Royal Mauian # 212 LUXURY OCEANFRONT condominio al secondo piano (unità # 212) è a 30 piedi dall'oceano al centro del Royal Mauian Resort che consente di godere della vista panoramica a 180 gradi sull'oceano Pacifico. A pochi passi dal complesso del Royal Mauian ci sono due bellissime spiagge di sabbia bianca, Kamaole Beach Parks I e II. Wonderful unit in the best location near shopping and many food options, with awesome snorkeling right in front (turtles every day!), beautifully updated and appointed. The beds are very comfortable and we enjoyed every minute. Highly recommended!

We celebrated 20+ years in Hawaii and split our time between Oahu and Maui. This condo was perfect for our family in every way. Comfortable beds, clean and well maintained, and nicely updated. It had all the amenities we needed and more and was a great home base to explore Maui both in the car and on foot. The view is maybe the best view I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. The weather is consistently amazing, and the access to the 2 beaches on either side made things so easy. Great snorkeling right in front of the condo and we swam with sea turtles almost every day we went! We just arrived home and are already trying to figure out when we can go back! Thanks for a great rental and great communication.

The condo was exactly as described. I loved the security, as we received a new door code that activated that day. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the dishes, silverware, utensils, coffee pot etc... we needed, with nice appliances and beautiful countertops and cabinets.
The whole condo was nicely furnished and the beds and bedding very comfortable. I loved the zoned A/C with individual units/controls for both bedrooms and the livingroom. They kept it nice and cool, and we could shut off units when we weren't using those rooms.
The patio area was wonderful for morning coffee, and the view was amazing. Both the master bedroom and the livingroom had beautiful views of the ocean. I also liked there were chairs and umbrellas included, as well as beach towels. Access to both nearby beaches was very convenient, and only a short walk across the street to snorkle shops, shopping, and several restaurants.
Communication with Laura was excellent. And she was very nice and worked with me when we made a mistake with our reservation.
We would definitely stay here again!

We came to Maui to get married and enjoy our honeymoon. We chose this condo because of it's location and it was perfect!! The condo is located right on the ocean with a spectacular view from the lanai. It is situated between two beautiful beaches [Kam 1 and Kam 2]that are right off the condo property. Directly in front of the condo are reefs where you can go snorkeling. We saw turtles, all types of fish and beautiful coral while snorkeling there.Directly across the street from the condo are little shopping centers with restaurants,shopping and water sports rentals. The condo is nicely equipped with everything you'll need including a very comfortable kingsize bed. The owner is very responsive to any questions you might have. I highly recommend and am looking forward to when we can return.

We absolutely loved your place and seeing the ocean (and only the ocean!) from the bedroom and lanai. The location was second to none! I've never seen more turtles in my life. We'll be back!

The Royal Mauian is a great please to vacation in Maui.
Beach access and overall cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds is what brings us back each year.
We thoroughly enjoyed our sweet 212, well equipped and very comfortable. Our host has kept the Suite in perfect condition.
We especially enjoyed the roof top grill and seating area for a sunset view while we had dinner. Great location close to all amenities. We frequented Coconuts and Hawaiian Moons.

Great location in Kihei, walk-able to beaches, snorkeling, restaurants and food trucks. The unit was as advertised in well maintained building and roof top activity deck. Would rent this unit again.

This is it! Look no further. Our family of 4 had the best trip here. Gorgeous views, easy check-in, excellent dining options just across the street. Two beaches to choose from just steps from the condo. In fact, we booked a snorkel adventure (and while it was great), the snorkeling in front of the condo was just as good or BETTER. We saw sea turtles every day, colorful fish, and had a blast lounging on the beach. Coolers and chairs in the condo were a lifesaver, rented boogie boards across the street, and the full kitchen was amazing. We watched the sunset on the roof, ate breakfast on the lanai, and watched movies every night. The washer and dryer made the trip stress-free, and the shave ice and gelato across the street were enjoyed every night by the kids. You will not regret renting this place — we will be back! 🌺 Mahalo!

Having never stayed in south Kihei before, I was more than delighted with our accommodations. The condo was well equipped, well taken care of and very clean. With the ocean in view at all times, it was a time of pure relaxation and refreshment.

The condo was well stocked with full kitchen, beach chairs and towels and umbrellas, very nice to have these amenities!
AC in each room worked well and were needed. Location was great, so if you don’t have a car you can get groceries and have numerous dining options close by.
Rooftop grills and dining was a bonus too.
A good property and easy access to beaches.
Would love to come back to stay here! Great hosts!

This place is definitely that if you are looking for a great Kihei location. From relaxing on the lanai, sleeping on the comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen with large refrigerator, the condo is wonderful.
Walking distance to anything you need, beaches on both sides and turtles off the reef.

The location of the condo is perfect, between two of the best beaches in the area, both within a few steps. The condo was great and provided all the amenities necessary. Bed was extremely comfortable.

We had a great stay in this condo, it was conveniently located on the 2nd facing the ocean. The checkin process was super easy, the response time to questions was very prompt and overall had a great experience! We would definitely stay there again!

The condo and location were just perfect. This was our 5th trip to Kihei and this was by far the best condo we have stayed in. The condo was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful. The proximity to beaches and restaurants was great. Laura was wonderful to work with. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Do not hesitate - Book this property!!!
We are a family of 4 (2 adult sons aged 18 and 23). The condo was absolutely beautiful, and it looks exactly as the photos show! The size was perfect as our home-base - we were out and about exploring the island a lot of the time. The view is ahhh-mazing! It looks right out to the unobstructed ocean view, and you get beautiful sunsets every night. The 2nd floor location makes it convenient to use the stairs and there are wonderful breezes in the afternoon and evening. The condo is equipped with everything you need (including the kitchen), and the in-unit stacked washer and dryer are handy to have.
The hosts are quick to respond to any questions and are lovely about checking in (by email) and making sure you are enjoying your stay.
I have to highly recommend this rental - you will have a wonderful stay!

Wonderful relaxing vacation with our family of 4. Location was perfect and close to everything. Loved listening to the waves at night and waking up to see all the turtles. Condo was clean and up to date-beautiful!

The description of the property is very accurate and if anything does not do it full justice. The kitchen and bathroom updates make the stay much more enjoyable and anything you need to cook is in the kitchen. Air conditioning was great for warm afternoons and like you can chose which rooms and worked perfectly. The roof top grill area is a big bonus, not just with high quality grills, but the outdoor eating area at sunset is amazing. All that said, the location of the Royal Mauian is the best for our family. Kamole 1 & 2 beaches are nice deep beaches and the snorkeling in the reefs in front of the property has quite a few sea turtles and fish. Across the street, Auntie Snorkel rentals is small local owned business and super helpful. Couple of restaurants that we loved and by Maui standards more reasonable is Nalu, Ekolu1279 and Cafe Ole and if you splurge it’s Monkeypod in Wailea. Finally, Laura was excellent to communicate with and very responsive with any questions. Safe to say we would love to rent this unit again.

This unit was amazing. The views and location were spectacular. We were able to see the turtles right from the lanei and then go snorkeling right from the beach to see them up close. When coming back we will stay here.

Like previous reviews, the location and view can’t be beat. There is a huge difference in ocean view and ocean front. While it is nice to see the water, to hear the waves crashing just melts the stress away. The communication with the owners, the spacious, well appointed unit and the master bedroom on the ocean side was exactly what we needed on this trip.

We have been coming to Maui for more than 35 years and have rented all over the island, upcountry as well. The Royal Mauian truly is No Ka Oi...beyond compare. It's the best location. The best beaches and the best weather. This particular unit is beautifully decorated with a great view....sunsets, turtles and whales all can be seen from the lanai or root top deck.

Couldn't have asked for a better location, and a lovely property. We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. Saw lots of turtles off the rocky point, and enjoyed lovely sunrise and sunset beach walks. The view from the lanai can't be beat. Super convenient location with anything you need in easy walking distance.

My wife and I had an amazing time here in Maui for our honeymoon. You can’t beat the location in Kihei between two great beaches and within walking distance to several locations to eat and shop. I did some snorkeling right out in front of the condo and constantly saw a handful of turtles and fish on each time out. Personally, we rented equipment from across the street to have some nicer pairs of snorkels and fins. Overall, this unit was everything we could have hoped with all the amenities and details we could have wanted. The Royal Mauian is a great spot that is very meticulous in its upkeep and I know we’ll be returning here each time. AC was a big thing for me when looking at units and it worked great with nice and cool sleeping temperatures to enjoy after a long hot day. Now we’re looking forward to our next trip back!

This is such a great unit and owner. The location both in Kihei and within the Royal Mauian are perfect. A/C is a must and works SO well. Mirrors throughout bring all of the gorgeous views inside. Lanai dining is amazing. Property management company and owner are very responsive and great to work with. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking in the condo. Love that they even have a rice cooker. We absolutely love #212.

This is a good location for accessing many great beaches in South Maui. Comfortable beds, nice view on the lanai for early morning coffee and the roof of the complex has grilling with a view.

The condo is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. It is also ideally located close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed grilling dinner on the rooftop a couple nights to watch the spectacular sunset. We snorkeled at the beach adjacent to the condo and saw several turtles along with many colorful fish. Thank you for sharing your home. It made our vacation even more special.

We loved the spot right on the water, sunrise and sunset, cannot be beat! The place itself has all the amenities you could want, boogie board, buckets, great kitchen appliances, ice maker and water in fridge. Literally we checked out an open house while there with hopes for the future!

The view is amazing at all times of the day.
The location being steps away from Kam I and Kam II was perfect for our family with younger kids. The unit had enough beach chairs, towels, and sand toys for all four of us.
The unit itself was well outfitted for our week there.
Laura was very helpful and accomodating as well, a great host.
We were awestruck upon walking into the unit and sad upon saying goodbye. Given the opportunity, we'd certainly stay here again!

Just wow! The condo is fabulous. Everything you need is there. The location cannot be beat. So easy to walk directly onto the beach. The oceanfront unit has THE BEST view! Sunsets were spectacular right from the lanai. Great showers and plenty of places to hang towels. The host is easy to communicate with. I love the Hawaiian style of the unit, all quality touches throughout. I hope to return soon. Thank you for sharing your lovely Island home with us.
