle to Loon couldn’t be more convenient and the garage outfitted as a ski storage area is awesome and keeps the house clean and uncluttered. You won’t be disappointed with this rental!

One of the best property I have ever stayed. Kathy is a superhost. She was always available over text to resolve any issue. She was very polite as well. We spent 3 nights there and couldn't complain for anything. Property location is excellent and it is very well maintained. Definitely recommended 👌

We had a wonderful experience at this home! We had 4 adults and 4 kids and felt like we had PLENTY of room. There is a big basement area space for the kids to play while the adults hang out on the first floor. There were plenty of bathrooms, an open concept first floor, and great sleeping areas. We had all 4 kids share a room (there is a room with two sets of bunk beds on the second floor) which was perfect.
The location was great - we couldn’t walk to many places, but everything was a very short drive with the Common Man (great for families w kids!) right at the bottom of the complex.
I would definitely recommend this spot to others. It was clean, very easy check in, great space, big yard for the kids to run around, parking for 2 cars (one in the driveway and one literally just steps away across from the driveway), good location, and had everything we needed!!

We arrived a little after 4pm as instructed and we had to wait a half hour in tbe parking lot because the house was not reeady. One of the toilet seats was broke, over all cleaniness was very poor (bed skirting was stained, rugs looked dirty and kitchen floor under table had food on floor). A cleaning lady let herself inside the day before we were scheduled to check out because she was.confused about the checkout day. The rental itself is very nice but i would recommend a different cleaning company.

We had a great time. We love the three floor set up of the condo. The furniture was all great quality and comfortable. Forest Ridge is a great community for families with the pool, tennis courts, basketball net, and swings.

This place was perfect for our family! Everything we needed was there. We cooked our own meals because we all have allergies. The kids loved the pool. The older kids hung out in the family room and all of the rest hung out in the main level and watched movies. I have abilities no complaints!

We stayed at Cathy's house with our two sons (age 6 and 6 months) and our in-laws and had a great time! The house is beautiful and even nicer than in pictures. Cathy was responsive during our stay with any issues that arose. Though most of the house was very clean there were a few small issues upon our arrival (ex. coffee maker full of hardened grounds and dirty, hand soaps filled with water, etc) but nothing worthy of ruining our time. We enjoyed going to the Ice Castles nearby and loved using the pool with our kids. One thing I would point out is that hot water ran out really fast in the showers. Though there are ample bathrooms, we were unable to shower both of our kids in separate showers at the same time without running of hot water very quickly. Though we would have loved to use the jacuzzi tub, we did not out of fear our family members wouldn't have enough hot water to shower. Something to note, but again, not a deal breaker for us. The fireplace was cozy and we had plenty of space to hang out- we didn't even end up using the lowest level of the house. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home- we would definitely return!

Pictures don’t do it justice. Big place with nice amenities. Close drive to Loon or take shuttle bus that stops right out front (only drawback is shuttle only runs on weekends during ski season).

The property is very clean, very warm feeling inside. The three levels make for quiet sections and gives privacy if needed and kept children occupied in their own area. Very comfortable and furniture and bedding are first rate and appliances provided allowed us to make as many meals as we chose to do. If considering this is the one.

Cathy's townhouse was clean and inviting! Plenty of space for the 9 of us, including 3 young grandgirls. We returned to the comfortable townhouse after busy days at Santa's Village and the Polar Express. Cathy was very responsive with any inquiries. We would definitely return!

This condo was a beautifully appointed place for my group of lady friends to stay while we attended the NH Highland Games at Loon Mountain. It was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, had everything we needed and a fully stocked kitchen for us to prepare some amazing meals together. We want to stay in this particular condo again!

Condo was great. Everything in working order. Furniture nice and condo was decorated nicely. Comfortable for our large group of ten. Furniture clean. Selection of games in family room. Nice location in Lincoln. After a day of hiking or exploring, kids enjoyed the indoor, outdoor pools and jacuzzi. We also used the pickle ball courts and workout room. Would recommend.

This was a great home to stay at. It was very clean and comfortable. Only thing we were missing was extra wash rags and dish towels in the kitchen...we used paper towels because there was nothing except a sponge and after a couple days would stink and we only had 1 dish towel for the week to use.
Location was great, close to many hiking trails and places to go with the family.
