The property is conveniently placed near the airport and attractions, as well as the beach. It was very clean upon arrival, plenty of beach supplies ready for our use, larger inside than the pictures even made it appear. The owner provided us extra info on additional attractions and restaurants to check out. Our stay was very nice.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Very clean and literally looks exactly like the pictures. You are right in the beach and the balcony was awesome. I had the contact the owner for the wifi password and he was always very responsive. Check in was super easy. The absolute only complaint I have is with Grand Atlantic. I wish they kept their pools cleaner. But I will definitely be booking this place again.

As advertised, good communication, everything went as planned. Nice unit with a great ocean view, nice pools, easy beach access. Unit very comfortable for relaxing, watching a movie, etc., and the balcony overlooking the ocean is a great place for morning coffee or an evening drink. Very enjoyable!

We loved the property both inside the condo and the resort itself. Great location for getting around and the beach was right there for us to enjoy. Multiple pools for the kids to use when the surf was rough.

Overall this is a great place to stay. I loved all the conveniences provided. Only needed to bring our beach towels. Umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, boogie boards all there. There were games to play with the kids, dish and hand soap provided. Along with toilet paper and paper towels. It was nice not having to pack or buy those items. Loved the blender/smoothie maker. We had frozen drinks almost every afternoon. Loved having a community ice machine, especially for all the frozen drinks. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes and glassware. Boys even enjoyed their frozen drinks in the margarita glasses.
Having the balcony was fantastic! Loved sitting there in the morning with my coffee watching the sunrise and listening to the ocean waves come in.
If you're early to bed, having kids in the pool until 11pm was a bit rough. They can be loud.
There was excess dust on many surfaces, I let the owner know, so it can be addressed.
Beds were comfortable, water pressure excellent in the bathrooms. Great having the washer/dryer in the unit. Parking on the same level as the unit was really convenient.
Overall, really satisfied with the unit. I would stay here again.

The condo was beautiful, clean and perfect for the 4 of us but would be good for 6 people if sharing the three beds. Beautiful ocean front view from the very large balcony. Awesome seating on the balcony. Would recommend to anyone.

This condo was beautiful inside but the parking was terrible…. The garage is so small and so hard to navigate around the tight turns along with very few parking spaces available…. Ended up only going places during the day and had to Uber in the evening or we wouldn’t be able to find a parking spot when we got back

Vacation...
This condo is so beautiful. No issues with anything in there. The owners are very responsive and it was seamless. The view is perfect! Coffee and a nightcap on the balcony watching the ocean roll in. One word of advise if you have a large truck/vehicle, the parking garage is tight! It's doable, but can get a little scary sometimes when parking bigger vehicles. Thank you again for a wonderful place to spend a week with my family.

Excellent Spot Excellent Stay.
We were in Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament and wanted a spot on the beach where we could relax with our down time. This did not disappoint. The condo was clean and comfortable and well appointed. The attached parking structure made it super easy to get in and out (no waiting for elevators). Lots of restaurants and a Walmart nearby made it easy to do meals in or out. Our host was gracious and friendly. Could not ask for more.

This condo was very nice and the balcony seating was wonderful! The owners made check in super easy and they provided list of things to do and places to eat ahead of time so we could plan our week. They also provided plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrella in case we hadn’t brought any! Great owners who take pride in their condo!

We enjoyed the beautifully decorated condo full of amenities. We spent most of our time on the beach and the spacious balcony. We loved everything Myrtle Beach had to offer.

Excellent vacation!
My family had a great time at this location. The neighborhood was safe, there were lots of things to walk to, we enjoyed several restaurants nearby, and the beach view was lovely from our balcony. It was family friendly, which is what we were looking for. The condo had all we needed for the beach: chairs, toys, boogie board, noodles. We enjoyed the heated indoor and outdoor pools this April. The interior was comfortable and kitchen had all cookware and appliances. Bring your own salt, pepper, condiments, foils, etc. Would recommend!

Home Away From Home
What a great condo! Tastefully decorated, spacious, beautiful tile flooring throughout, and very clean. Kitchen was well supplied, ice maker makes an abundance of ice quickly, all appliances were spotless and operable including washer and dryer which was great to have in the unit. Very quiet, never heard any noises in the hallway. This unit is perfectly located near enough to the elevator, third floor is high enough for me, and best of all we loved having the covered parking garage with spaces practically outside your door with a very short walk to your unit. Did not need to use a luggage cart. Will definitely rebook. Owner, Dennis was always available if we needed him.

Great Condo, Resort, and Location
We had a wonderful time. The condo was available before normal check in for the property so we were able to check in with limited people around and able to grab 2 cart easily to bring our belongings in. We stayed over the 4th of July and fireworks were set off on the beach right in front of us so we could sit on the balcony and watch them. We loved being on the 3rd floor so we could watch people on the pool and out on the beach. The place was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. It was also great being able to park on the 3rd floor of the parking garage and walk right into the hallway and our condo without having to use the elevators. We were within minutes to almost everything we wanted to do: Broadway on the Beach, the Boardwalk, multiple putt putt places, and the Market Commons. We were there on one of the busiest weeks of the summer and it didn’t seem overcrowded at all.

Perfect beach getaway
Dennis’s condo was perfect for the 4 of us! The pictures don’t do this condo justice, the decor and view are spectacular! Dennis is amazing to rent from, he gave us recommendations for things to do tailored to the young ones. This was my daughters first beach trip and having an oceanfront view was amazing. Having that evening glass of wine while listening to the waves makes it really hard to come home! We can’t wait to come back!

This was the best rental that we have stayed at in Myrtle Beach. It was equipped with every thing we needed and plus! Very clean, excellent view. Will return!

Grande Atlantic
There was no enforcement of the rules. Guests were smoking where clearly marked prohibited. Objects were being thrown from the balcony and fireworks were launched from the balconies after midnight. The pools were over run with rowdy guests. It was unfortunate because the property we rented was very nice and if it was in a separate location would have been great. We decided to leave early.

Amazing week.
Loved the view and relaxation. We were able to have an enjoyable vacation during a pandemic. We stayed with our family unit, participated in outdoor activities, and loved the take out food options in the area. The condo was well stocked to meet all needs, especially cooking.
